PVR Cinemas — Movie ticket booked but not showing

I booked 1 PXL ticket for Adipurush (Telugu 3D) movie on 12th August, 12.32 am. The venue is Orion Mall, Bengaluru and the show timings is 8.10 am on 16th June. The money got debited from my account and I did not receive any booking confirmation from PVR. The ticket is also not reflecting on my app. The payment was done through Google Pay.
