I have paid rs.1655/- for the premium ad for real estate yesterday via paytm to mr. Pradeep (Emp # 6000 and mobile # +[protected] and was contacted by him. He assured me that he will give 5 customer numbers per day. I didn't receive any response from pradeep after the interaction with him yesterday. When there is no response from him, i called pradeep. He never responded. After further calling him, he blocked my number.

I took the package because he told me that he will provide 5 customers per day. Now i am not interested in the ad through quickr. I just want the full refund of the money paid to you.

And i call to miss. Selvi (Hr). She told me to come to chennai, you take one counseling i have paid 1000 rupees for that registration.. Then i went there on 25.02.2019 monday and they asked to go for a counselling and they strictly instructed to surrender my mobile phone or make it switched off and then i went on for a counselling and i asked some questions about foreign jobs seniority like they told me medical 15000& advance payment 43500 after this they sent me for medical fitness and after to that they send me for the client interview. I asked them some doubt they people saying don't ask such type of questions we are not supposed to say you anything,,, that prove quicker jobs is fraud and fake...
But i know quicker is an branded company but some of these fraud agencies and fake consultancy spoiling your brand name
Please check through my request otherwise in future there are so many young champs will suffer like i did please don't let a way to that please...

Wanted to contact a packers and movers, so entered all my requirements in quikr website, and then quikr forwarded my requirements to concerned companies. One of the companies is vrl fast cargo packers and movers with branch office at pune.

Contacted mr. Vijendra singh ([protected] and [protected]) to transfer my goods from pune to tangutur, andhra pradesh. Mr vijendra singh finalised the deal with 5350 with including insurance. There are total 4 baggages and price amount of 20000.

Packages i have given on[protected]. They said packages will be delivered in 3 days for sure. So i paid the total amount to them.

I didn't received the packages till today. And my travel to abroad is tomorrow. Now those guys are not receiving my phone calls. And they are not responding.

When i checked gstin numbers it seems they are also cancelled or wrong.

I am attaching all the evidences to the complaint. I need the resolution as quick as possible.

This is siddhant, i've posted an ad on february 10, 2019 on quikr for selling my old car, with in 4 hours of my ad posting - i got a call from quikr that i should convert this ad to "premimum ad" by paying rs 1575, and if in case, car is not sold through quikr platform or it is sold on some other platform then only rs 75 will be chargeable and rest of money (Rs 1500) will be refunded into my paytm valet and no question will be asked.

My car did not sold on quikr as i didn't get any genuine buyer in 2 weeks, so i have decided to cancel the ad.

I want my money back, and regarding this i have called to your customer service couple of times, dropped several emails to "[protected]@quikr.com", but didn't get any response.

Kindly refund the amount as soon as possible.

I got a message from quikr that my profile is selected for icici bank job and demand for money more than my package. I paid more than 75% that they demanded and now i don't get any joining letter and ask for more money to release the joining letter. Sudesh sing was the account holder for money received and he never talk with me. His representative are now don't receive my call and not replying me on whatsapp because i ask for my money refund.

This are my two invoice number your representative told me the money back plan if my car not got sold on quikr then the amount will be refund in my paytm after one month last time when i complaint about the same i got a call from your side and executive told me amount will be credited in my paytm in some days approx 15/16 feb 2019 but there is no amount credited in my walled and also i didnt get any update kindly refund the amount as soon as possible and there is no way to contact your support team when i call on customer they do only one thing they transfer your call to the next department now i just rcvd a call from quikr they again told me the same thing that they will refund my amount in next 5 to 7 working days are you really kidding me i called from a new number and they didnt asking me anything no invoice number no information they directly told me we initiated your refund is it a company or looters...

I had applied for cabin crew... I got a call that i have been selected for indigo airline and then they asked for registration charge ie 1800 which was refundable, then they asked rs5500 for verification and they said they will refund. I cancelled my file and they said after 7 days they will refund the amount but now they are not picking up my calls. I have their phone number and whatsapp number and even have the screenshots of the payment done and also the id of the person whom i transferred the money... Please revert!

My name is ashutosh amd i have posted a premium add on quikr few days back, when they called me they ask me to pay 1500 rupees and said if the car doesn’t get sell within 15 days money will be refunded with no questions asked, now its been a month and when i call customer care they just don’t respond or give illogical answers, i hope you guys return my money as said, its been more than a month now.

After several emails/messages (To mr. Likith & mis. Neetha - bangalore office)/ managements until today they are not responding and solving our problems of the two-advertisements, due to the wrong posting from the day of my payments (29/01/2019) on wards & no enquires are received as of date, we taken the package of rs 8, 000 for bangalore & cochin flats. The last day mr. Likith (Manager) promised to solve all our issues until 21st feb.2019.
After our previous complaint miss. Neetha not responding my calls/messages. We already informed this 3rd time to the management but they not taken any proper actions to their employees. I really made a big mistake to pay the advertisements, please my request to everyone don't pay any money to quikr in future for the advertisement.
1) i need to change my both the adv from broker to owner

2) my adv. Booking time agreed for 8 months now it's showing valued until six & three months.

3) proper searching by buyers not showing the advertisements.

On 11th of february 2019. I have paid for my company's listing at quikr after a several followups by mr. Aman sheikh (+91 [protected]) and miss kajal (+91 [protected]) and paid for annul listing. Before the payment i was receiving almost 10 calls per day from these guys and this guys assured for the best service assistance in case of queries and support. Just after the payment i made this guys just disappear from the network and i was continuously calling them for my issues for a days. After several threats by going legal with quikr that guy replies with shameless statement that he is busy with some events from a week and cant help me out anyways. Iys completely the frauds ventures and my experience with them is worst ever. I surely recommend my network to stay away fro this kind of lathargic companies and stay away from stress given by this guys.

Customer service agent calls me to guarantee selling my bed via quikr by buying the premium account and told me she would do the dealing on my behalf and i would just need to ksay yes or no. I agreed and gave the money but i have not received a single offer since. She also mentioned that the amount will be refunded if it's not sold. She is not taking my calls anymore and i'm presuming has blocked my number. Her name is shama parveen and contact number is [protected]

I was told by a quikr representative that i’d just have to pay 999inr as a service fee and all my products will be sold by quikr and i’d not have to worry at all. I ended up transferring that amount and now there is no such service. After repeated calls from different representatives i got convinced. But i guess i was right, this is just a conning attempt by quikr to just extract money and not provide services. I am aware of this now and will make sure to share this review wherever i can.

Sir, i my daughter had booked household goods by super cargo packer and movers on[protected] goods from pune to kalavad (361001) and paid rs.8500 in cash to the person came for packing and collecting the goods. It was overalll 17 cartoons including cartoons, bags, and other. He had promised to deliever the goods within three days but now he is demanding extra money and the goods are still not reached the destiny. He said if you will not pay the extra money he will not deliever the goods to the destiny. We have paid him as he wanted and as per the survey he had in the flat and anticipated we had given him 8500/ in cash.

A mail was sent to Quikr yesterday stating many fraud people claim to give a job to different candidates after getting money from the candidate. I have mailed Quikr the address, contact number and contact persons name in the mail but I have only received a false assurance that it will be taken care of. I have not received any resolution for the same. What is the next step ? Should we involve police, consumer forum, Ombudsman, NGO's etc. or all of them at the same time ?

I need a quick resolution on the same.

I have posted for a sales men job on quikr for which i have paid rs 3890. But found all unwanted and non-relevant people responding with little information, most of them with just one word. Waste of time

I spoke to the customer service and they say i have to send sms to each of them to send more info or speak to each of them to find out about the candidate. They say the job seeker doesn't bother to fill full details. Another fraud site.

I received a call for job in fixtine solutions pvt ltd, and they called me for interview and demanded 600 as registration fee and 1000 as training fee, they are not responding. Please i request to refund my 1600 ruppees. I have trying to make contact from past few days, they are just saying that you will be provided job and now they are not responding.in the name of training, they demanded 1000 rupees and there was no such training. I visited everytime the main office in rajouri garden of fixtine solutions according to their demand. If they can't provide job. They should return my 1600 rupees immediately.

What is the status of my refund amount?? An executive from quikr claimed it would be done at the earliest i. E within a week and that was in the last week of december!!! Still there is no no clarity and no amount has been credited!!! I have sent multiple mails on every alternate day but there is no reply or communication from their end.

Hi wanted to sell my bed on quikr for which i had posted an advertisement. Post this i got a call from shama parveen with contact no. [protected] who asked me to pay rupees 999 and they give guarantee of selling the bed on my behalf. Even after refusing she forced me and told me that in case it is not sold we shall refund the amount. It has been more than 10 days now she is not picking my calls and refusing to do the refund. On calling customer care hey told me that she had fooled you and they do this as a trap.
