I have registered a complain against the damaged shoes through email dt. 28.08.17 with complete snapshots of the shoes. I have contacted several times over phone to customer care, but every time they told that this will take 24 hrs and then there were no response. It is requested to kindly look into the matter plz.

Hi team.

I bought a shoe for 3000/- which started tearing off after a month, raised a complain, i was given an approval for replacement.

Yesterday i visited mall of india, noida wherein the sales executive informed that the range of the store stocks starts from 6000/-.

The same is not in budget, this is the second store that i have been for replacement of the shoe, before this i had visited the...

Sir, one company I don't know it's u or someone else bt by ur name one company is doing fraud with customers they are sending packet by saying mobile inside ur no. is gifted and u pay only this amount for cloth and u will get free smartphone. I have denied to accept that parcel and by paying 6300 cash then they are saying they will file a case to me. They are destroying ur name in market please do something. So please call me I will explain...

I have purchased reebok shoes from one of your store in vasant kunj. I purchased 3pair of shoes whc was worth rs 10000 each and in sale we got it for 5000 each. All of them were of the same model. Rest 2 shoes i gifted to my dad and father in law. And after wearing it for 2months or so in all the three shoes we have seen there was very poor quality of net was used as when we walk all the net started to come off and the reflecters left there...

I have purchased reebok tshirt and on the first wear strings from front side is coming outside. Its very bad now i cant wear this t-shirt any more. My total money wasted. Not expected quality from reebok. I am regular customer from reebok. But this is not bearable. Not expected thing.

I bought a reebok running shoe through snap deal vide order no.[protected] and the same was delivered to me on 15th may 17, within one month the sales of both feet has come apart. I filed a complaint with snap deal and the same was registered by them vide ref no. 42423941 dt.12 june 17. I bought reebok shoe cost inr 6999 from reebok outlet in noida sector 18 tgip mall on 5th may 2017 (Basic clothing pvt ltd), after using within 2 months my shoes stickers are tempered and according to 3 month policy it should return and i got new one but after complain on 26th july 2017 yet i did't receive any response, please resolve this issue asap.

Some one called me and mail me from and told me that... My phone no. I shell get reebok products at rs 7000 and get a free samsung galaxy j7. And they insisted me to take this chance as soon as possible. They told me that they will deliver the product to my near by post office and i have to collect it giving the amount 7000. Sir please tell me is it a scam or really your company offering this offer...

I have purchased this shoe from reebok store, Indore, Madhya Pradesh in the month of April, I was not using this shoe from the past 2-3 months and then now i wear it, I found that my right leg's toe (from back side) is swelling due to discomfortness of the sole, which is being tilted to upside from the back. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

Hi, my bother had purchased a flip flop from ur store in chennai located in ecr. He used for couple for days and its torn now. We went back to the same store and asked for exchange or repair service. I bought these shoes in april 2017 from amazon seller "schoolkart" for my kids school (I bought on amazon just because the size 8.5 uk was not available in any store) hence it's undergone normal wear and tear which kids do when in school.
To be more specific the shows have been worn from april 7th to may 10th (When schools closed for summer) and then june 13th to date and the state of the shoes is shameful.
