I have pay an amount of 4000 for paytm but they didn't delivered the product and when am asking for refund they told me that they your money will not be refunded and this was a scam again i call him and begging him to refund my money or deliver my iphone xs max clone but they block my number and my whole money was lost and then he call me to submit more money that is 6350 to refund your all money or not then i will submit him 6350 but again the whole money was not be refunded to my account and my delivery was lost. Again i am asking for refund my money but they tell me some abusive word and they told me to submit more money then we will refund you then i will submit the complain to refund my money anyway and the consumer number is [protected] this is the number of company boy and try to cheating me two times sooo plese refund my money as soon as possible

This is to complain about the lack of support from the concerned quikr team to repeated requests for help. Although promised personalised support in accessing the database, no one has come from quikr in the last 4 months to help. I have been speaking to mr. Raj manthena, m. Swapna and ms. Minakshi. Though aggressive in selling the package, there were few efforts to help the customer use the package. What is the use of the package if it cannot be used by the customer. Two employees of quikr gave me 3 months plan of rs711 and after one month they deactivated my plan saying that the plan validity is only one month's when i call quikr they said both employee left the job we can't do any thing. I hv proof of 3 months plan. Such fraud people they are. The issue they send me mail and whatup as well for the plan then how they deactivate my plan and i continuously send mail to them regarding their service but they never solved it.

I have completed my payment of 2500 and amogh had stated they will get back with schedule until they get payment they used to call and respond to emails instantly and now he is not answering my calls and switched off either responding to the emails. What kind of service is this no professionalism i need update whats going on. If not we will have to raise compliant in ncrb for fake business.

As soon as you place a free add on quikr to sell you car or any items. Quikr fraud sales team will call and try to convince the customer, like they will place the add on top list and 100 customers will call you and also they will say that don’t bargain your quoted price below that level. They will assure as if they have 100 genuine customers ready to purchase the vehicle more than your expectation. Also they will promise that your premium amount will be refunded to your wallet if the car not sold within 30 days, only condition is do not delete the add. I have placed the add on 26th feb and on the same day paid the premium amount for add id:[protected]. I just got few call like 6 or 7 counterfeit calls from the customers. When the car not sold after completing 30 days, on 26th march, when i called that quikr fraud representative “mr. Farhan”, he denied to refund, because he says 100 customer click already completed. Guys never pay the premium amount.

I have booked this service for getting noc for my car. After making the payment, i was told to get more documents incase if rto requests for. As i have to get the requested docuemnts form other government agency by own i have decided to work it out by my own adn requested for refund of my payment after deducting their charges.

I was told that refund will be done in 12-15 days. But even after 45 days, i am still fighting with them to get me refund. I made multiple calls, emails every time they used to say that they are checking with their finance team (As if it is an external team) and will get back to me.

Last month i had contacted maid & cook services through your sites for cook service agency had ask me to transfer online payment of rs.3000/- to avail the service facality

But after week time span when there was no response i had to call them and repetitive call someone name nidhi picks the phone tell we dont have cook and when i ask them to return my money back they are not giving any answer for the same i have contact surya from quicker he told the problem will be resolve asap

But its month time i have still not getting any repsonse from either quiker or maid & cook service

This is worst site and henceforth i will not visit this site

He took 3500rs from me... N have never contacted me from the day i have given him money... He had told me that he will sell my bike in 15 days... But he is not picking up my calls not any message

N quikr has 3 toll free no.in every toll free no. A lady recorder speaks for 3 minutes to wait n den it is automatically phone is cancelled... There is no way to connect quikr n it is now getting worst... There are many people like me who have invested 3500rs but now they are not in mood to call or keep a service

I have posted 2 ads in quikr and it has been 10 days but still my ads are showing in inactive state.

The app is stating as "post free ad", when i applied for a free ads it directly went to inactive stage and it never went to active stage. Now it is asking me to pay a premium amount and to upgrade my ads which is costing near to 708 rupees.

Can you please check and revert back.

Sir mujhe ek whatspp pr message says or call bhi aayi ki aap home based work or a chahta h aapko koi fees nhi deni h bs hmari company me registration krna h or meri ek i'd ki photo like or email i'd bhi puchi or registration complete krwaya or ek jagah date ki kbse kaam shuru krna chahte ho or naam ka phla akshar likhne e ko kha would ek agreement tha fir user id or password issue kiya or login krne ke liye kha or jb maine login kiya to work blocked btane lga jb maine unke reference employee see bat ki to unhone ki tumhe iska maintenance charge bharna pdega nhi to tumhare khilaaf case hoga or fir tbse lawyer ka bhi fon aaya h.

Tried to sell fridge on quikr... After posting ad paid 599 to upgrade to premium. Got a call to pay another 1001 bucks to get customized ads and etc benefits. After payment no support, all promises are a lie. Support team even stated they cannot follow up on commitment of sales team. Account manager sent email dysfunctional to my cause. Fridge still not sold, duped out of 1600 rs instead. This is scam campaign to mint money. I demand a refund. Olx without premium ad i am getting calls. Here zero

I paid rs 51000 to buy two products (Laptops) and quikr cancelled my both the orders and money is with quikr they are not refunding my money.
They told me that withing 4-5 days amount will be credited to your bank account but its almost 20 days finished till now they didn't credit my money.
They are not at all responding. Irresponsible fellows.
Please take appropriate action against them.

On 31st january 2019 i posted an ad on quikr about an oxygen concentrator worth ₹98, 000. After an hour i started receiving calls from quikr to upgrade my ad to provide it a better view. I got a call from delhi office from miss. Ritu shah (+[protected], she very cleverly convinced me to pay an amount of ₹1, 200 for the same. She promised me that my product will definitely be sold within 30 days, i have all her call recordings with me. She told me if my product will not be sold in 30 days i will get a refund of 800 rupees in my quikr wallet which i can use later on, i was convinced and transferred the money to quikr. I received an invoice the same day but on that day my ad was not upgraded. From the next day onwards this lady started ignoring my calls. I waited for 30-35 days but my product was not sold as promised but her on call. On calling her on 30th day she disconnected my calls and blocked my number, then she texted me 'i have left the job please don't call me, try reaching someone else'. That was a really shocking thing for me as i was no longer able to contact her and all i knew was her. Then i tried reaching the delhi office and there i got connected to a so called "team leader" mr. Raj (+[protected]. He also delayed somedays in responding to my issues and was not able to help me at all. He told me to send all the call recordings of miss. Ritu which i did but still no action was taken by him too. He told me that the money cannot be refunded in any circumstances and miss. Ritu has left the job and we can't help you more.
This was my first and last experience with quikr. I will never recommend anyone to use quikr as these guys make a fool out o[censored]s and takes the money.
I want you to take a strict action against these two people and get my money refunded as i have all the recordings of miss. Ritu making false promises.
In case you need any voice recordings or the invoice, i will provide you with the same.

I sold a refreshing which was picked up properly and dispatched. The fridge was delivered to the buyer as scheduled, which the buyer has confirmed too. But the quikr status is now showing as delivery rescheduled, when the delivery is already happened! Customer care executive are not at all useful, they simply repeat the status which i can see on app. They never take any action to resolve.

I had received a message from quickr.

It was one mr. Sarath kumar uddaraju mobile no. +[protected] reg. Data entry job. Upon whatsapping my details,
Sarath varma uddaraju asked me to pay rs.1000/-, which he said was security deposit and will be refunded.

I made the payment accordingly. After which, i tried calling for acknowledgment. Either the number is busy or left unattended. Upon calling multiple...

My godrej double door refrigerator repair was done by your reference customer abdul of an refrigerator. He attended for no cooling complaint. He checked and said it's problem of derost and changed some wires in in deep freeze section of fridge. Said it will cool and collected rs 1800/- for repair and said quikr will give bill details. Was saying it will be given by quikr. Complaint not resolved. Party not attending calls, not reachable. Am of the opinion that it is fake. Advise, loosing hope on quikr. His mobile is switched off.

I contacted them. The guy asked to paytm advance of rs. 1000. He ensued that the maid will come from next morning. However no one came. The number is not answering any of my phone calls. I feel like i have been conned by quikr.

Money was taken by quikrr... And its 2 weeks my advertisement of the property i need to sell they have infact removed even the advert what i uploaded on their website.. After paying the amount.. My advertistment was removed... And when i approached the company a person by name deepali a staff from quikrr has been dodging me... And till now am unable to figure out my advertistment... Her number is mumbai[protected].. She is a fraud and i kept asking her to get my advertistment on premium done...

She is just bullying me or cheating me i am in touch with her regularly and she is too busy to sort out my advertistment.. She stopped contacting me after my money was paid... Using my debit card..

I paid 750 to quickr as a registration amount to akash singh from quicker he says that it is refundable amount but after paying no calls for jobs came so i canceled my request then they are not refunding my money please help they are ignoring me by saying tommorow day after tommorow please resolve my issue i m a low class student that money matters me the most
