PVR Cinemas — Money deducted but ticket not generated

I booked two times for chandramuki -2 both the times my money got deducted but ticket was not generated. I didn't find any customer care number to talk about it.when i tried Booking both the time were loading then i got the tickets from counter.My ticket is not generated i will attach the necessary proof below . the counter bill Alone generated and sent to my WhatsApp number other two i didn't get tickets and still not yet refunded
