PVR Cinemas — Not providing prime plus ticket

Today I visited pvr cinemas latur, Maharashtra to book prime plus movie ticket . But the staff denied me to give tickets saying that those tickets are only for vip people. I don’t think that these are the terms and conditions of pvr cinemas. The way staff responded me was in very rude manner. Please help me regarding this.
