Data entry solutions company, sewa nagar gurgaon haryana cheated me. Initially asked for 656 rs for registration n then 2350 rs as secuirty money. Took 3000 rs from me. Their paytm account number[protected]. Now want 15000 rs more. I doubt this company actually have registration. They gave cin number as [protected]. Please remove them from quikr before other ppl getting cheated.

    Quikr pick and drop service is cheating customer . I booked pick and drop service . They scheduled pick and drop. They picked up the product and didn't drop it to the destination.After calling 100 times to customer care no one is calling back . There is no status of my product. When you call to customer care they said our executive will call you but no one is calling back. Pathetic service .

      More than 18 days has elapsed, but in-spite of multiple time followup to resolve the issue, neither product has been delivered not the refund against the same has been made, when requested.

      Serious cheaters and non resolver they are. Why such companies should be banned from selling their product which are non committed.

      I am going to file a cyber crime complaint along with a consumer complaint for cheating with the online customers.

        I have ordered a wardrobe from quicker. It was not as per specification
        I returned the product after wards i contacted the quickr support number i think its a fake number they never pick after 10 mins wait also. I wrote to them. And website also don't have option to cancel product. Worst service. My money is still with seller. Not able to get the money

          I booked pick and drop service of quikr. They asked to do payment first. I did payment and assured me about same day pick and drop of my product. They picked up my product but didn't deliver. No one from customer care is responding. I called 10 times to customer care but no reply. No response from any executive. They are cheating their customer.

            One of your executive had called me I have the number [protected], I have posted a add to sell my car Hyundai i10 car num (mh05bl3816) to sell the car for which I have upgraded the premium and paid 450rs to quikr, in 5 min I got a call from above number and he asked me to pay more 1050 rs to quikr so that the my car add will be more highlighted and sell faster and if in a month car is not sold quikr will refund the money was promised by quikr agent and since then I haven't got a single genuine buyer.After escalating the matter to quikr support they had shared few numbers but all that numbers are uncontactable or switched off or neither replying.
            I have send number of emails to quikr support on this but they are not replying to my email.

              Ordered a washing machine from quikr assured doorstep service. The washing machine is defective. The machine would turn on but none of the functions work. Talked to customer support to file return but no update on replacement.
              The customer support who processed my payment confirmation did not respond on whatsapp chats.

              The washing machine was delivered on 7th feb 2019, 8:00 pm, and has a 3 days replacement clause. If quikr support does not respond then it will create problem.

              Quikr team were helpful in resolving the issue. Sure the process took some time but was resolved (i am sure quikr team will work on that). Regarding my issue of not being able to get in touch with quikr support, the senior management made sure one of the member of quikr support (yogita) stayed in touch with me. Yogita helped me in selecting the alternate washing machine as a replacement and kept me posted of the status till delivery. Really appreciate the steps taken by quikr senior management. Would also like to thank consumer complaint team to share my issues with the concerned person.

              Hi,

              In reference to my complain, I had received assurance on call and mail from Quikr support that my complaint will be addressed within 2 working days (already elapsed), but it has been 5 working days (including today) since i filed for replacement of damaged washing machine delivered to me. Apart from assurance, I have not yet received any confirmation regarding acceptance to my request (mail abstract attached for reference). I have mailed several times to get an update but there has been no reply from quikr support.
              I am still hopeful that quikr team will resolve the issue soon and I request you to kindly assist me in resolving the issue at the earliest.

                Hello friends
                I have very bad experience from the quikr this year. I got call from tushar chavan a quikr representative and explained me about premium services and providing business leads. He convinced me about the package they were offering saying that you will be only premium customer of surat city, we are not taking other customer from your city in area of your services so that all business inquiry from your city will be provided to you. They took rs.6001/- for one year services. I make the payment and wait. I have waited for 3 months but i did not get a single inquiry from quikr. I call this person name tushar chavan but never received my call or never call back and never replied to my mail. I also complaint in quikr customer care but not getting proper reply.
                Now it has been 8 months but neither tushar chavan nor quikr replied me on the complaint. I realised that my money has been wasted or i have been scammed. But this complaint is for the honest people who work hard to earn money. This is to inform you guys that if you got call from quikr about premium services and business leads etc do not believe them. Untill you make payment they will call you every day, but once you paid then it is over they will never listen. Do not be trapped by quikr. We all know how much is takes to earn money but fraudster like these will take your money in a second.

                  Incident: we purchased a used furniture sofa cum bed - black brown lines finish (Ad id:[protected] on 31st jan 2019 and have paid rupees 1000 (One thousand only) in advance. The product was placed under quikr assured: which means it is eligible to delivered within 48 hours. But the order was not delivered. Upon inquiry we were told that, there is a small disclaimer written in the advt which says that it might take 4-5 days for the actual delivery to happen. Hopeful, we waited for the assured 4 — 5 days but product has not arrived.

                  Upon second inquiry we were told that the product is damaged and it needs to be refurbished and would take 48 more hours. We have waited again for couple of days but still we have not received anything positive.

                  Have lost faith in the system, especially an indian startup which have failed to impress their customers by giving fake promises and extorting money.

                  Firstly, how can the product is labled quikr assured if it cannot be delivered within 48 hours? "

                  Secondly, there is no update or notification to the customer about the status of their purchase, for days the status in the mobile app still shows"pickup schedule : yet to confirm"- what does this mean? Does this mean whether the team has not approached the seller to pick the product up. That begs the question"how can tell us the product is damaged and needs to be refurbished" this can only happen if the product is picked up and checked for defects.

                  Sounds dubious, now i feel quickr are complete fraudsters.

                  Resolution: with so much of bad experience with the customer care and the delay, we worry about the quality of the product if at all it is delivered. We simply want the money back. We would rather approach other avenues.

                  Overall opinion: due to my past experience as a potential seller (Even paid for making my advts top rated) but no potential buyer and now as a disappointed customer i would never ever recommend quikr to my colleagues. Shame on you quickr!

                  Viewers, those who are reading this message and have felt cheated the same way, lets raise our voice and seek solution.

                    I have used quikr rto services for activa transfers in bangalore in dec18. Till date i have received my transferred rc. Every i follow up they write give us some more time, but that time never comes. Renuka prasad and others are also marked in the mail but nobody cares it seems. Very pathetic response from such a brand name. Transferred rc copy is being received in mail but original god knows why they are not delivering. Can somebody help.

                      I am shravan a 16 years student from hyderabad actually the story starts here i was in need of a external hard drive for my laptop so i saved upto 3500 in 6 months and decided to buy an old hard drive from quikr so i searched a-lot and found a perfect one for me (Ad id :[protected] then i decided to purchase it and later i made pre-paid payment as per quikr rules on 4-2-2019 using paytm (Transaction id:[protected] later on 07 feb 2019, 06:59 pm i received the product later on i checked it at 8 pm but it was not working at all i thought its data cable issue i went to market and bought a new cable but still it was not working at all next day 8-2-2019 i tried complaining quikr about damged product they said me to co-operate with seller i tried contacting to seller and his phone is switched off : (.. No answer i am badly stuck now i am a student i can't get huge money for another one i request quikr to help in this issue please sir because i am very badly stuck in this bad situation i have lost all my hopes and i can't do anything now i am not able to respond my big-bro when he asks "where did you used 3k money"? I am speechless

I already done payment and she say order is deliver within 2-3 day but still have no any update i also try to ask your team but she don't reply me.                           I am interested doing jobs in data entering as well but i got a bank account number from your quikr concerned representative and i send send 1000 money as they said that its a mandatory for the admission in that job and also said that after i paid money then the company executive will call me soon within 2hr but i didnt got any call from them till now. And now i want my money back immediately anyhow so please refund me and dont make fool to all people's who are interested after doing data entering jobs, using such fake companies name.

                            I am writing this without any hope now.

                            On 24th may, 2018 i made the payment for doing insurance of my car. Initially they said it will of rs 3600, so i made the payment. Then in september month they said insurance value is increase. Then i said it is better you can refund the amount. After that i receive mail on 17th oct, 2018 to provide us the bank details, on the same day i send them mail they all the required details. And after that also i send more than 20 follow up mail but still no responce from them.

                              One madam ' Shama Parveen' called mi from Quikr on sat dt. 2nd Feb 2019 in afternoon from no.[protected] for my advertisement .. she told me that one of my coin purchased by Bangalore customer and she wants to close my case and for further process of verification she requested to pay 1299 Rs . I have paid that amount . But she didn't send mi any invoice mail or message . And she said that one person will come to your place to receive that coin and the amount will be transfer to your account after all process.. but from 3 days her phone is switched off and I didn't get any info or message regarding this matter.. i made mail to the account manager regarding this matter ... they replied that do not pay any amount
                              for this, but I already paid ..kindly help mi for this matter. Plz do needful. ..

                                  I am an aggrieved customer of quikr.com.
                                  In the month of nov'18 i have made the payment to avail the services of getting the duplicate rc from quikr. The order no. Is nov563m.
                                  I have had a very bad experience. The first complaint that would like you to work upon is asking all the required documents and information at one go.
                                  There have been multiple email on the requirements and different people asking the same document there by delaying the process.
                                  The second complaint is the delay and non commitment from quikr. I am in the process of selling my car and had to decline good offers as quikr has not been able to obtain the rc even as on date (I. E. After 4 months). This way i cannot move ahead with quikr services and demand the refund of my money and compensation towards arranging the buyers and depletion in the car value due to the delay.
                                  Please take this up with the concerned and provide the necessary relief.

                                    I had ordered a cone iphone 8plus. It was stated in the ad that it comes with the ios software. But when i contacted the dealer i came to know that it is a android 8 version. I've paid 7005 rs for the product online. The quikr customer service agent said that they would refund the amount within 5 to 7 days with a deduction of 200 rs as fine but its not yet done

                                      Dear friends,

                                      Before applying for a dl through quikr, please think thousand times. Actually drop the idea unless you want your hard earned money to go for a waste. So here's how the story goes.

                                      Applied for a new dl in the month of december. Its february now and till now i haven't received any phone calls nor any email or messages from the quikr team. They said that it would take a week's time for me to get the call from the rto but that never happened!!!

                                      Why do you cheat people like this? I wonder if there are any faithful people working in quikr. It was my hard earned money and they just took it.

                                        If i have to rate quikr with my current experience, i would rate minus! Very poor customer customer. Do not trust their customer service. This is exactly what i am talking about. First, they will take your money, then will make you wait for 2 months and then fade away. Friends, be careful while applying for your drivers licence through quikr. They would make you wait for months to get your appointments with the rto and then eventually you will never get a call and then your money is gone!!! If i have to rate quikr with my current experience, i would rate minus! Very poor customer customer. Do not trust their customer service.
