Dear sir,

What is the status of my refund amount?? An executive from quikr claimed it would be done at the earliest i. E within a week and that was in the last week of december!!! Still there is no no clarity and no amount has been credited!!! I have sent multiple mails on every alternate day but there is no reply or communication from their end.

Hi wanted to sell my bed on quikr for which i had posted an advertisement. Post this i got a call from shama parveen with contact no. [protected] who asked me to pay rupees 999 and they give guarantee of selling the bed on my behalf. Even after refusing she forced me and told me that in case it is not sold we shall refund the amount. It has been more than 10 days now she is not picking my calls and refusing to do the refund. On calling customer care hey told me that she had fooled you and they do this as a trap.

I paid money to 2 quikr executives, kedari manager [protected] and his junior sampath [protected] to generate special leads for my business on trial basis.

They took money also stopped taking calls and messages and if they never were there.

They cheated me with false promise with a pretext of growing digital markets and clients leads.

I have payment receipt call text and whatsapp logs to prove along with cheque that was favored to quickr india pvt ltd.

I ordered a oneplus mobile on quikr and got a damaged piece which comes under warranty policy of company and then filed an issue in quikr office Ticket No:[protected]. they are delaying more then the mentioned time that is 10 days overdue and not giving me the refund.also they are hiding behind bushes for not giving refund and making the matter worse.their pickup guy also edited day of pickup according to his wish.i think whole office is bunch of ### people.please help.

MDCR Pvt.Ltd. is a fakejob portal which promises you the job against certain processing fees and other charges. I applied for the job on march 2018. At first, they took rs.300 as processing fees, then on the next day they asked for rs.1000 as security deposit. After completing the interview process, I was told that i was not capable for the job whereas i answered everything correctly. They wanted to offer a training session against rs.5000. But i did not proceed any further. Then i applied for my refund on April 2018 which was told to be credited after 6 months in cash. After that I'm continuously approaching them for my refund since October 2018. But nothing is happening. It is already February 2019 and now they are telling that they are having current account issues.

Phone are damage.. Lcd are broken... My phone model moto x play. We are refurshed phone. I want refund your product and i want my money.. Paisa pura liya par hmko product bekr diya h.. Maine online product liya tha second phone jiska nam quiker.com agr call krte h customer calll toh muje ulta fulta bolta hai ye id par complain kigye.. [protected]@quiker.com maine 5 br mail kiya.. Extremely fed up of quickr's unprofessional way of working. We have been getting calls for pick-up slots and scheduling the same since the past 5 days. Nobody comes to pick-up, nobody calls to inform and after wasting our time on week days we get a call for rescheduling with the lamest reason possible. Same story every single day. Please refund the buyer's money and we want to cancel this deal since quickr is clearly incapable of doing business.

I submitted a refrigerator complaint. On 26th jan rk power systems mr. Ravinder came and changed 2 parts of my refrigerator. The water is still spilling inside the refrigerator. I called him many times since then, but nobody is answering from his company. I was charged heavily for both the parts and was given a guarantee of 3 months for the same. But he is not answering my calls and the issue is still persistent.

Worst service.

Take a note and make a point to contact him to remove him from your service list. I will go on social media to make this a public voice.

My name is rajesh register mail/ phone [protected]@rediffmail.com / [protected] i order onepluse 3t mobile advance paid 12990 to quikr. But quikr sent different model and different phone lower. Model of oneplus 3 my real order is oneplus 3t. After receive wrong item i mail to [protected]@quikr.com with all details and proof of wrong item i recived. I get reply from quikr that they pickup item and replace it but after 8 days gone no reponse from quikr. And customer service number also not attend and respond my call. I feel cheated from quikr and helpless please help.

I placed above order on feb 8 2019. The order was cancelled by the system as the seller had already sold the item. I got a message that refund will be processed within 4-7 days. Seven days have gone by and amount has not been credited yet in my bank account.

It is impossible to reach support. I called the support number [protected] and the followed the ivr. Was informed i will get a callback. Did not receive any call back.
After multiple tries was able to contact quikr bazaar and was advised refund was processed on 12th feb and will take 5-7 days for processing.

I think i have been penalized for paying the amount upfront and for no fault of mine, haven't received either the product or the refund after 7 days. Pathetic!!!

Totally fraud job adv. Posted on quikr jobs service. L. G electronics ranjangaon job offer adv.. There are two peoples called me for interview and joining and take 2000rs. And document from me outside company for living and food charges and then tell me to wait for them on gate of the company and after a whole day giving me invalid reasons on phone call and run away with money. And not only this one.. There are so many calls and mails i got from adv. On quikr job which was fraud calls and mails. Don't trust on quikr job service guys. It's fake and risk full for life too.

I got a call from axis bank free lancer mohhammad azimmudin and got a call from this number [protected] as I was subscribed to quikr.com. First they demanded me for 1050, then again next day I was demanded for 3550, then again 2 days they told me to pay 10000, I paid them also and finally they told me to pay 11, 760 as a security bound, & told me that at the date of joining, plz by the help of self cheque u can withdraw it. And now they are not replying me as well as not receiving my calls. I have given money at punjab bank holder A/C [protected] Ravi Kumar, IFSC code PUNB0034900 address- bihar, money amt paid in this account is 1050, 3550, & one more Punjab bank holderA/c [protected] Amresh Kumar Abhay, Ifsc code 0034900 okhala, face 2, New Delhi, they give every detail perfectly and hr name as Gitesh Kadam which is a HR of Mumbai, plzz take action and block their a/c as they would not take out money. Plzzz help, I have suffered already a lot. Plzzz I want my money back

Have bought a shoe rack and was supposed to be delivered on 6th february 2019 but it's not delivered yet. Complete payment including delivery charges are made. On asking they are like it will be delivered soon.. It was rescheduled twice without any proper reason...

And they levied a hefty delivery charge as well. If they don't deliver on time then i don't want to pay the delivery charges.. Why we have to suffer always..

I have made payment for mobile phone which was showing mobile verified by quikr hence I went ahead and made payment. since it was self pickup option I tried to reach seller he first was trying to hide but later he said mobile is clone and not original. Hence want to cancel the order and report scam but neither website nor mobile app is supporting for cancellation.
I am trying to reach customer care but cannot even contact anybody for my refund.

Delivery executive picked up my order from kalyan nagar at 10:15am and was supposed to deliver it to btm layout before 12noon. Meanwhile he picked up another order and delayed my delivery, leading me to lose a customer. I was forced to initiate a refund to my customer for the delayed delivery and i ended up losing rs. 159 to quikr as well for sub-standard services. Will never again use quikr pudo for important deliveries as they do not fulfil their promises. Would not recommend their services for others either.

I had posted my bike ad on quikr under free ads, the next day i got call from quikr sales person bothering me to convert my free ad into paid ad for better visibility. I told me that i don't want to use paid ad as with there premium ad service they only will promote my bike sale into local city, but i need it to be promoted into multi-states. On this the quikr sales person gave phone to his senior who told me he will get back to me after customizing some better price options for me, he called me 15 mins later and told me that he can run 65 unique ads in 5-6 different states. The ads will cost 7000 inr but if i book it now on special discount he will give me all 65 ads for 3000 inr. He also told me if my bike is not sold in 30 days all of the rs 3000/- will be refunded back to me. After a lot of pressire from him i said ok to the sale and paid rs 3000. He told me within 24 hours my ads will be running and also told me that 30 days promise holds true. Later i came to know that he was a scam, he stopped picking up my calls and he has only posted 4 premium ads out of 65 promised.

I tried to complaint about it to quikr but you will be surprised that they don't have any complaint number for bike and car permium ads (Means people who pay for ads don't even have a complaint setup) instead they ask you to send email to [protected]@quikr.com

And guess what no one called or followed up, i ended up filling dispute with my credit card company regarding service paid for but not delivered by quikr.

What a cheap way to cheat someone, such companies and there sales policies needs to be reviewed or shut down completely.

Quikr like companies work on customer failure model, by not providing customer support access, and making it impossible for anyone to raise an issue/complaint/query status as there is no system for it in place... They assume people will stop following and there sales will keep growing.

Posted an interest for online job yesterday, got a message from quikrr at 1:22pm which wrote if looking for data entry job send message on [protected]
Company name - bai (Easy job seekers)
I sent the message on the number provided, the person asked for a deposit amount via google pay
Person said his name is gurjinder singh,
Said the team will revert back in 4-8 hours and then he never came online.

Tried calling on the same [protected] but call just ringed once and got disconnected, tried it more than 10 times from different numbers

I want my money back asap.
