[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — No option to cancel booked ticket in PVR Official App and no response from Customer care

Dear Sir,

Throught your official PVR app I booked ticket of bahubali 2 and selected location PVR Cinemas at Xrbia Mall - Dombivli, I dont know how after payment i have got Sms stating that Ticket Has been booked successfully but the location changed and location is Cinemax Mira Road, I checked option to cancel booked ticket but it is not available on Your Official App then I tried to contact customer care number i.e.: [protected],
twice the customer care executive disconnected my call in between, No proper response from customer care executive, my only concern is IF possible transfer my ticket to PVR at Xrbia Mall Dombivli for the same time or refund my amount.

I tried booking with M coupons which i got it from kotak credit card.but they are displaying as invalid and sometimes wrong phone number.. this is due to high price tickets for bahubali. As it is technique to book with money instead using M-coupon.

Hi,

I booked 2 tickets mistakenly of PVR diamond plaza of 1st Jun'18, Kolkata through kotak bank app(being wrongly informed verbally for an offer of 1+1movie tickets) but while trying to cancel it's not allowing and denying to refund from both end PVR and Kotak bank.

I think two cheaters have got together to cheat people.
Please let me know the process to file a case in consumer court against them to get a proper resolution.

Today is April 04 2024, Hyderabad.
I wanted to check the balance of my PVR movie voucher and in the process, unexpectedly the movie ticket got booked. Now, I'm unable to cancel it. I could find the option no where. I've approached the customer care and all I've recieved was the robotic responses like 2hr and 20 minutes window before the movie starts and the respective refund upon the cancellation. No one was replying to my actual messages. I got vexed with thim and now the movie ticket may go to a waste. The so great PVR is rotten with its policies, services and customer care 😞.
