[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — about the policies for baggage counter

We went to pvr in magneto today. We went straight after college to the mall so we have our laptop bags with us. They have baggage counter but did not take any laptop bags and do not allow to take inside. Then we asked where can we keep our bg safe, they said - "ye aapki problem hai". How is having laptop along is our problem. This is the way customers are treated by pvr, or this means we should not watch movies if we have laptop bags and opt for some other multiplex?
What are baggage counter for?
