Dear recipient,
I bought a reebok shoes through reebok official website by 16th mar 2019.
I received the same on 21st mar 2019 & i try the shoes but it is a little short from my size.
Then i put a return request to reebok by 27th mar 2019 & they cancelled my request without reason.
When i called again & again to reebok customer care executive then they agree to accept my request for return.
I wait till 5 days for the pick boy, but nobody come for pick up.
Again & again i called to reebok customer care & they ready to pick up & they pick shoes by 10th apr 2019,
Now they reject the shoes for quality reason without any information.
When i called to reebok for checking my payment received status then they inform me to the product (Shoes) has already failed in quality.
They said that the shoes has used, but i didn't use it.
Now they are not ready to explain more details o[censored]se the shoes.
Request you to sir, please arrange my refund payment from m/s reebok.
Reebok India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Today one girl is called me for surprise lucky customer and said to pain 6500 for tract shut shoe sunglasses and begpack.
And after then I said please dont cheat any person..then they are misbehaving me
