PVR Cinemas — I am complaining about unexpectedly high cost of movie tickets

I went to watch Jawan movie and the movie ticket on book my show was showing only 260/- per ticket but when I went there the employee asked me for 390/- per ticket and when I asked her why is ticket more costly offline rather than online she neglected my concern and said to go buy tickets online only if I have any problem
