I am really disappointed how quikr team is dealing with customer orders and the expectation setting.
I have purchased the 3 door wardrobe (Ad id[protected] in 14th aug'19
While purchasing the product, it was mentioned that the product will be delivered within 7 - 10 days.
Post that, i was delighted to see expected delivery date as 16th aug'19 by 9 am.
On 15th expected delivery date changed to 17th
On 16th, expected delivery date for changed to 18th.
This same story is repeating every day for last 1 week. - screen shots attached for your reference
When i reached out your customer service ; they are telling me the same thing repeatedly - your order is yet to be picked up and team will call you for scheduling delivery.
Question is, then why this fake expectation setting with me!!
I am writing to you since i am unable to reach anyone, even yesterday i used your "write to management section" but there was no response.
I need a solution to my order -
1. Whether quikr team will be able to deliver this order
2. Realistic expected date of delivery, if your are confident about the delivery
3. Else request to cancel and refund the amount to my cc, if you are unable to fulfil the order.
