PVR Cinemas Complaints & Reviews

My axis debit card was swiped twice for amount of rs.350, so the total amount is rs. 700 while purchasing tickets on 27/nov/2016 at pvr cinemas elements mall nagavara banaglore. When i checked with the pvr staff they said it would be automatically refunded but as of now it hasn't been.

Need your assistance in getting the same.

If i book online i do not have to buy this.so u only tell me is it right to add 80 rupees in each ticket even if we do not want these combo then also we have buy it. This is to bring to your kind attention that pvr kanpur south x mall is not providing free drinking water to us and they are saying that washroom is under construction. As per the guidelines of supreme court in the case of rupadi multiplex vs tncdrc it was held that-if for any reason, water supply is not available on a particular day, alternative arrangements for supply of free pure and portable drinking water to cinema-goers...

I had asked for Dhoni movie ticket and I was given different ticket of 7:30 pm on 8:00 pm by the ticket counter and when I reached counter and showed ticket I was made to talk to the manager and he said go back home this is waste of money for u now get lost and then even after shouting on him I wasn't given refund nor was I able to watch the movie my money ₹390 was wasted and I'm very unhappy with service of forum mall koromangala services...

Today i visited pvr vikaspuri new delhi for watching movie. we got some voucher from our company. my movie voucher are reedemed but at the time when i reedemed my voucher of f&b the csa told me it's showing reedemed in my system. how is it possible in the same outlet my movie voucher are reedemed but not f&b voucher. my voucher nos are dns8a4j, dn959cu. please look forward this matters....

Watched a movie today ar PVR Cinemas Guwahati. The show was acheduled for 8:45pm and they started the show half an hour late because they showed advertisements for half an hour of the show time and then another half an hour of advertisements during interval. It is really annoying to sit through this as we come to watch a show and not 1 extra hour of advertisements.
Kindly get this sorted as this is unacceptable...

We visited nashik city central pvr for show timing 1.40. Pm for shivaay screen no 5 my seat noa10, a-13 toa-18 we bought tickets for rs2100 but the condition of washroom was pathetic the urinal pot were filled with urine and a lousy smell was all over the room this was so unhygienic

On the 25th of oct 2016 we went to juhu pvr mumbai to watch a 1745 show (Girl on a train). Prior to entering the movie hall following disgusting observations were made by the undersigned regarding your staff members in the food counter.
1) the freshly arrived momo's were being counted by physically touching each and every momo with fingers.
2) after we took the coffee, we requested for paper napkins and to our surprise the counter...

Snacks served at the premises are priced very high and unfair.in a intense approximately 200gms of popcorn and small pepsi was charged 410/-.

This is very unfair and worst i have ever seen, the cost of a 500ml pepsi bottles are priced 35/- outside and 200gms of popcorn costs 20/-

I hope you consider to impose strict regulations on pricing of snacks.

I asked him 2 tickets of rs 80 each for m s dhoni movie of 6.55pm show for today but he said he has only rs 140 & rs 180 tickets only. On 1st october we went to watch a movie at pvr imax audi 3, vr bengaluru mall.
We realized that there are only 2 exits doors on the right and no door on the left. Ideally there should be exit doors on each sides to make sure people inside movie hall should evacuate easily.
My recommendation should be to close this or make alternative changes. Thx....

This is regarding the ticket booking at pvr talkies aurangabad. The theater & seating is very good. But whenever you go to buy the tickets mostly for good movie at pvr ticket counter they force you to buy the popcorn & coke along with your tickets without giving you the tax invoice for food items which they are giving you with your tickets. On refusing to take that offer of food they dont listen to you and give you the normal tickets. This...

My phone must have fell from my pocket on the seat, i was among the last to leave, and after only 3 - 4 minutes i realised i had left my phone so i rang it. Someone hung up the call, switched the phone off and never switched on. I rushed back to pvr, there was no one in the hall. The hall security came and checked seats and below, but some 1 had the phone in possession already. Im sure its one of your staff as there were barely any people...

I have booked a ticket of dhoni movie in xperia mall. That is in lodha. When i sit on my seat that seat fully oiled, not properly cleaned. I have also discussed the same with rohit. But he also do anything. I had face this last time as well but that time i have ignored it. The mall isn't taking care about the cleaing. It's better the pvr is closed from this loction.
