I made a transaction via razorpay on 21st January 2021 for an IRCTC Ticket booking. Money was debited from my account but ticket was not booked. I have still not received the refund. Kindly help.

          Hi Razorpay Team,

          I had made a payment of Rs.30, 000 Rs.30, 000 & Rs.3000 as attached to sharedBK through your razorpay platform but now sharedBK( www.ciciseo.com) link has stopped working without any prior notice and provided merchants are unavailable to reach out and no more provides the services as promised and i had made this payment since razorpay is a TRUSTED gateway and i believed razorpay onboards authorized, VERIFIED merchants but in this case i see razorpay has onboarded multiple fraud merchants without verifying their business details and facilitated online payments to them hence this caused me a huge loss of Rs.63, 000 in total. Since this is a clear mistake committed by razorpay, kindly consider this on priority and provide my REFUND to the payment source at the earliest.

                There I purchased shared bk plan I invested my money according to their rules. According to their rules I invested 3000 as per rules they give us 160per day like 90days. They give money 12days. And u didn't even withdraw money to my bank account. They take my money and runaway
                So please refund my money as soon as possible to my account. I paying money through the trusted gateway razorpay so please refund the money as soon as possible

                                Sir,
                                I placed an order for a PortoBlend portable juicer blender on 01/01/2021, the order number for which is #3429. I am unable to contact their customer care via email as the address is unreachable/invalid.
                                I was able to track the package a few days back when it showed that the package was in transit to India. Now that tracking site is unreachable/invalid. When I try to go to the tracking site the message is displayed "Site currently unavailable"
