I placed above order on feb 8 2019. The order was cancelled by the system as the seller had already sold the item. I got a message that refund will be processed within 4-7 days. Seven days have gone by and amount has not been credited yet in my bank account.

I have made payment for mobile phone which was showing mobile verified by quikr hence I went ahead and made payment. since it was self pickup option I tried to reach seller he first was trying to hide but later he said mobile is clone and not original. Hence want to cancel the order and report scam but neither website nor mobile app is supporting for cancellation.

Delivery executive picked up my order from kalyan nagar at 10:15am and was supposed to deliver it to btm layout before 12noon. I received a call from the sales team with regards to my ad uploaded on their website. The person gave me an offer where i had to pay a certain amount to get my item sold. Quikr pick and drop service is cheating customer . I booked pick and drop service . They scheduled pick and drop. They picked up the product and didn't drop it to the destination.After calling 100 times to customer care no one is calling back . There is no status of my product. When you call to customer care they said our executive will call you but no one is calling back. Pathetic service ....

More than 18 days has elapsed, but in-spite of multiple time followup to resolve the issue, neither product has been delivered not the refund against the same has been made, when requested.

Serious cheaters and non resolver they are. Why such companies should be banned from selling their product which are non committed.

I booked pick and drop service of quikr. They asked to do payment first. I did payment and assured me about same day pick and drop of my product. They picked up my product but didn't deliver. Ordered a washing machine from quikr assured doorstep service. The washing machine is defective. The machine would turn on but none of the functions work. Talked to customer support to file return but no update on replacement.
