Today i was behind a signal and as soon the green light appeared i took a left turn where 3 constables were standing at a bit distance. As soon as i took the turn i got a call on my phone and i parked my bike aside of the road in order TO receive the call and took out the phone from my pocket. As i was speaking 1 of the cop asked me to come ahead and stand there and speak. As soon as i was done with call they started saying to produce my driving license and pay a fine. I asked the reason for producing the license (which i already had in my pocket under the raincoat) they said i have broken the signal which was not true as i told them that since signal was green and many other vehicles took the turn at the same time, i only halted for receiving the call they started arguing and took a picture of my bike and imposed an echallan of Rs. 700.
This is strictly misuse of power and technology. i am not ready to pay the fine.

I had went 2 days before from swargate to hinjewadi for meeting client, the traffic police at hinjewadi bridge stopped me while entering into hinjewadi and demanded me fine of Rs.500/- for not wearing helmet..i told that in entire pune city, no traffic police is enquiring about helmet and only at hinjewadi area ? ...also there is no compulsion of helmet from department in the city, then how come you are asking for the same when i am having every thing with me for checking...the police commsioner should take note of his harrasment on general public o[censored]nnecessary demanding bribe from public at this area...

I got charged for no parking of march for a area which i never go to, im sure 100% i never went to that side of the city. Wakad pune - march.
The adress mentioned was not known to me, there were no photographs of the no parking charge. The name mentioned was girish (I dont know whos girish)
Still i had to pay.

Traffick police mr. Dattatrya tattya shetty taking bribe near railway ticket counter in nr ganeshpeth, pune. He taking full payment of fine & didn’t give any reciept to any person, he is taking bribe openly, when i told him you are taking bribe, he said do your own work don’t see other.

Cab driver o[censored]ber mh 12 nx 4059 was driving rashly at 90 speed overtaking 2 wheeler in drunken state. He stopped at absolute barbeque and behaved badly and abused me as a woman when spoken. Instantly tried to hit us but by god grace we just saved by few seconds. This incident happened at around 11:30 pm on 23 june 2018 (Saturday). Government and rto should should check the mental state of driver before allowing them to drive vehicles on road. It seems that, criminal minded drivers use car as a weapon or gun's to crash common man on a roads. When we try to understand the reason for such driving, then we get to know that we are outsiders in maharashtra (From other states and difference language). We feel helpless in such situations.

A cab driver was driving very rash that he was not careful about the pedestrians & animals on the road. A dog was siting on the footpath & road was enough for driver to drive but he still hit the roadside sitting dog & i was also got careful else he would have hit me. Many people on road was shouting on him as he was driving very rash. Please action on this complaint or let me know if action can not be taken i ll go further because i have seen many irresponsible cab drivers who hits the pedestrians as well as the roadside animals. Kindly note this complaint as a serious complaint, i am looking forward for your reply.

A challan of rs 200 is imposed on my two wheeler which is white mh 12 jb 9551 for halting ahead of white line while the image is of someone else with a blue two wheeler with a different number. Also the number on the number plate is not visible in the image. I was not even out of the house when the time is shown. I request you to cancel the challan on my name.

I parked my 2wheeler in parking line while i went for shopping.
When i came back my vehicle was on foot path and traffic police constable charged me rs. 200 challan for that.
I tried to explain to policemen but he didn't listen.
I refused to pay chalan. He then charged me 2 more challans for no driving licence and no entry for rs.700.
This is not acceptable. Why should i pay 900 even if i haven't done any thing wrong.
Please look into this

I got e-challan from pune traffic police for halting ahead of white line. The image attached with it is showing a royal enfield bullet having the number mh12mh8010 while i have pulsar rs200 having the number mh12mh8810 the time and date of offense shown in the challan is incorrect as at that time i was in my office in magarpatta while the camera image shows swargate & that time my vehicle was parked within my office premises.

It's impossible for me to do the said offense.

Request police to check the correct number for vehicle as mentioned above and charge accordingly.

I received the chalan No.PTPCHM[protected] on[protected] for my vehicle No.MH12PY3696 for driving triple seat and police stop violation.
But this is my bike's No. And that day and time I was in office

The private two wheelers and four wheelers are regularly using the brt lane right from yerwada stretch in nagar road which is posing a major threat to law abiding citizens. Unfortunately the brt buses are skipping the brts lane at shastri nagar chowk. The drivers come out of the brts lane at shastri nagar signal (Towards nagar) for a stretch of 50 metres and again enter the brts lane (The right turn is a diversion to kalyani nagar). This has become a regular feature. Even the policemen standing there are mute spectators. Every now and then the people are fined those who unauthorisedly use the brts. Who is going to penalise these brts bus drivers. Please take suitable action against the errant drivers.

Hello i received sms about jumping signal and without helmet from pune traffic police. After visiting concerned website i found challan number ptpchm[protected]. Image clearly shows tvs two wheeler with registration number mh-12-lk-4452 however challan issued to vehicle number mh-12-lj-4452 which is my 4 wheeler car. Request traffic police authority to collect penalty from concerned vehicle owner and cancel challan issues unnecessary on my four wheeler number.

I have received the challan on 04/05/2018 with challan number#ptpchm[protected], offense (No parking) and details of the link.

In pictures attached it swift with no plate mh42 ah 0119. The offender has provided wit a wrong mobile no please contact the offender and do take action for this behaviour.

I have been issued challan for violating traffic rules. The problem is the challan is issued 3 times in almost 11minutes. That is impossible. This is a frustration to people those who follow rules and pay their fines on time.

I am writing this complaint to express my deep grief and disappointment towards pune traffic police issuing incorrect challan. Just because of i hurt an ego of policeman name of d. K. Khodekar in wadgaon dhayari pune.
I was coming from dhayari pune. 411041. The e - challan generated against my tvs apache is totally wrong as i know that till today there is no fine nor any compaltion on strict wearing of a helmet in pune. But they have fined me a e-challan of 500rs for not wearing a helmet which is totally wrong in pune city.
Wearing a helmet is not compulsory nor necessary in pune. Then why unnecessary police fine for that?
I need immediate action for this and permanent relief from this issue.

So please cancel my e-challen in system.

Despite complaining several times, the traffic and parking on the road, rather center of the road remains the same.
I'm not sure what is the reason for taking no action on these wrong doers. What personal relationship do the traffic guys hold with these defaulters or what kind of pressure disallows them to perform their basic duties?
I need immediate action and permanent relief from this issue.
The government does not charge us taxes for construction of concrete roads and footh-paths for such dumb ignorant people to default and create chaos.
Hope this is not how the smart city of pune is being planned!

I have park mistakenly my vehicle in no parking area. Hence traffic police fine me in online portal. I gave him my debit card to for payment process. But due to some technical reason my process is not complete. Hence i had gave cash to them for releasing my vehicle. But now to get massage for traffic e-challen is pending.
