I am janani from Chennai and I have booked my tickets in pvr cinemas heritage rsl . But i cancelled my ticket and booked another tickets immediately but still i didn't receive my refund for the cancellation. I have also attached my ticket for reference. Please do the need full.

I had booked a movie tickets and wanted to cancel..third party app-book my show didn't allowed me to cancel pr modify or reschedule, they said it is in hands of cinema. When I reached out to PVR they also said that cancellation not possible. Even though I was cancelling the movie 3 hrs before. The customer care was very poor and rude. They didn't answer anything correctly, my money and time both gone to waste
