Dear sir/madam,

I ordered vivo v5 mobile on 22 feb 2019 after week days product is not delivered. So, i cancelled the order on 28 feb 2019. But still the amount is not refunded and still quikr people not yet initiated for reversal of customer payment. Never seen such type of customer service in my lifetime. Quikr service is very very worst in customer services. Quikr team committed me that amount will refund within 7to10 working days but now the month going to complete. I need my money with principal plus penal interest for delay.

    I have placed an order for shoe rack on 10th March 2019.
    I was forced to take delivery on Saturday and I canceled by travel plan and agreed for delivery. But Delivery was cancelled and no one from Quikr called me to inform the reason or for rescheduling. someone called after 2 days (not from Quikr) and told that item will be delivered in 3hrs without proper scheduling and I waited for 7hours. At night 8pm he says it will take some more time to deliver and I had to leave to catch train. So asked him not to deliver.

    It was unprofessional that they wasted my time and money. I called customer many times and every time I receive a message saying that I will receive call from Quikr and waited for 6 days but no call.

    I am frustrated with your service and response towards customer. Please cancel my order and return the money

      Due to quickr's incompetence, the delivery of a lens i ordered from a seller in delhi, could not be scheduled. the seller scheduled a delivery, quickr didn't complete it, and this went on for 3 consecutive times. the seller and i mutually decided that since quickr isn't exactly doing anything, let's just get the money back and settle he transaction privately. so around 4 days after the transaction, quickr automatically refunded the money to my quickr cash balance, and then i initiated a refund in order for the money to be credited to my Paytm account. it said that it'll take 4-7 days for the refund to be complete. its been more than a week and i haven't gotten the refund. this lens that i had ordered was o[censored]tmost importance and i needed it very very very urgently, and quickr literally didn't do ANYTHING. it didn't go take the delivery, it didn't respond to my over 100 QUERY CALLS, mails, and complaints. im fed up of this and need my refund NOW.

        I apply to a job on quikr.com for job as store incharge . After that i recieved sms on which it is written Congratulations... your profile has been selected in Sony ltd company. sal 16k to 45k. For more info contact miss. Palak Sharma [protected] by anirudh .
        After that i contact miss palak and then she told me about the job and asked me few questions about my personal details and place where i have worked before and after that she told me to send my resume, id proof my email address and then she told me that she will call after verification of documents .
        After after 2 days she call me and told me that my profile is verified and that sony ltd company hr will call me and will interview and she will only tell that i will be selected for job or not...
        After that Hr called me and asked questions and took interview on call and then told me that i have passed the interview and then mail me the job offer letter and then told me to pay 2500 Rs for security courier . and i pay 2500 Rs by money transfer to Account no - [protected] Ifsc code - BARB0SHADA .
        After paying when i call that i have paid the money and then miss palak told me to wait for sometimes as my payment is verified and she will call after verification.
        After that when i call miss palak mobile no is switch off and also HR no is switch off .

        Help me to get my 2500 Rs back from that fraurders .

        8929256079 9837536306 Send one more email today on 23 /03/2019 and called saying that for next step pay 4000 Rs as company will open a current account in axis bank . and i asked how can she opened my current account as for current account many things are reauired . But she is saying that it is policy of company and we will send the email copy of Your form of 16 pages applying for current account and also saying that by just showing that form i can get my passbook. Cheque book and debit card from any axis bank branch . And so i refused to pay that 4000 Rs .as i know for opening current account in any bank we require proper documents of my business and other documents like aadhar card, pan card, etc . And so she is now calling 4-5 numbers every hour for paying 4000 Rs . And i am not picking calls of that numbers 9837536306 8929256079 And there are texting me on on my whatsapp saying that if i will not pay 4000 before 7 Pm my job will be cancelled . So please help me to get back my 2500 Rs from that fraud job providers .

          quikr rto services - fraud

          I paid rs 2500 + 200 for RTO ownership transfer in April 2018 to Puviarasan(puviyarasan.[protected]@quikr.co.in ) and Nawazulla khan took my original documents. It's 1 year completed but no response from any one. Approxi 100 emails sent with patient. They are not even answering back properly after repeated follow-up.Sending same template email every time.           I placed an order on 16 mar for a sofa costing rs 7700 using bajaj finserv. Simmerpreet from quikr confirmed payment received. She told me that sofa will come doorstep within 5days today it is sixth day but neither sofa has arrived nor any response from quikr.. I think this is cheating. If quikr is not capable of providing service it should be taken to consumer court forum.

              Trapped in cyber crime

              Dear sir,

              I got trapped into a cyber crime. 2 days ago (On 19th march 2019) i saw the ad on quikr for macbook pro worth rs 20000. And there was written the number to contact the person for placing the order.

              I contacted him over whatsapp and asked him about the product. He said that it is available and was asking how many i want. I told him i just want one and he agreed to give me.

              I asked him is this genuine he told me 100% genuine with original bill and invoice. I asked that where is the shop he told we are located at us from bestbuy company and they do shipment using dhl and bluedart.

              He gave me a form (Text on whatsapp) to fill in which i have to fill my name delivery address how many units i want and preferred bank. I gave him the details.

              After that he texted me and said i have to pay 5000rs for shipping and tax.

              He was sounding legit and accepting any mode of payment so i thought he is legal person also he said rest i have to pay after receiving the product. Also he was telling me that they are running some promotional offers so he will give the apple watch free with this.

              He sent me some screenshots of the payment done by the other customers also.

              So i sent him the money using phonepay app to the account details which he has provided.

              First i did the 3000rs payment but he said that the shipping company want 5000rs only so i sent him the rest 2k. He was saying i will never break your trust.

              After few minutes he said they are having some sort of issues so the shipping company is asking to clear the vat and tax because they don't want the any problem from the indian authority and he said amount is 3000. I did not understand but he was again n again telling me that he will deliver my product and i don't have to pay more than 20000rs also i asked him for some kind of assurance so he send me a video saying that dhl people are packing your order please make the payment fast so that i can deliver it.

              So i gave him 3000rs using same phonepay app.

              He called me and said not to worry you can trust me and all and said he will deliver the product in 2days.

              Again he said that 3000rs which i have paid that was only for tax but extra 3000rs i have to pay for vat.

              Then i told him that i'm not trusting you now first you ship the product and give me the details then i'll pay for the tax.

              I asked him again and again for the details but he told me that once you clear all the payment shipping company will give him the details and then he'll provide me. So i paid 3000rs to him first tried with phonepay but my upi limit was exceeded for that day so i couldn't then i added the account in my icici bank imobile app by using that i paid him 3000rs.

              After that he send me a long message in which it was written that shippment cannot happen because of some little issues and they want the full payment now for the product and then only they can ship to avoid problem which may occur at the airport.

              Then i told him that you are fooling me and asked for the guarantee that you won't be asking for any further amount and deliver the product,

              He said 100% guarantee and telling i'm with you trust me, from my heart i'm telling this and i'll never let you down. So he convinced me to pay 9000rs more.

              He said all the original documents are inside the package.

              Also he told me that the shipping guy mistakenly packed 3 units of apple macbook and 2 unit of iphone max.

              I told him how this cannot be possible. I asked him for the tracking id but he did not give me.

              He said me that wait till thursday you'll receive your package.

              I told him okay and asked for the apple watch that it is also shipped or not he said yes. Then i told okay i'll wait and thought once package will come i'll collect my item and send back the rest.

              Next day afternoot he told me that shipment has arrived to india and he send me the custom receipt and told that i have to pay 9500rs for to release it to courier guy.

              I asked him to give me the indian authority number but he did not give me. And he said that the package has arrived to delhi airport.

              I told him that i won't give you any extra money but he again and again messaged me told me that no more charges after this and i'll provide you the delivery man number.

              So i paid him that money too. He gave me a number to contact and told me now you can chat to him over whatsapp and ask about the parcel.

              I texted this guy this was a whatsapp business account. I told him that i have a delivery to come he asked me about the parcel number i gave him that which was written on the custom receipt.

              Then he told that i have some unfinished payment which i need to pay and after that he will deliver.

              I asked for the receipt but he did not give me and told this is for some kind of license and vat.

              Then i told him i have already paid for the vat. He then called me said he do not know about that he told me that as he can check i have paid that so i have to pay this amount also he told me send one identification proof so that delivery person can verify that he is delivering to the right person so i sent him my driving license photo.

              First he said that the unfinished amount is 13950. After a lot of discussion i told supplier about this his name is musa i told him about this he said it is not upto me you have to him 13950.

              I had no other choice left i paid him that amount.

              As soon as i paid that he told he made a mistake that the amount is not 13950 amount is 23950 and i have to pay more.

              Again after discussion he convinced me pay 10000rs more.

              I paid using my imobile app.

              After that he told me that i have paid the amount late so it has introduced some extra charges of 17850rs which i have to pay to get the delivery.

              This time i did not pay and continuously asking for the full payment and told them that i dont want the package.

              Just give me the refund.

              I told both the person that i dont want the package please give me the refund.

              After some time he told me that he is shipping back the product to dubai and will send the authorities to my address and that i'm importing goods into the country without license.

              He is having my id proof as driving license and home address

              I'm really very scared please contact me please help me please. He told that he'll send some authorities.

              I have lost 53450rs and upon that he is threatening me. Please contact me.

                  It has been more than month quikr is not taking any action on complain. No one responds on email and customer care number also end with asking email to them. All numbers listed on web is wrong as none of number get dial and reach to person to talk. Is company founder known? Have they opened company only to do fraud and take money from people? On this consumer complain portal also they just respond once but no one comes back.

                            I had placed an ad on quikr to sell my exisitng used furniture. After speaking to some of the people who had accepted the offer for my used tv unit, on buyer found it interesting and have placed an order with quickr. The problems start from here:
                            1. Quickr does not inform anywhere that i will have to disassemble the unit at my cost. There is no item inspection done by quickr to understand the condition of the unit
                            2. They have informed the buyer without taking my consent that i would not want to get it disassembled.
                            3. After that, i have spoken to the buyer and explained to them the situation, post which, i agreed to get the item disassembled. Pick up is scheduled with quickr on saturday (16th march)
                            4. No information is shared by quickr on the time of pickup. Pickup vendor calls me and asks me to be available immediately.
                            5. I try and be there at the earliest possible time, only to come to know that the vendor has decided to not pickup the item as it is "damaged" and he has rescheduled my pickup
                            6. Now, quickr does not call to reschedule and i have a dismantled unit on the floor of my living room with a huge risk to the kids
                            7. Buyer feels that the item is not upto the required expectation and hence cancels the order
                            8. Quickr's customer service team is "very rude", "not empathetic" to the situation that they have put me in
                            9. The entire blame is given to the buyer and i quote the statement made by the rescheduling guy who called "there is not even 1% fault of quickr. It is the buyer's fault"

                            Now, i would want to understand:
                            1. How can quickr ask the seller to disassemble the furniture and cancel it at the last moment?
                            2. Why are the terms not clearly mentioned on quickr's website?
                            3. Why is the seller being penalized in this entire scenario?
                            - dismantling the unit even before they pickup the unit
                            - no payment till the buyer confirms it
                            - if the pickup vendor or buyer decides to not go ahead with it, it is the seller who has to manage everything.

                              I had posted free ad for my iphone with cost ~8500, as soon as i posted i started getting responses (20+). Within 30 mins i got the call from quickr (Meenaxi from delhi [protected]) and she started promoting offers and giving false promises that if you buy rs.500 premium ad then we guarantee you to get the rs.10k for your mobile. I have ignored in first instance but again she called and insist and promised to provide better price. I had purchased rs.500 premium. And surprisingly i hardly got 3 response with cost of 6000 and lesser. I have contacted quikr support several times but these people not responding even after 15 emails and 10 calls. These people are just making fool to customer with false promises. Atleast someone should take the responsibilities and respond to the query raised by customer.                                 I purchased tv panel ad id[protected]. I was out of town and after three days when i opened the packing the item was found damaged at many places. I requested quikr to kindly return and refund the amount as they have return policy upto 5 days.
                                I already paid rs 4200/-. However they have refused to return the item stating that the item should have been returned during delivery itself. The items sold in quikr is of substandard and the return policy is pathetic. They give stupid reasons for not taking back the items once delivered

                                    I got scammed by a fraud quikr copy phone seller.
                                    I got this contact from quikr advertisment.
                                    I deal with him through whatsapp he send me his phone photo and told me he will provide cod and taking 200rs for cod i sent himand at the time of delivery delivery boy told me that it's not a open delivery if you want you have to take risk i call to the the seller he told me don't worry.
                                    But delivery boy told me that don't take risk because there are many frauds but it's my mistake i decided to take risk and after unboxing i got stone inside box then i call to the seller and instantly he blocked me from every where.
                                    Today i did fir against him i have his every detail.
                                    Soon i will make video to aware you from this type of scammers

                                    Hi, We are sorry to hear that. We have time and again urged our customers not to make any offline transactions with the sellers and vice versa.
                                    great response given by quikr to a person who was cheated as well- we have said time and again not to make offline payments. to hell with such diplomatic replies of yours. all this would not have happened if you had not let such schemers post their ads on your website for money.
                                    no wonder quikr does not have a good name.
                                    it should be your basic necessity to do some checks on the dealers and make some strict regulations incase of such frauds where money is taken but no product is given.
                                    Quikr is at fault.

                                      Quikr says not to pay anything for gettngs jobs 9 out of 10 companies listed on quikr jobs demand money before offering jobs and most of them are fraud and quikr does nothing about it when requested except for sending a condollation mail. Why dont you people make an agreement with the xompanies getting listed to not demand anything from job seekers. Typing business technology registered oj quikr is fraud. I have raised a complaint on quior jobs already. They din't help. I lost my money.
