Ticket wasnt confirmed but amount deducted twice

I booked the movie ticket on 30th Sep for Fukre movie. Amount 1171 was deducted but the ticket wasn't confirmed then I called to Costmare care executive, and he said there was some website glitch so the amount would get back to my account within 7 days and it would not be happen again . after 7 days I booked the 7 tickets and again 1341.72 got deducted but they didn't confirm the ticket, and none of the amount has received yet so what is...

I have booked 5 tickets in PVR cinemas in treasure Island mall indore for timing 11:45am for fukrey returns but payment is done but I have not received my tickets confirmation and my tickets are not booked but amount is deducted from my account

    Movie ticket money deducted but not booked

    I've booked two tickets for the movie chithha in Pvr Aerohub, Chennai 9:10 AM show, for 28th Sep in pvr cinemas app for ₹433 in Gpay, which I have the screenshot . The money was deducted from my gpay but didn't receive tickets nor any message regarding tickets not booked. When I sent my complaint to
    [protected]@pvrcinemas.com, they informed the transaction failed and the money would get refunded within 7 to 8 days .

      I, MAYANK SRIVASTAVA booked Movie tickets for late night show at Phoenix United, Kanpur Rd, Sector B, Bargawan, Alambagh, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226012 at the date 01/10/2023, Movie show time 9:15 pm. I booked Prime Seat 💺, one of the seat I booked was damaged. I request to pvr staff to change the damaged seat but staff says no seat available at present time. Normally, any cinema hall any seat damaged, not booked or block by cinema staff management. So that cinema seat shows not available in the online booking system. So I request to compensate price or give any other movie tickets.

        Money deducted but ticket not generated

        I booked two times for chandramuki -2 both the times my money got deducted but ticket was not generated. I didn't find any customer care number to talk about it.when i tried Booking both the time were loading then i got the tickets from counter.My ticket is not generated i will attach the necessary proof below . the counter bill Alone generated and sent to my WhatsApp number other two i didn't get tickets and still not yet refunded...

          I booked 1 ticket for jawan(Hindi-2d) on september 27th 2023 for 11.00a.m show. i completed the order through google pay it was successful but I didn't get any confirmation from pvr cinemas. I contacted google pay help they told transaction was successful, so they told me contact pvr cinemas. I went to pvr Diamond Plaza, Jessore Road. they can't do anything for online transactions. I tried to contact pvr cinemas but there is no way I can contact because there is no such thing called contact support (No chat, No email, No phone...). so total transaction is 175.96 Rupees. Pls help me get my money back. Thanks.

            I am complaining about unexpectedly high cost of movie tickets

            I went to watch Jawan movie and the movie ticket on book my show was showing only 260/- per ticket but when I went there the employee asked me for 390/- per ticket and when I asked her why is ticket more costly offline rather than online she neglected my concern and said to go buy tickets online only if I have any problem...

            I was booking movie tickets for The Creator movie on 27th September, 2023. I went to the payment method and I paid the money. After paying the app page got stuck and my money got deducted. But my movie ticket is not booked. I lost 473.52 Rupees.

              We brought a cheese popcorn from PVR cinemas, oberon mall, ernakulam and it taste like outdated cheese they have used. After eating this our throat started to feel itchy and one o[censored]s got stomach ache. It is so pathetic that we paid a lot of money. Kindly take action against this.

                  PVR, Bhilai, Chhattisgarh has not letting us chips and colddrink inside movie theatre and misbehaved with us.
                  We were at the movie theatre at the 9 night show along with our two kids
                  Despite that they asked us to sit outside the theatre and eat.
                  The duty manager said that the court has given orders that PVR can make their own rules and this has been adhered from 3rd Jan23 and when asked to give these in written he completely denied and misbehaved and asked us to sit outside the theatre and eat.PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC

                    Recently we went for a night show 7:50 pm movie Jawan, in pvr mani square mall. And I was surprised to see that they showed 25-30 minutes ads before the movie and 25-30 minutes ad during interval, which is simply a joke and taking customers for granted. For a 2.5 hours movie we had to sit 3.5 hours that too at late night, not only does it ruin the movie experience and wastes time, but also it ads to the fact that users get super hungry and are forced to buy overpriced popcorn since they also don't allow outside food.

                    Thankfully I will never visit any PVR malls because i dont want to pay Premium price for commercials I don't want to see, better to wait for ott release

                      Bharatiya mall hennur main road the show was suppose to start at 6.10pm but this 6.15pm the staffs were cleaning and then advertisements after 6.40pm the show started... very pathetic...people were reco recording the movie in their mobile phones.women harrasment also happens in this mall.

                        I booked two tickets for Jawan and paid ₹1122 via bank! The transaction is complete but in the PVR app No booking is showing even the seats I bought are showing available!! With how horrible and scamming this really is, I hope the app gets shut! I saw so many complaints! What a horrible experience! Please help me get a refund

                          This is regarding washroom status at PVR, Udaipur, Rajasthan. I am here for movie JAWAN on date 10 September 2023 at 7.05 pm. Ladies Washroom was so dirty, there was water all over floor. Some washroom was out of service and som over occupied. People were crowding the place all over, available washroom was very less. And Available ones were also not clean. I was not able to use the washroom in the break because of that.

                            I had been charged wrongly against below transaction which was not done by me.

                            Transaction amount: INR 1498.50
                            Transaction date: 31, July, 2023

                            Please note that I did not use my AMEX card at any of PVR cinemas. Even I didn't get the OTP on my mobile for this wrong transaction. Firstly, I informed to my card merchant, AMEX and they suggested me to directly contact with PVR support as this was been charged by PVR Gurgaon.

                            I wrote an email to [protected]@pvrcinemas.com but I don't get any resolution yet. If you could please intervene and help me here? Thanks

                                Watching the nun in Singapore mall lucknow, the print is extremely shady in dark, complete hazyness of red.
