Order for 6 Physical gift cards of Rs 500 each on 5th Oct.

Its been 10 days but still not delivered. I have been sending emails/making calls to PVR Customer care but they dont respond at all.

Rs 3050 got deducted from my bank account on 5th Oct but i am still waiting for the Gift cards.

Pathetic customer service. 6 gift cards purchased on 5th Oct & still not delivered. Amount of Rs 3050 debited from my account. PVR customer service just doesnt bother to take action or respond.

After 11 days (screen shot attached), I get an email that your complaint forwarded to Gift card team. Clearly shows they are useless & helpless.

WHERE ARE MY 6 PHYSICAL GIFT CARDS????

Is ur CEO watching movie at PVR from my Gift cards?
