On 28th september 2018, quikr team staff called me and said sir your iphone 6 64gb you have posted at ₹18000 will be sold at better price in other cities... Only thing you have to do is to pay ₹1, 600 and i paid it through paytm... I have recording of the conversation that i had with the staff and also the invoice bill...
After paying the amount, staff said sir i will call you in few minutes, once i created your account but he didn’t called me after that..
They are just looting people
I am highly disappointed with quikr
And it’s better to sell any stuff on any website other than quikr
I need the refund for the same
As i have sold my iphone on olx and they didn’t charge anything for that..

They are doing big scam qukker, fedex, shiproket they are involved this big scam.

      I paid rs.700 to mr vikram tel no. [protected] with email id - [protected]@gmail.com. The job is to send 100 emails everyday and the list will be provided by him in excel sheet. Today he sent a csv file which is not understandable. Moreover he pays money only if we refer one candidate which is not told by him before. I telephoned him so many times but no response. I think i am duped and he is a fraud. Please resolve this as i come from a poor family and borrowed from friend to pay him. Please help me as i am a student

      I just received a call from Mr Vikram complaining against me in rude language. He is saying I called him in odd times and I don't have tammej. The terms in his mail shows his work timings are from 10 to 7 and I never called after the timings and that is his complaint. He is not giving an opportunity for me to speak and explain and he doesn't want to return the money. Please help me in getting the refund.

      On 29th Mr Vikram called and said he is refunding Rs.700/- paid to him vide the paytm no. given by me. He paid Rs.120/-. I got the amount from Mr Vikranth. Balance is yet to be paid. He called in the evening while I was travelling to my home town to take back the complaint given by me immediately or else he will not pay. Please look into this.

        I have paid rs 1500 for rto transfer and till date my documents are not yet picked up. There is a customer care number, to which you call then they reject the call and send you a sms stating send us reference number we will call in 2-3 hrs (They never call).
        There is an escalation matrix who also not respond and don't bother to acknowledge your mail. Since my documents re not yet picked, i have sent a mail to refund. But that also they have not responded.

        Anybody thinking of not going to a traditional broker and going to quikr is a better choice. With my experience it is worst, at least local guys are approachable and respond to calls, these guys are like phantoms without any professionalism. They are running a circus.

          I had requested for rto service from quikr rto. They have asked money before to start which i did it online. Later they come back and said that they can not process my request because of one paper missing. I asked then then refund my money and i requested them in the month of jan'18 but till now they are not returning it and every time they are coming with different different excuse.
          They never put me throw their financial team who is suppose to process refund and ever quikr's ceo not responding to my email or twitter handle.

          They are just cheating with customer across the country.

          This complaint is still not resolved. Quikr had asked me to share my contact details which I did it here as well as I am doing followup on emails as well. It is been 1 yrs now since they kept my money and not returning.

          They are the biggest cheater and CEO of the company is like ### who never response on twitter nor in email.

          I believe CEO doesn't exist in this world that why no response from him.

            Hi urban ladder team,

            As per your on-going offer (Where in a customer can sell their old furniture to get e-vouchers, which can be used to buy furniture on urban ladder.), i scheduled an appointment with quikr, for selling 5-6 of my old furnitures (Which are in good condition & being used by us still.), in order to buy new furniture from urban ladder, as we are shifting to our new house.
            Quikr offered my almost inr 11 to 12 k for all my furnitures, and i also agreed to the offered price, but when their guy (Yatin.) came for inspection, post that i received a call from their bangalore office (From some one by the name swaroop.), that the deal has been rejected, as one of my show case furniture has handle missing, hence they have rejected all furnitures. Then swaroop recommended me that if i repair that handle, then they might reschedule an inspection & buy my furnitures. Hence according to swaroop's suggestion i repaired my that furniture by paying from my pocket & informed swaroop, post which he rescheduled an inspection again by booking my time. This time again the same inspection guy yatin called me at the due booked time & when he realized that i am the same customer, he said that it's not about repairing, rather my furnitures are old, hence they refraining from buying it, then i asked him that then why urban ladder & quikr mentioned in their advertisement, that they are ready to buy our old furnitures in exchange for e-vouchers, he had no answers for that, still i ask him to come & check once. To which he said that he would come in 15 minutes, but then he didnt come & even didnt receive my further calls & switched off his mobile.
            Next day morning (I. E., today.) i received a call from swaroop from 'quikr bangalore', to check if inspection of my furnitures were done yesterday or not, then i told him everything that happened, he said he would check with pune team & let me know. Then with in few minutes he told me that pune team is not ready to buy my furnitures, as those are old. Then i again called yatin from a different number to reconfirm, this time he received as the number was different from my yesterday's number & when he realized it's me, he got baffled, upon asking that why he didn't come yesterday by booking an appointment & wasted my time, he responded that his boss asked him not to, as they don't want to take my old furnitures, i asked him, were they expecting customers to give their new furnitures to them? He has no response. When i asked him, wasn't it's his duty & courtesy to inform me that he is not going to come, as his boss is denying, he agreed to that, but he had no answers further.
            Now my question to you are:
            1. That when you mentioned in your advertisement, that you are going to give evouchers to customers like us in exchange for our old furnitures, then why your pune team is denying the same.
            2. When swaroop from bangalore-quickr-team told me, that if i repair that one furniture of mine then all my 5-6 furnitures would be purchased, then how come pune team is not even coming to see the same, even after booking my time for inspection.
            3. How come a pune-quikr-team can be so uncouth in their behaviour, that they don't have even the basic courtesy of informing a customer, if they are cancelling a pre-planned appointment.

            I want a quick resolution from you guys on this asap, as almost 3 weeks of mine has been wasted in this drama by quickr team, else i will be compled to take it to stricter actions, by going on social media & consumer court.
            I am due to shift to my new house. I am already a regular customer o[censored]rban ladder & this experience is really horrible & dissappoiting from quikr.
            Awaiting your quick resolution on my issue.

              work from home jobs cheating

              I got cheated by many people who are registered as recruiters in quikr, all work from home jobs listed as data entry are cheaters-100% scam,
              Be aware, don't pay registration fee.. I paid registration fee and to then for legal document... And after completion they made to pay 35k for giving salary& finally blocked my account...

              I have trusted quikr and have choosen it for RTO services and paid 4000 for duplicate RC and HP Removal. I got like 5 calls a day before payment and after payment they collected documents and they didnt care after that . I dropped like 20 mails and i called POC for 100 times but i dindt get any response.One day i dropped a harsh mail for that they responded saying like they are refunding my money. But its been one more month still no response. I got doubt and have gone through consumer court forum and facebook and i have seen like tons of complaints on these people. So this is some kind of fraud for sure. Please take action om this kind of people who are cheating customers.

                Hello pushpalatha / manpreet,

                I am extremely disheartened and sad to express that the my experience of selling my product has been worse at quikr.
                I had posted a free ad on sep 2/3 for the sale of my *bridal lehenga*, after which i received a call from your executive from delhi.
                When she spoke — she promised to have my product sold within 2 weeks of the ad if i upgrade to premium account.
                I have spent 2000/- rs on the upgrade and ever since then — i have posted ads everywhere possible.

                I have not received even one response since the post.

                It is very very horrifying to realize that quikr has cheated on the premium deal.

                If i had kept the free ad as is — i would not have felt this cheated. You have made me spend 2000/ for no benefit.
                Please refund it asap if you really consider customer satisfaction.

                This is the limit of irresponsibility and ignorance.
                After the previous mail on 17th - i received a call from your delhi based executive.
                She calls to tell me that she will check the account, do whatever necessary and did not even call back.

                I call up to your number and another executive picks up saying that he will inform you and get back within 5 min on 21st sep (Friday)

                You have the worst service that i have encountered so far.

                There is no point in writing mails when your basic courtesy is gone grazing.

                If you really have any marketing sense — please have my product sold asap or get my money back.

                I am extremely sad and provoked to say that i will reach a higher level of action if this is not taken seriously.

                I am glad to observe that you have acknowledged my complaint on the same day .
                If you had shown the same dedication and honesty in having your services, I probably wouldn't need to complain.

                Furthermore - My ad expires or becomes inactive on OCT 3rd, after which you WILL COME BACK TO ME SAYING THAT ITS EXPIRED NOW, SORRY !! WE CAN'T HELP.

                I DO NOT want to hear this.

                PLEASE EXPEDITE YOUR PROCESS and revert back sooner.

                  I'm receiving a daily sms from quickr saying that i've an outstanding of 14k balance as rental balance. I've never used took a home/shop for rental via quikr. Its asking me to pay before the due date.. Buts there's no date mentioned..
                  1) i've called customer care but they're asking me to send a mail id which doen't even have the word quickr. It seems to be an private gmail id.
                  2) submitted a complaint via quickr website but there's no response.

                  Daily morning sms making me so sick. Please do the needful.

                  The SMS got stopped for 1 month.. and again it started from last 3 days.. Why Quikr is providing such worst service..? Is it a scam or something..? Or you guys are happy to see people getting stressed and wasting time on such unnecessary things..?
                  I had sold my golf club set vis Quikr on 4th Jan 2018. I have still not received the money in my account. I have written about 5 times to your team. This appears to be a scam. AD ID:[protected]

                      I Posted an ad of my house for rent in chitrakoot, vaishali nagar, jaipur. On 3rd august, 2018 i got a call from executive (Ujala) saying they are getting much queries about properties in my area who are willing to pay exact rs.18000. And they told me that they will rent out my property within 1-2 weeks and they promised me they will give me atleast 1 visitor per day and i told can you guarantee me then she said definitely and convinced me if she give me 1 visitor per day my property will be rented out and after said in case it is not rent out then they will prioritize my ad for another more days but for that, according to general fact if first condition i. E. 1 visitor per day is not fulfilled then after 1 month is totally waste as there are no buyer in the market and eventually my more days will be wasted. They will just keep wasting my time. They told me that i've to pay rs. 1200 for converting the ad to platinum and then i paid the amount. Then 2 weeks passed, i didn't got any proper response from tenants and no single person came for house visit. Then i tried to contact the executive (Ujala) and she ignored me. On 27 august, i contacted customer executive and told them to refund my full amount as you've frauded me into paying 1200rs. The executive then said there is no policy of refund despite of saying that their executive ujala has misguided and frauded me. During this period of approximately 1 month, i didn't got any proper response and no single visitor came to my house. All were looking within rs.12000 budget. Then i complained on customer forum about this. Then i gave my house through property dealer as my 1 month was wasted and i cannot afford to lose more as they just only waste my time. Then after few days i got call from ujala saying she didn't promised me anything and refused to refund. She said we can only connect you and buyer, though she said on first day that there were too much people looking in rs. 18000 budget and i didn't got any single response looking in that budget or even anywhere near it. Now quickr i don't want any call from your ujala or any of your executive, they just only waste my time and try to convince me that it is my mistake. I want my refund as soon as possible, i'm not sitting free here. I may have to even approach consumer court with all the recordings and screenshot. This will give me my refund and also additional remedy for wasting my time.
                      I'm posting it again 3rd time as I'm not receiving any message/notification from both quikr and consumer complaint both. It has been 1 week after my 2nd complaint. Quikr asked me for my contact number and after providing it nothing happened. I posted comments on that complaint about not receiving any resolution. My contact number is [protected].

                        I d. Prajapat working at living at belbaid, subscribe for a job for sonal prajapati at www.quikr.com/job. sonal got a call from [protected] (Caller claiming herself an hr of www.quikr.com) and ask to fill form for interview (For back office job at axis bank), we agreed. So she send a form mail from corporate. [protected]@india.com on july 14 2018 with form. We replied the same with filled format with pan, aadhar and qualification detail. After that she told to give interview over phone. Again we agreed.
                        Now a call from [protected], who took the interview and select her for the job and told her to do needful with hr of www.quicker.com. after that she ask over phone [protected] for 9800 rupee for training purpose refundable with 1st month salary, and only after payment on account no [protected] on july 23 2018 communicated in massage we receive a mail form corporate. [protected]@india.com on having job appointment letter on 24 july. Over phone from [protected] she told sonal to sign the letter and send back as contract. Next day she send a account opening form and kyc for axis bank through same mail, and called via [protected] and asked for 15890 for laptop kit for bank. And 35000 refundable with salary we paid it. After all of that she asked for pmp certificate (A very high valued certificate, not required for any office job.). Upon telling her that its not needed for such job and we don’t have it, she told that job can canceled without it and no refund will be made.

                        Its a total conning of 60690 rupee, also have the documents, and signature which can be used for illegal work.

                        I have got a mail from quickr, that there is an offer for canon 80d at a price of 15000, after i paying the cash they ask more money to make the delivery and i payed 8500 more. But they will not deliver the item. Please help, i lose my 25500rupees.So i want help, and i need help to resolve my problem, Please resolve my problem as fast as possible.

                          I posted a free ad on quickr to sell my tv unit on 20 sep 2018. As soon as i finished up posting ad, a call came from a person named laxman who is from quickr, mumbai and he instantly urges to make payment of rs 750 for making my free ad to premium.

                          I denied at first shot but i was continuously called by laxman. Since i wanted to sell this quickly he made huge commitments to me. He gave me a picture of quickr id card to convince he is a genuine employee.

                          He urged me to make payment by saying that within 2-3 days, he would provide make my tv unit sold and even quicker person would come to my house to check whether tv unit condition is same as what has been depicted in the pictures. I was reluctant to make the payment but he confirmed and guaranteed me that within 3-4 days, he would provide customers to me with my expected price and would be there to assist me as and when required.

                          Now, it’s been almost 3 days, neither i got single offer nor he or any one from quickr is responding my calls & messages. This is how quickr fools its customer by making false commitments and promises.

                          I am very very frustrated with their service. I want my rs 750 back. I don’t want to sell anything from them. Plz take action and let my money back to me asap.

                            I had purchased the above items from an ad id[protected]. First they said they will need 50% payment as proof of purchase rs 9000, then on day of delivery they asked for rs 12000 as per their company procedure and refund the excess.in the end of the day, they claimed that they got stuck at customs and need 8500 more which will be returned. I need my money back or i need the products that was promised to me. Need response.

                            Now they are not picking my calls either. Nor are they responding to my text. Main number is switched off, and the other one only keeps ringing. I have full chat history with them saved. I can prove it that these guys have not done their job as promised.

                            Just today, they responded to me again. Saying that they are stuck in Mangalore airport and the package is stuck in transit. They promised me that the delivery is going to be made, if I only pay the airport customs 8200 for release and after an hour made me pay another 5500 by making me talk to some airport official called Priya bakshi. I have the whole audio recording of the call I had with them for this conversation. If I had to pay so much in the first place, I would have bought it from Amazon instead. At least I would have my package delivered. But I got nothing. I only lost my money thanks to you guys not checking the authenticity of the people who post ads. I need all my money back otherwise I will take this issue forward.

                            I have not got any news from anyone. quikr has not mentioned anything, these guys who I was supposed to get the package from have said nothing.
                            I'm waiting for an answer. I need my refund or the package I had asked, for the price that was agreed upon (Rs18000)

                              The biggest mistake of my life i thought i will put a ad using quikr. I paid for ad they activated after 15 days and i can do edits properly.

                              They have this executive called as dynaeshwar who called and told me to buy premium. After that he got vanished.

                              I am left with a help line number which no one responds

                              1. Paid on 10 th for a permium ad
                              2. For 1 week no message.
                              3. Finally tweeted & some how got my ad activated on 21st.
                              4. Edit issues got tired in fixing it. Asked for refund.

                                  This is umamahesh [my email id: [protected]@gmail.com]. I had placed a request for the ownership transfer for my 2 wheeler. My documents were collected for the same & was advised to get the insurance also to done. I ended up paying 1500/- for ownership transfer & 1000/- for the insurance. Later i was told that i need to get the fc done first before the ownership transfer. Hence i paid around ~3000/- for that too. Except insurance rest all the things done. I received the rc book with the ownership transfer & fc done. But the insurance copy i never received., been sending out mails to the concerned people., but no one has responded till.

                                  I am seriously not happy with this kind of customer service from quikr. Pathetic. Can someone look into it asap.

                                    What the hell is happening with my complaint. Don't you people have some tiny responsibility? I have already submitted a complaint here about the fraud happened with me. They just called twice that yeah we will contact the job department... That's it... Finish... Nothing else. Fraud people post jobs on your website. You people do nothing about it. Now you also act like fraud people by not doing anything about my previous complaint. They took 750 rs from me as registration fee... Later after first interview... They asked for more 3500... I said i was not informed about this charge in the first place... Now they have even cancelled my registration but have not refunded my money back... It's been a month i am chasing up with them and no one is picking up the call. Such a fraud company. I have already posted their contact numbers in my previous complaint. I am not going to stop unless i have money back.

                                    My contact details have been shared with you people many times. It was also done in my previous complaint and via email. Why are you all torturing me like this for my own money? For Rs.750, do I have to complaint 750 times? What the hell is happening here? Those cheater frauds of Quikr have switched off all their phones. No one is answering there. Here you people are torturing with this useless response. For one last time I am sharing my contact details and I need this sorted within 24 to 48 hours. I don't have this one work.

                                      There are some major problems found in the handset just after receiving;
                                      (As per on physical inspection)

                                      1] as soon as the phone is on, it went on the factory reset mode. I. E. The 'factory reset' in the phone displays repeatedly on the pop-up screen. — motherboard issue

                                      2] in addition, the "dirac control service has stopped" in the pop-up screen is consistently showing. — motherboard issue

                                      3] there is another problem in the handset that the flash of the phone automatically turns on. — motherboard issue

                                      4] imei numbers on the quikr invoice was different than the number on the back-side of the phone (Sticker). — motherboard issue

                                      5] display of the phone is a duplicate (Copy) parts not original — and because of which not compatible with software/hardware. — duplicate (Copy) display-parts

                                      6] they have cheated with each of the customers as per review on their websites.

                                      7] they are not legally liable to business as a second hand product.
