I went to watch Jawan movie and the movie ticket on book my show was showing only 260/- per ticket but when I went there the employee asked me for 390/- per ticket and when I asked her why is ticket more costly offline rather than online she neglected my concern and said to go buy tickets online only if I have any problem...

I was booking movie tickets for The Creator movie on 27th September, 2023. I went to the payment method and I paid the money. After paying the app page got stuck and my money got deducted. But my movie ticket is not booked. I lost 473.52 Rupees.

We brought a cheese popcorn from PVR cinemas, oberon mall, ernakulam and it taste like outdated cheese they have used. After eating this our throat started to feel itchy and one o[censored]s got stomach ache. It is so pathetic that we paid a lot of money. Kindly take action against this.

Today I booked 1 Oppenheimer ticket online from the website using debit card, after the money got deducted it said it was a bad transaction and no money had been refunded.

PVR, Bhilai, Chhattisgarh has not letting us chips and colddrink inside movie theatre and misbehaved with us.
We were at the movie theatre at the 9 night show along with our two kids
Despite that they asked us to sit outside the theatre and eat.
The duty manager said that the court has given orders that PVR can make their own rules and this has been adhered from 3rd Jan23 and when asked to give these in written he completely denied and misbehaved and asked us to sit outside the theatre and eat.PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC

Recently we went for a night show 7:50 pm movie Jawan, in pvr mani square mall. And I was surprised to see that they showed 25-30 minutes ads before the movie and 25-30 minutes ad during interval, which is simply a joke and taking customers for granted. For a 2.5 hours movie we had to sit 3.5 hours that too at late night, not only does it ruin the movie experience and wastes time, but also it ads to the fact that users get super hungry and are forced to buy overpriced popcorn since they also don't allow outside food.

Thankfully I will never visit any PVR malls because i dont want to pay Premium price for commercials I don't want to see, better to wait for ott release

Bharatiya mall hennur main road the show was suppose to start at 6.10pm but this 6.15pm the staffs were cleaning and then advertisements after 6.40pm the show started... very pathetic...people were reco recording the movie in their mobile phones.women harrasment also happens in this mall.

I booked two tickets for Jawan and paid ₹1122 via bank! The transaction is complete but in the PVR app No booking is showing even the seats I bought are showing available!! With how horrible and scamming this really is, I hope the app gets shut! I saw so many complaints! What a horrible experience! Please help me get a refund

This is regarding washroom status at PVR, Udaipur, Rajasthan. I am here for movie JAWAN on date 10 September 2023 at 7.05 pm. Ladies Washroom was so dirty, there was water all over floor. Some washroom was out of service and som over occupied. People were crowding the place all over, available washroom was very less. And Available ones were also not clean. I was not able to use the washroom in the break because of that.

I had been charged wrongly against below transaction which was not done by me.

Please note that I did not use my AMEX card at any of PVR cinemas. Even I didn't get the OTP on my mobile for this wrong transaction. Firstly, I informed to my card merchant, AMEX and they suggested me to directly contact with PVR support as this was been charged by PVR Gurgaon.

I wrote an email to [protected]@pvrcinemas.com but I don't get any resolution yet. If you could please intervene and help me here? Thanks

I booked 2 tickets for Jawan. just 15 min ago. my payment was done but the ticket was not confirmed. Please give me my refund.

Watching the nun in Singapore mall lucknow, the print is extremely shady in dark, complete hazyness of red. Blacks not clear. 4-5 people complained but the manager was like sir ye interior ki reflection se ho rha hai koi aur complaint nahi kar raha and arguing inside the movie hall and causing a nuisance for. PVR hope we are paying for the movie instead of the 30 mins add before the show. The show time was 4.05 Pm and it’s 4.35 Pm the show hasn’t started.
Wasted my 30 mins. Time is precious for me everyone. How do you justify this?

I booked my ticket of 4 people for the movie JAWAN of the date 8th September 2023 for the show of 7:20p.m . I paid the money online and the money got deducted from my account but i haven't received any messages or mails regarding the tickets. I want my tickets confirmed or if not, then please refund my money ASAP

Please note that A rated movie trailors are being shown to viewers who are going for UA movies at PVR elante Mall Chandigarh.

A case in point was when we went as a family for viewing Wes Anderson movie Asteroid City and the trailer of A rated horror movie -the exorcist was carelessly shown with highly disturbing images while there were children in the theatre . This is highly irresponsible.

I had booked tickets for PVR. Cinema Phoenix (Parel.) on 26 August 2023. I had booked handicap seats, but when I reach the Audie six, they were no handicap seats. Even after complaining to the manager at the theatre the person laughed and inform me that these are the only seats which PVR provides for handicap. This is a complete miss information provided while booking tickets on the website, it was really inconvenient how the manager and the management decided not to help a handicap person. Today I went with my family to book 3 tickets to movie Gadar 2 for 10.30pm show. I was there at the ticket counter at 6.30pm to purchase the ticket. Since the H row was empty when I saw it physical there at the counter, i asked for H9, H10, H11 seat. They dined me the ticket and asked me to take tickets at the front rows near the screen. Paying my hard-earned money why is that I should sit at places where the counter boy issues. Is it not my basic right to enjoy the movie at the seat which we enjoy paying my money. I am spending my money on PvR facilities. Coming 3 hours earlier we are denied the seat which we want and want us take some other seat. On requesting to see the manager, the manager came and told me that that row will be issued only 20 minutes earlier to the show. My question is a person who is coming 3 hours earlier to buy the ticket is denied and for the person who comes 20 minutes earlier gets the seat which has better view. How fair is it from PVR. If that is the service PVR is providing please display the same that the top 3rd row tickets will be issued only 20 minutes before. They made me wait at the counter for 30 minutes for this whole process . Please go through your cc cameras to verify. Finally disappointed by the attitude at the counter I left without buying the ticket. If the tickets were booked by some else for the H row, I will not be asking about it, but keeping it free and denying it a customer who is regular is PVR is very unfair. When I spen my hard earned money and seat is available and instead of issuing the ticket you ask us to sit somewhere else. You are cheating a local customer.
