Hi, ive just booked 2 seats b 19-20 in pvr le reve, bandra for knives out at 07:55pm for roday. Although my account is debited, the tickets are not issued, with a message saying ‘we are processing your tickets. Please wait for 15 minutes’!

Sane thing happened last week too for the movie ‘bala’ at the sane theatre. Account was debited and tickets were not issued. We went to the theatre and occupied the selected seats. We were shocked to find out that the same seats were sold to some other patrons by your current booking office. It was a very embarrassing situation. We kept occupying other vacant seats, giving impression to other patrons that we’re cheaters. We fear the repeat of the same scenario today when we go for the show at 07:55pm.

Please tell me what to do.

Today myself along with my family & friends visited PVR Gold at 11:15 hrs for watching the movie “Commando 3”, booked the seats C5, 6, 7, 8 & A1, 2. During so at the starting of movie I have keep my Rayban goggles at the stand in front o[censored]s at C5 & C6.
After completion of movie we missed the goggles there itself and when after 05 min when we came back the goggles was not at the location where it has been placed. I have complained to the staff but haven’t found the same, then I asked to call the manager which took more than 15min and when Mr Mayank came he also done the formalities and asked me to call back by the evening after rectification of my query.
But neither he called back nor had replied to my SMS about the theft of the goggles.

Being a big brand PVR offers very good services and for PVR Gold we expect rather more from your part, as Gold section is very prestigious part of PVR which keeps name of PVR at the top.
But here we have very upset from what has been happened with us. Not only the theft of goggles but the attitude of PVR manager Mr Mayank for delaying the things and not responding to SmS.

We request you to maintain the heights of your standards with the best services to the customers.

Show time is always late. They are displaying ads even after the given showtime is passed. All the products are sold at higher prices. Don't know what makes it so costly unlike other movie theaters. Even though there are a lot of complaints registered why isn't the action being imposed on the theatre chain management. Please take action against this monopolistic people.

My booking id is wtq8nrd. I booked a ticket today (28th) for the movie on sunday, 1st dec. While i have received a confirmation sms, it does not provide a link to download a qr code. My pvt app too does not show this transaction. However, my bank account has been debited via paytm for the said amount of ₹737.58

No email has been received on [protected]@gmail.com also...

This complain is about a very trivial matter that happened but at the same time its highly insulting and needs your attention. Me alongwith 2 of my colleagues went for a smoke at our lunch time. As we were walking, we came across the pvr parking area and felt it to be safe enough for us to smoke. But the security was was so rude and ill mannered and asked us right away to leave saying that its not a smoking area. Well its acceptable for him to do his duty but when he is not biased. We saw few other guys smoking and when we questioned him why he is allowing the guys smoking, he said nothing and jst on our face told us to leave. It is really humiliating for us as we belong to respectable families and working in esteemed organisation. If its the rule that the parking area is a no smoking zone, than it should apply to all.. Why only the females.. Also had there been no smoking zone sign there, we would have never gone there. Actions from your side is needed or else train your employees to be atleast well mannered.

Due to technical issue, you pvr cinema (Inorbit mall, hyderabad) refused to run our hindi show anyhow.
Instead of that he arranged english show which we don’t prefer to watch at all.
The concerned dm showed me his call log, n told us that he called us just 15 minutes before. That is not acceptable.
I asked your representative to arrange english show tickets and reimburse the amount which i paid for hindi show. He refused to refund the amount.
I’ve come to watch hindi show from 200 km, and i’m not ready to compromise with your representative here.
Gonna sue case against you people in consumer forum.

I’ve started 6 am morning to reach hyderabad from suryapet location in telangana. N your representative tried to approach me just 15 minutes before to give the info about cancellation of show.

Booked a ticked for 24th show 3.20 at pvr cinema mulund west mumbai for pagalpanti through book my show id number. Wfphkkq
In interval ordered food through counter for, but received bad quality food. Tea was almost water and popcorn was stinking
I hadnt had half of food only samosa was ok. Didnt find time to go and complain to the counter but the food was really bad.
Will compain this issue in fdi and ask them to check your food quality.

First we had a show @10:25 which wasn't played till 11:30. Noone took ownership to inform about it. Then they made false commitments. Made the entire crowd wait for 3hrs. Involved police for no reason. The operation manager was worthless.. He changed the commitments after 3 hrs pls check the link below.. Yesterday i gone to rajhans cinema gandhidham with my 4yr old son.. I was carrying 6chocolates.. The staff nd manager objected nd took out the chocolates.. I kept telling them that i m carrying these small chocolates just for my son as he starts disturbing us during movie by saying ghar chalo.. He is too small nd won't understand.. Just to change his mood we gv him these chocolates but they didn't listen anything.. Chocolates r not for our recreation they r only for my son they can clearly see it but they rudely said no.. Its really disappointing..

I booked tickets for two different shows on same day from pvr app. Was supposed to get 14.89 points for each film. But these points were not credited. Usually pvr points used to be credited once the movie started but it has been more than 24 hrs and not yet credited. The movies name are charlie’s angels and ford vs ferrari. Complained in feedback but there hasn’t been any response

I’ve been a pvr loyal customer and always prefer to watch a movie in a pvr theatre.
This was one of the basic reasons i joined the reward program. But it’s been really harassing ever since i joined it. I went for a movie for which tickets itself costed me some 10k... And food was separate. Over and above that some other movies too... When it came to using the vouchers, they dont get used!! Also, on following up, there’s no response from the team. Someone called lokesh called me once but doesn’t even acknowledge when i drop a message.
I’ve almost lost some[protected] worth of vouchers!

My name is sansar sing. I went to watch a 11 p. M. Show at pvr rk cineplex, banjara hills, hyderbad, 500034 on friday, 8 november, 2019. My seat was g19, audi 1. I placed my wallet in popcorn pocket of my seat on right hand side. I left the audi after movie without wallet. Soon i realised and went back. I saw pvr staff cleaning and checking the place. I enquired about my wallet but they denied about anything. I and my friends were last to leave the row. So wallet would have been there only. I request pvr officials to enquire about my wallet as it has important ids and cards.

I didnt use voucher coupon though system says i have used them.

Please do the needful on urgent basis so i can enjoy show today of 7pm

I logged in pvr app on my phone.
I applied coupons multiple time but didn't make payment against any.
I am trying to book saandh ki aankh ki movie for 7 pm show at pvr motera ahmedabad.
I am not sure what other thing you required to respond this query.br...

On 7th oct 2019, 1.00pm i booked for movie sye raa narasimha reddy at vellore pvr, but their was no show to this movie at that time it was war movie starting at that time.
When i complaint regarding this too manager he called and informed to tickets new in charge named mr. Karthik and informed me file a complaint i too filed but poor response from tickets new still i didn't receive any amount.
So requesting to raise a complaint to ticket new.
So that evidence needed to claim my amount back.

We are waiting for bigil tamil movie at past 1 month and so excited but we search at 22 oct at pvr official website the movie is not in the list thats why we so disappointed. Usually the popular tamil movies are tooked in pvr nagpur but still the bigil movie not in list. Today the movie is released world wide web but i am so disappointed, 😞😞😞😞 pls tell if the picture is taken or not

I planned to watch movie based on running time and a little time for ads. The ads in the starting went on for more than 25 mins. I don't go to cinema hall to watch ads but movie. Why i am shown all the ads? It's ok to make ticket price higher or even show ads but atleast make the customer informed.

My movie time was 1.15 and movie started after 1.40.

I have a serious complain regarding PVR cinemas facility infrastructure.
In case these people don't allow bagpacks, helmet etc ..they should atleast provide a facility to keep them as storage for visitors who are coming by public transport.
I have visited PVR Shalimar bagh today and due to security issues I had my helmet with me but PVR didn't allow it and I had to Go all way back to my bike to keep it which was not even safe and I have lost my time as well. As per govt norms you should be having helmet on while driving, shouldn't big and famous brands like PVR be supporting this by providing facility so that people can easily follow it. It's little disappointing to not having a single room for all these types of request

The buttons on the recliner seats was not working (Only for my seat), i was in a mood to enjoy joker and booked center ticket in recliner row, but the buttons on my recliner was not working, now it was no different than any other front seats and i've paid extra for it, i have to unfortunately switch my place to an empty recliner in the corner. Poor maintenance this cinema has, it just ruined my movie mood, i did feel like i was watching a...

We would like to share it with everyone and want to warn pvr about unethical practice of selling tickets at higher prices to young lads mostly students and people from villages area.

At pvr in vr punjab mall, they charge cinema ticket inculding some food voucher at ticket counter without telling the person. If person some how ask them why the ticket charges is higher then online booking charges. They will tell you that it is must to add food voucher with your ticket which is completely #. It is always optional and person sitting at ticket counter should give the option to patron not forcefully add this in the ticket price.

I am just submitting this to let pvr officials know that this is unethical way of increasing profits for there establishments, if you know then you should be ashamed to do this, if you do not know then you are the one hell foolish management sitting on top.

Get your guys on track in pvr vr punjab mall otherwise i am going to local consumer court next time i visit and found the same practice being carried again.
