Got a faulty pair of shoe from REEBOK outlet. On complaining the company agreed on exchange approval. However approval code is not being given for exchnage inspite of repeated requests.

This poor experience has made me clear that NO MORE REEBOK products in future.

C care reps r pathetic in speaking to customers, they remain clueless about wats going on...

    Hi,

    This message is in reference to Order no.[protected].

    I have placed a return request of the above mentioned order and from the last 3 days pickup agents are coming but are unable to update that the order has been collected in their systems.
    There is an issue where KYC is asked to the pickup agents and they prefer returning the order instead of getting the technical issue sorted. They are blaming the company.
    To my understanding the issue is between the company and the delivery partners, but the customer has to face the penalty because of their blame game!

    I have tried calling Reebok helpline no. a minimum of 10 times, to get this issue resolved, but no one at the other end receives the call.

    Kindly let me know how to proceed about it.

        Reebok india is harassing me for the refund of a order that they sent despite me canceling it. Please find below the sequence of events

        8th september - place an order (Prepaid through credit card)
        19th september - i canceled the order and the customer service person tells me it's canceled and the refund will be initiated
        22nd september - the order is despatched despite the customer service agent telling me it's canceled. I call the customer service agent and ask them why was this done despite cancellation, they don't have an answer, but tell me to refuse the order once it arrives and once the courier company confirms that it's been refused, they shall initiate the refund.
        24th september - the courier guy calls me and i refuse the order. I call the customer service guys, they tell me that the courier company has confirmed to them that i have refused the order and they will initiate the refund.
        27th september - i call the customer service guys, they tell me they are waiting for the courier guys to confirm if they will send the package back to initiate my refund.
        30th september - the courier partner has not returned the order and they refuse to send my refund.

        This has to be the most useless customer service. They despatch a canceled order. They ask me to refuse it which i do and the courier team confirms the same to them. Now they are awaiting to initiate a refund for their mistake.

            This is to inform you that on date 21/09/2020, i have placed an order with id[protected] and paid online. But from that day the status of order is showing pending verification.

            I am trying to call your customer service team from long time for the same but seems to be busy at all the time whenever i try to call them. Also i have sent the email regarding the same but no response comes from your side.

            Kindly go for my complaint at the earliest and call me back as early as possible for resolving my issue. I need the product urgently for an event.

              Order id is protected
              I have ordered a pair shoes on 20 sept 2020 from the official website, but after the payment it showed that the shoes were out of stock.
              It has been 5 days but still no change in status of order
              Reebok India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              Worst service and still pending with the order, fake promises and please don't order from their official website or app. They are totally fraud and not responding to any of your messages. Better to go for puma and other online portal. Once they take ur money and u have to keep on calling them for getting your order. Pathetic, worst and intolerant.

                  6500 vapas ya phir saman Reebok company ka call aaya tha ki aapka no.lucky draw me laga hai to aapko Redmi note 7 pro free milega to aapko 6500 paid karna hai

                    Worst experience with reebok india as placed an order (Order no.[protected] on 16 aug 2020 through official site of reebok india. The product was cancelled from their end after 2 days and the refund is not done till date. Daily talking to their customer care no. And sending email but all in vain as daily they are saying the amount will be refunded in a day or two and now its more then 20 days and i haven't received my money back. Will i get my money back??

                      I bought a reebok sport shoe last month in ajio.com for jogging and for playing badminton. As usual one day i went for jogging i noticed that my right shoe upper cloth is torn. This happened within a month from date of purchase i dont know what to do now. May anyone help me how to claim warranty?

But from that day the status of order is showing pending verification.                             I purchased Reebok shoes in the month of Dec’19 End around 29th Dec @Rs5000/- with having some discount real cost was around 9000/- Rs and within 2-3 months shoes conditions is very bad due to COVID lockdown I couldn’t go at store and after lockdown I went there but store guy denied to accept any fault
                            It is very disappointing that I spent this much money and it was waste.
                            I need refund or new shoes
                            Otherwise it would be very difficult to trust on Reebok.

                              I order a pair of reebok shoes online and made full payment but now its been 2 days and i haven't got any status update about my order.
                              I am unable to contact the costumer services, as the toll free number given is incorrect and getting no reply of my emails.
                              After tracking order online it shows that my order is still in verification phase and not yet confirmed by the company till now.

                                I bought a pair of shoes from reebok website in february 2020 but the shoes was damage within 2.5 months only then i put a return request because they guys gave 3 months replace or refund policy on there product. Now its june but they guys still denying to replace my product or refund my money and they are saying the product was used.. Aare obviously product used to hoga he 3 months me.. Ab shoes ko koi frame krke to rkhega nahi na.
                                Now the result in front of mine is reebok is only the name not a brand.
                                So i will give any reference to purchase reebok shoes because the service is zero.

                                  I had ordered two pair of flip flops from reebok on 21 june. I never recieved any notification regarding my order. Finally after waiting for 3 days, i called up customer care for status of my order. I was told to wait till evening, then again i called up after receiving no update. I was again asked to wait for 24 hours. Finally after third call when i asked for speaking to senior i was asked to wait for another 24 hours. I called up finally fourth time which was received by mr martin for update i got no help. Instead of helping he started lecturing me on how mailing back to back wouldnot get me a reply. He started telling protocols of company which a customer wouldn't know and shouldn't even care to know. They are not solving the issue and not even committing anything. I couldn't get the update or any solution and i was forced to get order cancelled. For speaking to customer care and solution i had to wait for 24 hours and when i had no choice but to cancel it, they did it instantly without any apology. Hoping for a refund on time. Never shopping again from reebok. Absolutely disappointed

                                      This complaint in regard to purchase of reebok shoes made on date 03 jan 2020 under invoice naming mr. Vijay arora resident to sv 16 ridhi sidhi 1 sri ganganagar rajasthan 335001, who is well renown chartered accountantin the town, from your sri ganganagar branch at 112 g block sri ganganagar rajasthan 335001 under the article number #[protected].

                                      Where as the time of purchase your sales executive assured for any defect if come in the article will be totally replaced under guarantee. And based your executive assurance i purchased the shoes which met with the defect within 2months of its purchase. (Pictures of defective shoes are attached herewith).
                                      So when i consulted with your executive so as to complaint about the defect, your sales executive refused to take back the article for the replacement by stating and hear upon the same by stating we donot have such type of policy.

                                      This shows that your this sri ganganagar branch duped to escape from its liabilities. Hence this complaint in that regard.

                                      "it also seems from their slur that they gargle the local made inferior goods under the logo of original reebok logo"

                                      I hope the reebok team will look into this matter vigilantly and will replace the defective shoes as early as possible.
