Hi friends i had a very bad experience with radvision world consultancy.. I started my process for german job seeker visa in december and they said that it's a 3months process once u pay the whole amount your process will start and a case manager will be allotted to u and they will help u in filling for ur visa and once u get d visa ur interview will start once selected u will fly but there are so many loopholes in the process which they never said. They even said that visa will only get cancel if only the documents are fraud. But my visa got cancel because my case manager didn't supported me well my documents were not well prepared, n my documents was missing. Please refer to my email below for my conversation with radvision. They think that by signing a document they get an evidence and they can do anything but they are wrong.in my case i didn't get a proper from miss nidhi my case manager because of her mistake my visa got rejected so i definately need 100% refund from radvision. Abd guys the email id that u see on top i was asked by mrs sukanya to send email to info radvision id for any queries when i sent them an email i didn't received any reply because they know they are fraud and they know the mistake is in there part so they didn't had any words to reply but i will go till consumer court to escalate this i need my whole money back. Radvision was paid to help me with complete documentation which they didn't do. I sent all my documents by post to radvision my case manager nidhi if she found my cover letter is missing she should have prepared for it because radvision was paid for it and they knew that the cover letter was the most important document. She send me the document without the cover letter and ask me to open on the day of my visa interview i ask her do i need to do anything she just said no. So i guys can't play with the lives of poor people u have to pay for it. You are exactly correct on your part but you can't ignore the fact that your employee miss nidhi she knew that my cover letter was missing i send all my hard copies to her upon checking my documents if she found that the cover letter is missing then it was her job to arrange for a cover letter and she didn't do that, as everyone is aware that the cover letter is placed just after my application form she arranged my file accordingly and she sent it to me through post on the day of my visa interview the lady ask me where is the cover letter i said let me check (When nidhi send me the documents through post she ask me not to open and see just take it as it is to the embassy and open there) n wen i found that there was no cover letter into it they asked me to prepare one in that cover letter they ask me to mention my experience qualifications and also that i have a baby and how i will be taking care of my baby if i move abroad. I mentioned everything. On that basis my visa got rejected because i mentioned that if i get a job n if my company gives me dependent visa i can bring my baby there and take care of her. If i have paid so much money to radvision then it was radvision responsibility to take care of my file and arrange for all my documents then why my cover letter was not ther why it was missing??? Do you guys think that we know from before that how to apply for a visa and what documents are required if i would know from before i could have done it on my own i am not a fool that i will pay so much n on top of paying i will not get proper service. If miss nidhi would have taken care of my application before properly then this would have not happen. My second visa interview they didn't ask much about my baby just who is going to care of your baby i said there are many people at my home who can take care of my baby n my husband i said they have there own family business. And nothing else but they rejected again on the basis of the previous statement (That i mentioned on my hand written cover letter in the beginning because nidhi didn't provided me the cover letter and also didn't allow me to check the documents which she had courier it to me) that i will be taking my baby n my husband there. So again i am repeating myself that this all happened because i miss nidhi from radvision didn't provided me with complete documents and also proper service was not given as mr rohan is also aware about this that miss nidhi she was very rude to me but i still kept quiet just because i wanted a job but now it's my last request to the refund department and the higher mangement and also the ceo of the company to accept my refund request and process my refund otherwise i would be bound to take a legal action. Secondly i kept on asking before paying to the staffs of radvision that what are the grounds on which visa can get rejected the response was only if the documents are fake. So none of my documents were fake. But there were so many loopholes in the process never before we were informed that i have to apply for a job seeker visa and if visas gets rejected then no job no immigration no refund but yes i was definitely informed by radvision that within 3months i will get a job after making a payment a case manager will be assigned he/she will take care of my documentation my process will start soon they will help with each and every documents and you will get a visa your interview will start and you will get a job and then u can fly why??? You guys are not informing the right thing to your clients. Why??? So many loopholes.??? You guys have wasted lots of my time my money n at the end no job. So radvision didn't provided me better support and for that i will suffer no. You guys need to pay for it. I can't wait much for the refund i need my entire money back by end of this week no matter what. You guys can escalate this to higher management i don't mind but i want my money back if you guys are not refunding me my money then i will be bound to file an fir against radvision i can goto consumer court and i will get my money back from radvision. If i would have got proper support proper service proper documentation from miss nidhi regarding my cover letter in the beginning n then if my visa would have got rejected i would never chase for refund but this is not my mistake it's radvision mistake so why should i suffer for it i belong to a very low middle class family and i know how i manage to get this money for this job n now because of radvision mistake my money is lost no no no. We have received your request for refund. You have started the process with us on 14/12/2016 for germany temporary resident work visa. All the legal formalities we have done like legal agreement, invoice etc. We have released the document checklist to you for germany process on 27/12/2016. As of now you are asking for refund as you have gone for the embassy interview. Unfortunately, your visa application got rejected by the embassy twice on the miscellaneous reasons and you were unable to convenience them and its completely embassys decision whether there will be rejection or approval of visa. In above scenario radvision is not liable for any refund. Also, it is to mention that when you enrolled with radvision its clearly mentioned in the agreement duly signed by you that there will be no refund if file goes on hold and gets rejected. Legal agreement which was duly signed between you and company, clauses are as follows:- Schedule 4 refund policy ? Consultation fee for germany job seeker visa is non-refundable. ? There is no refund in case of visa rejection or file goes on hold. Schedule 5 non-refund policy ? No refund if file goes on hold or gets rejected. The consultant shall not be liable for any delay on part of govt. Authorities and foreign embassies. So as per the clauses described above, radvision is not liable for any refund in case of visa rejection by the embassy. Verified Support Aug 04, 2017 RadVision World Consultancy Customer Care's response Dear Ms. Sarita Sinha, This response is with purpose to address all your concerns raised. You have wrote us on 24th July 2017 and got response from us on 26th July 2017 but still you are saying that our team is not addressing your complaint. Kindly be advised as we have gone through your case history you mentioned that our representative did not informed you about cover letter but as per our records when your case manager sent you the application feedback email it clearly states that your cover letter and some other documents are pending (attached is screenshot of that email for your reference) as your case manager can assist and guide you to how to prepare your cover letter but you have to prepare your cover letter at your own and in your own words as Embassy person can ask you to write the cover letter in front of them to check whether you have written at your own or not. In the very first email our case manager shared with you there is was an attachment of sample cover letter. Secondly, you are claiming that you have received your documents on the day of your visa interview why because you only informed her to send your documents to Ranchi and due to Holi festival courier got delayed by one day and in that one day you left for Kolkata. Since, your case Manager advised you to get your courier in Kolkata address due to festival there was high possibility of courier getting delayed bit in vain (attached a screenshot for your reference) she advised you to take your courier at Kolkata address only but you were quite adamant that you want it at your Ranchi address only. Further, you scheduled your visa interview with Kolkata Embassy with your own choice of date and did not informed to your case Manager that you are going to schedule your visa interview on these particular dates after sending an email to the embassy you informed her which was to be done initially. After attending your visa interview they accepted your file and later the same got rejected on basis of miscellaneous reasons for ex :- that you have not cleared your intentions to them, your motivation was not clear, how will you search a job over there so there are several factors that an officer considers before they approve or deny your request which includes your body language, body posture, attitude, language, etc. Thirdly, as you have mentioned that our Counsellor has not informed you that you have applied for job seeker visa on the very first call, emails and agreement too it is clearly mention that you have applied for Germany Job seeker visa and there is no possibility of confusion over here. Moreover, the counsellor told you that this process will take 3-4 months of time and within 3.5 months your case manager scheduled your interview with the embassy. After receiving the rejection you put allegations to our case manager that they did not prepared your cover letter and did not guided you well and for that reason your application got rejected. Thus, you requested for change of case manager though it is single submission application on humanitarian ground and on personal request of our grievance manager we changed your case manager and restarted all your process from the very beginning. Later, your new case manager assisted you for case and then we scheduled your interview, again your visa application got rejected on the basis of same reasons as both the rejection letters’ are likely to be same. After receiving the rejection you were seeking for refund and the same was denied from our legal team on receiving denial you started to threaten us via emails that you will file FIR and defame our company intentionally. To add on, if you are ready to talk & discuss the things we can entertain your request but if it is all about threatening us and intentionally trying to defame the company goodwill you are free to take your decision because than company as well will answer you legally but, if you really wish to talk to and discuss your concerns you need to be patient and do not need to threaten us unnecessarily since we never denied to offer you any of our services or solutions to your queries and have always been readily available for you. We would sincerely advise you to stop doing all these things otherwise we will have to take legal action against you under Delhi Jurisdiction. To conclude :- In the above conclusion as our staff always assisted you with proper guidance and with the best of our services. To accept or reject the visa is totally at embassies sole discretion and an individual or group of people cannot intervene in their decision. They have rejected your visa for the reason that you have not clear your intentions to them that after reaching to Germany you will not invite your husband and Child to join you in Germany, etc. We appreciate your understandings.
