PVR Cinemas — recliner seats not working

The buttons on the recliner seats was not working (Only for my seat), i was in a mood to enjoy joker and booked center ticket in recliner row, but the buttons on my recliner was not working, now it was no different than any other front seats and i've paid extra for it, i have to unfortunately switch my place to an empty recliner in the corner. Poor maintenance this cinema has, it just ruined my movie mood, i did feel like i was watching a movie in some local theater with movie ticket of 30 rs and broken everything, i would have gone for inox
