PVR Cinemas — Gift card money deducted but didn't get the confirmation of ticket

I was booking the tickets for KGF chapter 2 in Orion mall Bengaluru. Audi 11 1.30 pm show seat no d13. I was in the payment section and chose gyftr option and applied. It was showing please wait for 2-3 mins and then it came again to same screen. And when I applied the code it is showing code already used.
