We did the booking for Top Gun Maverick movie from PVR app and also from PVR cinemas website … for 4.40pm show 3rd June 2022 PVR 4DX PVR Orion malkeswaram bangalore
In the app it was displaying 4.40 pm show for June 3rd 2022 and hence intiated the booking . First booking did at 9.58 am on 2nd june 2022 and the amount of Rs 863.28 got deducted from my credit card account but we didnt get confirmation on the booking from the portal …since there was no booking confirmation again we did a second time booking at 11.42am and again the amount of Rs.863.28 got deducted from our credit card account and again there was no booking confirmation.. when contacted customer care they telling that booking is cancelled and amount will be refunded in 7 to 8 working days .. since yesterday mutliple times iam contacting customer care this refund issue not getting resolved .. later in the evening i checked the app again the 4.40 show was removed from booking portal
Since the issue is from PVR side then why customer has to wait for 7 to 8 working days for refund? Why there is no mail or message or communication from PVR side on the booking getting cancelled .. looks like PVR not respecting the customer and taking customer on ride .. if booking is cancelled they should refund the amount immediately and contact the customer for solution.. instead they resorting into unfair trade practice bu not refunding the amont for cancellations
