I want to complaint about the fraud happpen with me by quicker...the HR demanding money 15600 RS before this he demands 9500 RS and told me to give address of job interview n all n clearly told me that after this he will not charge any rupee by now he is denying to give me either address n information or refund ..by didn't give me yet n still demanding money...I want to back my money ..kindly check my complaint n please take it action

I have placed two orders on several occasion. Both the products were ordered 15th and 17th of august transaction id:[protected]
Transaction id:[protected]. Till now there is no news as to what is taking place in the order. I called up several times to quikr doorstep which the ivr says a call back will be made but it’s been almost 5 days everyday that i have been asking for a call back and i am yet to get a call. I don’t understand what the problem is. It should’t be so difficult to schedule a pick up date with the seller and send a confirmation out for delivery. Everything is done electronically so what is the technical issue. This needs to be resolved as quickly as possible because i can’t wait forever for this two products to arrive

I ordered a center table on 02/08/2019, which was damaged at transit. After multiple follow ups, they refunded the amount in the quickr account. However, even after requesting to refund the amount to my bank, they are still not refunding the amount to my bank status. I have done multiple follow ups.

Please ask the quickr team to initiate the refund as they carry out various fraudulent activities. They do not respond to the calls, and their support system is too bad.

Please help me to get my money back

I am really disappointed how quikr team is dealing with customer orders and the expectation setting.

I have purchased the 3 door wardrobe (Ad id[protected] in 14th aug'19

While purchasing the product, it was mentioned that the product will be delivered within 7 - 10 days.

Post that, i was delighted to see expected delivery date as 16th aug'19 by 9 am.

On 15th expected delivery date changed to 17th
On 16th, expected delivery date for changed to 18th.

This same story is repeating every day for last 1 week. - screen shots attached for your reference

When i reached out your customer service ; they are telling me the same thing repeatedly - your order is yet to be picked up and team will call you for scheduling delivery.

Question is, then why this fake expectation setting with me!!

I am writing to you since i am unable to reach anyone, even yesterday i used your "write to management section" but there was no response.

I need a solution to my order -
1. Whether quikr team will be able to deliver this order
2. Realistic expected date of delivery, if your are confident about the delivery
3. Else request to cancel and refund the amount to my cc, if you are unable to fulfil the order.

Hi my name is sumed tare i have my acc with [protected]@gmail.com. Recently i have placed an order (Id mentioned above) with quikr. They said in 24hrs it will dispatch but even after 48hrs there is response from quikr. Am trying to reach customer care its too saying as "thank you for calling quikr our representative will get back you in short" i will go to consumer court in another 24hrs if i didnot get any reply.

3rd class service.. People dont ever buy anything from quikr. Best use olx

I bought a 2 door wardrobe on 30th july 2019 invoice # gst[protected] which was scheduled to deliver with 6-8 working days. After tracking with call centre, they never confirmed a date of delivery. On website status tracker on every date of delivery the delivery date is shifted 2 more days. I wrote an email to quikr management but no response. Call centre is even not refunding the amount. And now they have stopped calling back to respond. Highly frustrated and disappointed with the service.

This is chandramouli please provide a proper email id of yours to send the person and add details cheated his name is pushpendra kumar from mobile zone he has taken money 15 days back and not responded and he kept his mobile switch off provide me a proper email i'd to report the i'd you provided is not working i am going to lodge a police complaint and your also branding criminals as premium account holders

I amruta prashant shinde, nigdi pune, have given cook & helper ad on quikr website with option quikr verified candidate only my quikr user id [protected].

One guy called from west bengal. His name is ajay das. Mob no [protected] whatsapp number & [protected] google pay number, he said, i need job but right now calcutta & i don't have money. Can u send train fair? I said how much.2000 said that guy for myself & 1 helper.

I send money from my google pay account [protected] to his [protected] google pay account on 13.08.[protected]+500). He said we are booking ticket for 14.08.2019 of azad hind express. He was send me screenshot of the train with aadhar card & voter id.

On 14.08.2019 i called to know the status of booking. He has not pick up any call & didn’t responding to whatsapp. When we asked to return money he used bad words then we have checked her phone number on google then we notice that he is fraud...

Please look in to the matter at the earliest & help me the money back to my account

I have been paid rs 3500 and sent original vehicle rc on june 16th for my two wheeler noc. Initially they told the total process will take two weeks and i will get my noc by courier. It’s been two months now. I keep on following up with nawazulla khan (Nawazulla. [protected]@quikr.co.in), renuka prasad (Renuka. [protected]@quikr.com), ramith cr (Ramitha. [protected]@quikr.co.in), ilyas pasha (Ilyas. [protected]@quikr.co.in) but not getting any response. I would like to log a complaint in consumer forum on this. Please help

I received call from fake mahindra ltd company after my telephonic interview that asking me to pay 650 rs for registration.. Than i paid 650 by bank transfer in ac of mr raghu nandan now after 4 days i didn't receive any call from mahindra for verification.. And the girl also not picking my phone.. This is to inform you that the fridge that i had purchased from quikr ad id:[protected], transaction id[protected] is not working any longer. I have tried to go ahead and contact you guys several times but no responses! Today someone called me and gave me this number[protected] which does not even work! I was promised a warranty of 1 year and this is the kind of customer service that you guys are providing?

If this is not resolved immediately i shall be forced to take legal action.

I got scammed by quikr in a fake hdfc bank job interview. They also took 1000 rupees from me promising me a job but didnt call me back and now the number is switched off.
Quikr needs to do a security check on the people/company before allowing them to post for job. I want my money back!
It was clearly a fake set up of an interview in a place hired for a day made to look like a fake office. The interviewer was also trying to ask a lot of personal questions to warm me up enough to get me to pay. There are many such fake ads on quikr that always promise you a salary of[protected].

I had ordered a portable wardrobe on quikr on 5th august giving them 3514 /- online payment. This was bought from a seller named [protected]@gmail.com. He/she confirms that the item was picked up on august 9th 2019. As dispatch was created for me on 10th august and nothing got delivered. It was again rescheduled for august 14 th, nobody even called me for delivery. Again a delivery was scheduled for 20th august, still nobody called me. They dont have a proper customer service and by so much of difficulty if i reach customer service, they day that they dont have any contact with the customer. I need to product or i need my cash back asap.

In a typing job which i applied, the registration fees were 800rs, later after completing the job of 8 days which would have salary of 9000rs+ refundable 800rs, the agent asked for 3000rs for quality checking of the job, i agreed thinking if someone who had applied for the job wastes their time and hence as insurance they take 3000rs. After that they said pay rs 4000 as the company will go under taxation if they pay along with incentive. So i paid. Which was one of the worst mistake i did without thinking. Now my money is gone.
The person convinced and robbed me from this mobile number. [protected]. Please arrent this man. He must have robbed me 100s of inncent indians. Triagulate him and find him and put him in jail. And ask him to give our money back

My name is farhad khan. I was posted in pune in october last year and i bought an avenger bike in november last year from your phase-1 hinjewadi branch in pune.
The sales man who dealt with me was amol and his assistant name was nagesh.

I sold my bike to a friend from office in june 2019 because i was being transferred back to delhi.
Amol suggested me that he will get my paper transferred into my friend’s name and he collected my documents and my friend’s documents and 3000 rupees cash from me.

It has been two months and papers are not transferred yet.
Amol now does not answer my call. I am in panic mode and request you to help me.

I trusted quikr to do business with you and i hope you will not leave me in the lurch and will help me for sure.

I don’t want to damage your reputation by filing a police case or putting any post on twitter or on other social media platform.

I was duped by a fraudster, the fraudster called himself as a indian army personnel serving from haryana cantonment. He told, he would sell his iphone 7 plus 128 gb on quikr.com in rs.13999 for which he shared his different number on whats-app. This person shared his fake id cards and told me to deposit 5000 rs for courier charges to be submitted on paytm.

I mistook him to be a army guy and deposited the amount. No he told me to share my address and he said army postman would deliver my bike by 10:00 am so i had to wait for his call.

Now so called army post man called me and confirmed my details like name, number and address. And told me this is superfast army delivery so it will take only some hours and i will get my bike delivered today by 13:00 hrs.

At 10:30 am he called me and told me i have to deposit more money through paymt rs.5150 to get paper released from head office. And his colonel has instructed him to do so. This all was a constructed story and when i asked him to share his details like photo and location he was reluctant to do so.

I don't understand what is police and cyber-cell team doing till now.

To my surprise this case already has been reported to police and cyber-cell a number of times however indian army still is getting defamed by these kinds of fraudsters. I wish to get these fraudsters be put behind bars as soon as possible so that such crimes don't happen and people don't get victimized.

On (Aug 7th) i ordered a mobile iphone 6s from a dealer by seeing his post in quikr. Initially he said the total amount is 12, 500, then he asked me to pay 1000 before dispatching the product and he said later on cod 11, 500. I paid 1000. The next day he called me and said that i have an offer that if i pay immediately through bank transfer its jst 10, 000 and the same day we will dispatch the mobile. Then i paid 10, 000 on (August 10th) i was waiting waiting but he didn't dispatch the product. Again on (August 12th) he called me and said that iphone 6s is out of stock we will provide you 7s plus but the amount is 16500. I said i don't want refund my money back he said the money has sent to the company so no refund, we will send you 7s plus. Then the same day i paid 6500. Still i didn't receive the product. Then on (August 17th) he said your poduct has been on hold because you should pay gst of 2970 i paid that too. They said the product has dispatched but they are not sending me the tracking id and no response from their side. Today (August 20th) he blocked me in whatsapp. Whatsapp number ([protected]) mobile number ([protected]).

As i had bought 6*6 size of bed with having 6 months warranty on the ad id[protected] the product is having issue within a month of time (Manufacturing issues). Reported but they keep on saying out of sop so kindly take a firm action on them so that they could adhere to wot they say, kindly replace it or make them refund as the product is quirk assured i’m definitely liable for compensation.

I have requested for the rto service from quikr for my 4 wheeler license and payed the 3500rs + 99rs service charge on thursday, aug 1. Its been more than 18 days i did not get any updates from them.
When i asked for update also nobody responds properly. Please help me in getting the full refund or fastening the process.
