I bought four RAK compact Toilet closets [ RAK EWC EX WMTG compact white(2), RAK Cistern compact white(2) ] and four wash basins [ RAK S/C PPS/CL, Universal (4)] from Tara Sanitary wares, Goodwill Towers, Pattom, your dealer in Trivandrum, Kerala some 5 years back. I had purchased rak wc from benoy marbles trivandrum shop dated on 12.07.2019.
Few weeks, we have noticed some cracks inside wc.
We informed the shop and got one customer care number. Last two weeks regularly contacting them and still waiting for technician as they instructed.
Please do the needful....

1. Tiles absorbing water, in one week Color changed
2. In one pack mutiple color shade

I hav purchased 3 washbasins and 1 western 2 piece closets in 2015 frm mahe

All these products are cracked and I hav complained 3 months earlier.ur tech.visited and reported accordingly.
I could not produce the bill as such damages are not anticipated frm branded products.
I hav purchased all above with discount frm ur showroom yesterday
A bill of rs.7069 was required to pay.
Any chance of refunding...

We had purchased and installed 2 wall mounting hanging western closets and 4 washbasins for our new house in May 2014 from Knowell Ceramics Kochin.

As we are working in Gulf, we use the products only during our yearly vacation visit of one month in a year, and accordingly, total usage is hardly 6 months since its installation.br...

Bought two (2 Nos) RAK COMPACT TOILET CLOSETs from your dealer in Changanacherry, Kerala M/s. KOHINOOR some 6 years back. On one of them cracks appered in different places of the closet. On the other one, cracks appeared on the closet flush tank. Photos of both are attached herewith.

I bought RAK WC Victoria last year from Citizen bath gallery Barola sector 49 Noida. And since than its not functioning properly. I complained to Citizen bath Gallery and they detailed Mr Azad to rectify the fault .

Dear Sir,
Three wash basins were purchased in 2015 from Pathiyara Agencies. Cracks appeared in two of the basins in 2019 and is now hair cracks have increased to the level as shown in attached photographs.

The items were purchased considering the good name of RAK in ceramic tiles. Now dismantling old basins and refixing also have to be done because of poor quality of your products.
