Security guards

We had gone to watch the movie "freaky ali" in pvr cinema at growells mall kandivili east, the tickets were of 2.50 show on screen no.4.

I am sorry to say that such a big theatre, such a management cant pay attention to the security.

Worst 3d projection quality

Today i watched #sucide_squad at pvr cinemas in ampa skywalk for the 2nd time for a better experience at audi 4.
The 3d projection quality sucks... ; (It was dark and too dim the whole movie which was embarassing and i got frustated by the movie watching experience.
Previously in the same screen i've watched many 3d movies, the recent one being ice age collison course and batman vs superman...

Cost of snacks-popcorn

The cost of snacks in pvr is becoming unaffordable these days. The cost of a regular salted popcorn is rs. 190 and cheese/ caramel flavour is rs. 220. The actual cost of the same amount of popcorn anywhere outside would cost merely rs. 20 or max rs. 50. Then on what basis is the cost of popcorn starting at rs. 190? Can't the government take any action on this?...

Cash transaction

I have been to PVR Cinemas 2-3 times within the last 3-4 months. I have noticed that the snack counter doesn't accepted cards. They accept only cash upon that they also don't provide a bill claiming that the machine is not working. It is the situation every time i go. What about people who do not carry cash.
Cards are not accepted at the ticket counter as well.
This is neither legal nor ethical on behalf of PVR Cinemas.

Unable to book tickets!

I had spent Rs.40/- for the Vodafone Tuesdays offer to avail it on the PVR Website in Cinemax Malad at 5:25 of Tanu Weds Manu Returns. And when I tried to avail it on the website - www.pvrcinemas.com, again and again it was showing system error or there is some issue with the website. Food Poisoning caused

Today had such an experience which has made me believe that all my batch mates at IITD were right in leaving the country. Went to PVR Cinemas in Ludhiana to watch 'Gabbar is Back" with my family and was served completely stale, half cooked momos and when I complained about it then no one cared n they kept on selling the same thing again without fearing that it might get people seriously ill. Pre booking tickets failed

Hi, I have been sending mails and calling up almost everyday but yet my issue has not been resolved. Complaint for PVR Gift card Balance Deduction

PVR Cinemas Gift Card SCAM

Hello!

I have 2 PVR Gift cards worth Rs.[protected]x2). But when I try to book online ticket it not saws me payment by gift card option ! Even no option to check expiry date or balance (as per given details in your giftcard faq page!).

So, I send email to PVR support team on 24th Nov.12 and I get reply from them on 26th Nov.12 (complain ID: CRM[protected]) that "online option is not available"...

No option for cancellation

I booked two tickets for Amazing Spiderman movie at PVR Cinemas, Bangalore for 15.45 show on 8-July-12. As I was booking online movie ticket for the first time I booked Gold class seat which is very expensive at 750/- per ticket. After that I realized I should have booked Classic Class ticket which costs around 250/-. But when I tried to cancel the ticket & book for Classic option, there is no option to cancel the ticket in the website....

online ticket booking scam

Online Booking Failed, but Money not refunded.
I booked ticket for herry potter 7 (3d) on[protected] thru pvrcinemas.com site using by standard chartered net banking for 9 persons totalling to Rs. 1710.
After payment, it said transaction failed and it will refund the money. when i asked at my bank s branch about it they said

Online booking transaction error - No Support

I made an online booking on pvrcinemas.com and the payment was deducted from my credit card for Rs. 1060/- but the pvr web site did not complete the transaction - it straight away took me to the home page after accepting the payment. The booking does not show in my account on their site either.

They have no information about customer support other than an email address [protected]@pvrcinemas.com. Calling their number in Gurgaon...

Overcharging

Dear Sir/Madam,

PVR, Inox and other multiplexes grossly overcharge for refreshments. For example a 500 ml softdrink at PVR costs Rs 60 (almost 3 times the market rate) whereas a 300 ml cup costs Rs. 50 (5 times the market rate). There is no justification for such gross overcharging. In addition, by keeping the price of the 300 ml and 500 ml almost the same, they are indirectly forcing consumers to purchase 500 ml cups.br...
