PVR Cinema — Ticket wasnt confirmed but amount deducted twice

I booked the movie ticket on 30th Sep for Fukre movie. Amount 1171 was deducted but the ticket wasn't confirmed then I called to Costmare care executive, and he said there was some website glitch so the amount would get back to my account within 7 days and it would not be happen again . after 7 days I booked the 7 tickets and again 1341.72 got deducted but they didn't confirm the ticket, and none of the amount has received yet so what is this,
