Hello,

My rediffmail account is hacked and my alternative email id has been changed by the hacker.

My rediff email id is:
[protected]@rediffmail.com

Hacker's email id which shows as alternate email id: [protected]@gmail.com

I tried to remove above hackers email id ([protected]@gmail.com) from the alternate email id, but the changes are not getting saved.

Not only this but through the help of my rediffmail account the hacker accessed my linkedin account. He has changed my profile picture and my name and some other data from linkedin. And now hacker is sending messages in arabic language, to many people asking for their contact numbers indirectly, using my account (Checkout the attached image for reference). People are also responding to it, sharing numbers.

This thing is serious. If possible please remove the alternate email account attached to my account from your end.

Kindly into the matter real urgent.

The hacker has changed all the personal information in my accounts including my alternate e-mail id and phone number.

Is been hacked and unable to access the account. The credentials were changed by the hacker. Being my personal email address, most of my personal mails are been received on this. Request you to please may reset and sort out the matter at the earliest. I was using this mail-id since 1999.

My ID is ashutosh.***@rediffmail.com i tried logging into my rediffmail today and i coudnt, I tried recovering, but even the recovery ID and phone numbers were changed, I did not have an easy password and now there is no way to get it back. Please help in recovering it. and please improve your security.

Respected sir, I have a email account in rediffmail. com. I afraid of my rediffmail account may be hacked because, when Iogin my email, it shows wrong I'd or password. When I select forget my password, it shows an unknown mobile number and an unknown alternative email ID. for the hackers had changed all the information and security question. Password and alternate email id have all been changed. I cannont retrieve the password since the alternate email is not mine. I get only one option i. E to send to an alternate email id when i do forgot password.
Please look into this urgently as the hacker is using this email as an aws account and a huge bill is being generated

My rediffmail account [protected]@rediffmail.com has been hacked and the password has been changed. The recovery email and mobile number has also been changed and there is no option for secret questions coming in order to retrieve the password. Also rediffmail is not providing any solution to this problem even though i have cooperated with them and sent all the details asked by them in timely manner.

Due to access to rediffmail, the hacker has changed name, password and personal details of my facebook too. This will lead to the hacker misusing my information and photos.
As a proof, i am attaching screenshot of my hacked facebook account and also list of my friends who are mutual friends with my another close friend (Who has helped me take screenshot of my hacked account).

Pls help me to regain access of my rediffmail account so that i can also recover my facebook account.

My rediffmail account has been hacked and all the security details including mobile number and alternate email have been changed.
My email id is: [protected]@rediffmail.com and alternate email is nakkeerar. [protected]@gmail.com.
I request to recover the account as soon as possible as there are a lot of work related documents and mails that i need to reply. I also want to prevent the account from being misused.

My rediffmail account got hacked and the corresponding accounts in linkedin, gmail also got hacked. I have enabled two step authentication and changed my password as well but is still hacked. My email address is [protected]@rediffmail.com. That person got access to my linkedin account through my primary email [protected]@rediffmail.com and sends the invitation to unknown people through my account saying "hello, contact me on [protected]@gmail.com something important and urgent i want to discuss with you". Please resolve ASAP.
