PVR Cinemas — Unable to book tickets!

I had spent Rs.40/- for the Vodafone Tuesdays offer to avail it on the PVR Website in Cinemax Malad at 5:25 of Tanu Weds Manu Returns. And when I tried to avail it on the website - www.pvrcinemas.com, again and again it was showing system error or there is some issue with the website. Then I thought to go through BookMy Show but again the same happened! I have the screenshots of required! And this issue has really disappointed me and further I would surely prefer any other cinema than PVR and also suggest my friends to do so...Because PVR's service is declining and because of this I have wasted my offer! I hope PVR looks into this problem and gets back to me as soon as possible through email - [protected]@gmail.com
