Hi,

My account [protected]@rediffmail.com has been hacked. It is a business account. The hacker has hacked into the mailbox, changed the proforma invoice that was received from suppliers and entered his bank account details. We had deposited inr 10 lacs to our vendor account which went to the hackers account. The incident happened on 3rd july. We realized there is something wrong and visited the banks and they said this account is a fraudulent account and it was freezed. We then changed our account password. But still, on 23rd july we got to know from other vendor that he has not received his payment. The hacker has been deleting incoming emails from vendors and is still changing invoices. The amount has been deposited to the hackers account and we are unable to do anything.
Kindly please find a solution asap. The business is being hampered considerably.

I was able to open my account till yesterday, now it's not taking my user i. D as well password. My important mails r there,, plssssss help me. My contact no. Vid the account is no longer in use. Regarding registering complain against it,, i created new account,, funny the message was sent to account which i can't open.. Kindly resolve the matter asap

My email id is connected with my aadhar card/pf account/with my bank account and the bank send the otp to this email id. Hence please take the matter seriously and help me to recover my email id. Just some time back today, i logged into my account and now i am not able to login.
My rediff account was hacked as its alternate id is changed and phone number is also changed.
When i tried forgot password, then masked email id and phone number were those i have never owned or set in this account.

I have rediffmail with email username: k.[protected]@rediffmail.com. Yesterday i was trying to access my email id for some of my personal work but as entered my username and password page say invalid combination, then i tried to reset my password using the tab forgot password but what i found is that my recovery email and phone number was changed without my knowledge. Now i am unable to recover my rediffmail. Also tried to contact customer care support but they asked me some questionn like "last 5 email address contact you used", "Last 5 emails you received". As i am a student and not a regular email id user, i access it either once in a week or in 15-20 days, but i still replied upto my knowlegde. Now i am waiting for the rediff's reply. Also i have addded my brother's email abhineet.[protected]@gmail.com for recovery but now as i see recovery email has been changed by the hacker. And all this happened on 5th July 2019 and still has rediff not replied for the email and not taken any action as of yet.

It seems that my mail account [protected]@rediffmail.com has been hacked. Obviously password and security have been changed. Not able to access since last week and every time greeted with wrong username and password combination message when i am pretty confident about correctness of password.

May send some verification code to cell [protected] so that i can recover the account.

Yesterday I noticed that my email account [protected]@rediffmail.com has been hacked as I was not able to login with my existing password. When I tried to reset the password through forgot password option it was showing some other alternate email id & mobile no. which is not mine. Request you to kindly take the matter in your notice & resolve the same immediately.
