As i ordered a product from reebok due to size fit issues i tend to return back the product.since 20 days back i returned Even after i didn't get my refund yet. They first told there is transaction failure. Told to send bank details through mail. But i didn't received any response or mail from them none. I didn't get my refund yet

    Worst experience with reebok india as placed an order (Order no:[protected] on 12/01/2022 through official site of reebok india. The product was returned but the refund is not done till date. Daily talking to their customer care no. And sending email but all in vain as daily they are saying the amount will be refunded in a day or two and now its more then 20 days and i haven't received my money back. Will i get my money back??

      It's been almost 2 months that we are requesting Reebok for a warranty claim. Till date we have not heard from them. Called their customer care(which is another challenge, waiting time is 20-30 min) so mostly end up hanging phone.

        Dear Sir/madam
        I went to reebok outlet at city centre mall at Guwahati Assam on 31.01.2022 where I purchased a show.
        There is a saleslady had given the demo of the show and the price of the shoe is 3499/- and then saleslady just told me that this shoe is very new collection, u can have it. After I purchased the shoe it's around 8.45 PM and after I make the payment through online, the cashier even did not give me the cash memo, that's the first issue. After I came back, I saw the box it's 2020 making and they fool me and after I went through the reebok online page, the price of the shoe is on 2200 something. Its totally unjustified.

            I ordered my shoes
            through m.shop4reebok.com on 16/01/2022 and my order number is[protected] and at the time of ordering it was committed the delivery with in 7 days. From the first day order status showing as Processing. On 23/01/2022I sent mail to Reebok Customer Care regarding my order status but nobody felt his responsibility to revert back. On 27/01/2021, I enquired on their tollfree nimber it was confirmed me that order would be delivered by tomorrow ie 28/01/2022 and it was further asked me to track my order on Couriers Partner website - Ecom Express Service by tracking id [protected]. On enquring the same its last updated status of 25/01/2022 showing as in transit. While I contacted their customer care services it was confirmed me that order was returned to Reebok due to wrong Pin Code was provided by Reebok. But till date my order[protected] showing as Processing on Reebok website. Neither any refund initiated nor any delivery. Please do needful for arranging my refund into same account where the payment was made at the time of order.

                I have ordered a Reebok shoe, (Unisex Reebok classic leather legacy AZ shoes) order number is :[protected], ordered on Jan 25th, 2022 at a cost of Rs 5949/- (Inclusive of tax), whereas
                I wanted to change the item, accordingly I have given an other order of Reebok shoe( CL LEGACY) order number is :[protected], ordered on Jan 25th, 2022 at a cost of Rs 5609/-(Inclusive of tax).

                Whereas I am not able to cancel the earlier order (order number:[protected].
                I have tried to cancel through many ways .
                Toll free contact number not picked up my call, hence I have send a email to customer care Reebok.com, no response so far.

                  I ordered a pair of shoes from shop4reebok.com on 31st Dec 2021 and received the product on 3rd Jan 2022. The product I received was of small size and not of very good quality. My order no is[protected].
                  I've sent 10 emails to the customer care of shop4reebok but didn't get any update till now. The customer care number they provided is invalid so email is the only way to get in touch with them but they don't reply to any of the emails. I want them to pick up the shoes they've delivered and initiated a refund for me.

                    I have made 20+ calls to their customer care (more than 30 mins per call), 10+ emails, twitter, consumer forums but could not make shop4reebok to pickup the products which I placed a return request. Every time their useless customer representative apologises for delay and assure that the pickup will be done in 48 hours but nothing happens.

                          I bought a pair of the rebook sports shoes on december 17. when i buy this shoes at that time i told and asked about the fitment and comfortness of the shoes. at that time the seller said in coming 2/3 weeks to shoe will take the size of your foot and it gonna be comfotable and automatically fit it according to your foot. i again request to him to recheck but he refused me and said that you will be not worry about the shoes, we are here and later everything gonna be fine. but still today i'm getting trouble to wear my shoes it always hurt and also it takes too much time to wear. so my request is to change this shoes or either return the money.

                            I bought an article EY4153 from your exclusive store on dated 05.12.2021

                            After a week when I opened my box to wear my new shoes, I noticed that there was a stitching defect in Right shoe and I tried finding your store in my local area. Unfortunately, there is no exclusive store nearby. So now I sent back to the same store and they said that they need approval from the company to exchange the same.

                                Dear Reebok India,

                                I have bought Reebok running Flex-O-Astro shoes from online Reebok website. Both the pairs of shoes started tearing after six months of no regular use. I have contacted the customer care many times by email and phone. I never got reply of my email. On phone I was told by customer care representative that these shoes have only three months warranty which seems no true based on warranty information on Reebok.com.
                                It is not expected from Reebok to deliver such a bad quality product and then not resolve the consumer issues. I am highly disappointed with the service of Reebok India.
                                I hope this will be resolved in timely manner.

                                  I ordered online shop4reebok.com site for shoe purchase on 20 December 2021 but amount is deducted two times from my credit card of rupees 1799 and order not placed ..they are not refund my amount I calling 10 times and write a mail regarding my refund also provided as a proof of transaction..but they didn’t reply yet not refunded my amount . They refused that they not received my amount but my credit card bank is saying that they already matured this amount on their account…I totally frustrated so here I am complaint please resolve my problem as soon as possible ..here also I am attaching a proof of transaction

                                  Mine is also gone the same way, and they are behaving irresponsibly . They are telling the same way, like what they told to you . By the way how did you got back your payment.

                                    I received a show on 2nd dec 2021 which i ordered from shop4reebok.com. i returned that product same day as there was a size issue. The product was collected on 3 rd dec 2021. I received the confirmation email in 7th dec stating that after quality check i will be updated and my refund will be initiated.Since then i have not received any update and i have sent sevetal emails to them. Even my refund is not initiated. I am wondering now if it is an original Reebok website.

                                      Ordered a shoe from their online store. Had to return due to a size issue. After they picked up my order, I sent them a mail for my new bank account details for the refund amount because the source of my payment account was closed. They picked up my shoe on the 9th of December and on the same day I did provide them with my concern and bank details. Reebok still initiated the refund on my payment source account which has been closed, even after I provided them the details days before and even after calling them and informing them the same. They didn't even bother to check my mail or to reply to it. I called them on 13th December again and again, the day they initiated the refund, that they bothered to reply to my mail containing the bank details which was after 5 days. They did reply to me that they will initiate the amount now for the refund but I haven't received any amount from them and also their customer service is least interested in helping me out. They don't even care to help. They always keep telling me that they have initiated the amount and it has been refunded in my closed bank account. How dumb can anyone be? even after providing the new bank details, they didn't bother to check the mail for 5 days or reply. It was only after the refund was initiated and I called them again and again that they bothered to only reply to my mail. My money is gone now and reebok doesn't even care. PATHETIC SERVICE! NEVER BUY FROM REEBOK AGAIN.
