[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — My payment to book tickets was successful but I didn't get any confirmation

I booked 2 tickets for akhanda(telugu-2d) on december 7th 2021 for 6:20pm show. i completed the order through paytm it was successful but I didn't get any confirmation from pvr cinemas. I contacted paytm help they told transaction was successful, so they told me contact pvr cinemas. I went to pvr vega city, bannerghatta road. they can't do anything for online transactions. I tried to contact pvr cinemas but there is no way I can contact because there is no such thing called contact support(No chat, No email, No phone...). so total transaction is 2 tickets with food 2*170+2*150 after offer they charged me ₹615.52.

once I submitted my complaint. I got contact details to reach PVR cinemas. I contacted them, they gathered all my information and checked on their database everything I told them as in order. so they processed my refund process that takes 5-7 business days. And I got my refund.

PVR Cinemas customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I had paid for BTS Permission to dance on stage tickets using a credit card. Money was deducted but I didn’t receive my ticket. I have already booked another ticket successfully but don’t know how to get the refund for the first ticket which I didn’t receive

I had booked 3 tickets for KGF 2 on 6th may 2022, 10:00PM show, GT Mall PVR. I did the transaction using PVR app and paid the money from my phone pe. The money got deducted and I didn’t get any confirmation on the tickets and when I asked with the PVR staff they told me to contact customer care. Pls help me get my money back. Thanks.
