[Resolved] Quikr — no refund from quikr even after 15 days

I placed orders for two quikr certifed phones on 1st october and i paid the full amount by credit card. However, i had to cancel these orders within a few minutes due to delivery address issues. They had to process the refund within a week as stated on their website.

I have been contacting their customer supporting the refund issue for the last one week. They have just locked my money and make this undue delay in processing the refund. Their customer support does not provide reference number of refund if i ask.

After seeing this complaint, hope quikr would refund the net amount of rs. 12, 779 immediately, or i would engage my lawyer to file legal complaint against them on consumer court

Updated by Narayan1967 The issue is not resolved yet. Quikr seems to have no intention to resolve issue in amicable way. If they drive me to take them to consumer court, I wont hesitate. Enough is enough

I am getting fraudulent messages from Quikr stating that like below.

You have outstanding rental dues of Rs.7000.0 on Quikr. Please pay before the due date to avoid penalty of Rs.50 per day. To pay, visit tiny.quikr.com/fb28kvDWZ

This is so bad... Stopping sending messages like this.
