One of your employee sold gold ads package with fake information.
He told me that you will receive at least 60 calls with in 10 days.
After purchasing the ads
I post ad according to their guidance.
But got zero (0) call response.

I request him and call him around 15- 25 time for return back my money but he said no

Lastly he said to post another ad and he surely says...

Your marking person had given false information and sold package. However while activating it we came to know that he had cheated us and we are asking for refund money but no one is responding on issue.
From pune sales team mitun choudhary who is on favour of marketing person shivam shivam narayan makode and not proceeding with refund.
Need refund of money as we do not believe on quikr.

We have not received the invoice after the amount being paid and we have not got appropriate support from the quikr bangalore -

Shivananda and vinod the manager shivananda didn't have the courtesy to resolve my query till date neither he called us from there side.

I requested a washing machine service from quickr, a representaive from divine enterprise bangalore came to our flat and cheated and took 2000rs from us and fixed a motor and he went after that when we checked washing machine is not working, we called him 20 and more daily for one week, after all the missed calls he will sent a message and say i will come . We believed and we waited for 2 weeks but he never came . Please take a action immediately....

I am not getting refund for cancelled order of laptop. I called many times to customer care but they every time told me that it will take 4 to 5 business days. Already 15 days are passed and i have not received my refund. They are not initiating transfer. When call they say its technical error. For refund only they have technical error. Within a day a quikr representative lady called me and informed that premium gets more attraction. For r's 1000 she said my advt will be displayed in the top in coimbatore for a month. If vehicle is not sold she said money will be returned.

Despite of so many call to quikr customer care I did not get any resolution regarding my refund for Ad ID[protected] for Ipad mini 2. I am deeply disappointed with your service. I was confirmed a refund on 27th nov 2018 for rs19200/-.
I was informed that the rto process would take more than 6 months and hence quikr would refund me my money. On 27nov2018, i received a mail asking for the account details where the money will be refunded. I provided the same and received an acknowledgement on 1dec 2018 that it will reflect in my account in 12-15 working days.
I was told it would take 12-15 working days...

Hello, i have seen apple airpod's advertisement and i purchase it but your dealer make fraud with me. I got a message from quikr that my profile is selected for icici bank job and demand for money more than my package. I paid more than 75% that they demanded and now i don't get any joining letter and ask for more money to release the joining letter. I got a call that i have been selected for indigo airline and then they asked for registration charge ie 1800 which was refundable, then they asked rs5500 for verification and they said they will refund.
