It was the first time I had this experience through Pvr cinemas
I went on first show of West side story in forum mall Koramangala and really it was the worst experience as their were no subtitles and when asked the manager he said their are no subtitles for this but seriously in movie they were talking in their language so how do we understand and in main imax entrance their was a LCD screen where it was clearly showing ( running west side)(with English subtitles)so please refund my money or compensate me with 3 tickets as it was a real bad experienced and people litterly went in between the movie because obviously if they can understand what person is speaking in movie then what's the use
So it will a great help if I can get refund or gift card for another movies or really I am going to tag pvr and post everywhere because for what I paid for was not worth it and I am attaching pictures too so that you believe me.
