I bought reebok shoes last year in july and within not even in one whole year, they have become uncomfortable to wear. I get shoe bites all the time. I can't wear them anymore.
I never imagined such a brand's product to be this bad. They were so expensive when i bought them for 6, 000 after 40 percent sale.
I would like to have a refund of my money.

My Raghavendra few days back some of your exceutive call and said there a promo of anniversary and some of the genuine customers has been selected under the offered for purchase of 7000 you will get Reebok shoe, wallet, T shrit, pant and sumsung A8 of comb for 7000 and today I had paid amount of 7000 and received the parcel but in that only local shoe as been delivered and I got a call from below mentioned no . Pls I request that like me no has to be cheating and pls don't leave like this people to be entertained.

I recently purchased your product (Hurtle runner cn5977 m8, grey/neon yellow) through the factory outlet at akshardham metro station. I have purchased on 24th oct, its been used only for 3 months and a cut has appered on it near the toe's part. I have been a loyal customer of your company for a number of years and this quality is certainly not expected.

I do not belive that i am asking for much, all i am asking is to provide a repair if replacement is not possible.

I do not feel that i am being unreasonable with my request.

I have reached to the outlet for replacement, but i was told that this is not an option as the product has already been used.in this case i hope that a repair option could be provided by the company.

I had bought a pair of shoes which were defective and the replacement was approved by reebok.in the approval, they had metioned the replacement should be done within 15 days which is mistakenly missed.
Now they are not ready to honour the replacement even after acknowledgement of poor product qualilty by approving the replacement. Now they are not agreeing at all

With reference to above it is for your kind information that i purchased a pair of shoes online about six months ago but regret to inform you that lower black part of the sole got parted away from the white part of the sole. I never expect that shoes of such reputed multinational company may be defected. I always feel honour in purchasing reebok shoes and no it is in your hand. Please help in resolving this problem. I had ordered 1 pair shoes on 8th jan 2019 and the expected devliery time was 10th or 11th jan. But till date i have not received shoes while payment already deducted from on account. Continously i am following with your team for refund payment but till date we have not received any proper response from your team.

I purchase reebok shoe from dehradun chakrata road and its is not good in quality. I ask shop manager to replace it before 1 month but still no clarity because now he is saying 3 month warranty but at that time sales girl inform me about 6 month warranty. This is not a way of selling product with wrong information and he is saying if we selling product with discount meanwhile product warranty will decrease.

I have attended a call from unknown mobile number i.e.[protected], said that you have won in some lucky draw sponsored by Reebok india Delhi. She said that she is calling from reebok india delhi, this call is meant for information about lucky draw and advertisement of Reebok company and company having new year offers. She said that company offered me complete set of reebok product plus J7 mobile in the cost of Rs.5, 999/- only.
Please lodge my complaint if reebok company has not sponsored such lucky draw.

I bought my shoes from meerut abulane jack and jones on 18 june 2018 and now i can see yellow patch colour after washing it and some torn patches upon my shoes. I have spended my 3800 rupees on my shoes (Brand - reebok fabriqu en inde made in india dxm ride) i have been asked from the shopkeeper about guarantee for this of 6 month and now it is 17 december 2018 i am not at all satisfied with this...

I want my shoes either to be replaced or to be repaired
I hope u may take some action for it..

I have purchased a reebok shoes from a registered store in mandi hp pin 175001 on 08/07/18
I used the shoe very gently, but after few months both the shoes got teared from the net side, this was strange because i haven't wear them for any harsh place, since this is unnatural i request you to replace the shoes.
Further i mailed reebok but they claim that its not manufacturing defect so they can't do anything but it is very less time for a shoe to get tear up, i paid for a good service which m i not getting..

I recieved a call on my airtel number and they told me thst you are a lucky winner and you got a j7 phone and reebok products at just 6500 rs zo i want to know is it a scam or real?? I dont want to be get fooled to this so pls let me know. They called me twice and told that you will recieve parcel at your nearby post office, you have to pay 6500 rs to your post office and recive the item

I purchased a cross strap shoes (Chappal) from Canteen Stores Department (CSD) outlet of 310 DSC Centre Cannanore Kerala on 07 Oct 2018. From the next day o[censored]sage the outer skin of cross strap started peeling off and grey patches appeared where-ever the skin peeled off. The matter reported to CSD authorities on 11/10/2018 and the product was teken infront of them to get it replaced.But they denied to do so, saying that the matter will be taken up with your representatives and inform us accordingly. PLEASE TAKE ACTION TO REPLACE THE PRODUCT AT THE EARLIEST.

Sub-complaint in Reebok shoes
It is to inform you that, I had purchased Reebok shoes 2month ago, but after using 2months for running only I have found issues. the stitches on front side of the shoes are now loose and it started to widen up. I have used Reebok previously but such issue were not seen then. I feel the piece is defective and needs to be replaced as I feel this is cheating by Reebok by provding fauly shoes. The issue is seen in both shoes. Please guide how My issue can be resolved.

PLUS YOUR INBUILT CAMERA IS TAKING HIGH RESOLUTION PICTURES.

It is with extreme disappointment and frustration that I am writing this to one of my trusted brands.

I purchased reebok’s shoes from your Mall of India, Noida outlet. Invoice no: S1301-T1-SC2750 dated 11/08/2018 for Rs 15999/- (CN6049) and within a span of less than two months they have started to tear up. This is totally unexpected!!

It pains to see that your premier line of shoes couldn’t survive my morning walks for even two months. Looking at the wear and tear it feels that the shoe is being used for over an year or even more. This is unacceptable from a brand such as yours. Just to add to my woes, your Mall of India, Noida has been closed for renovation leaving me with no place to go.

Advise what needs to be done now? I need the shoes and they better be worth the money I paid for and right now I am feeling cheated and disappointed.

I bought two pairs of reebok school shoes this summer for my kids. Each worth inr 2.5k. Surprisingly within 10 days of wear, one of the pairs sole came out. I immediately rushed to the store where i bought from and got it exchanged. That time i thought it may have been a manufacturing defect with that pair however to my shock that was not the case. Soon within a month the other pair chipped off. I got it mended with feviquk but that didn't help as the problem is with the both pair of shoes. The sole is of a cheap quality. I will not recommend anyone to spend so much money to buy reebok shoes. I think bata and liberty are far better in terms of quality and durability. Imagine within 3 months i am at a stage of changing these shoes which we normally buy with a outlook of a year or two.. Super disappointed with trusting reebok as a brand
