Updated by Shilpa Rastogi This is to inform that I visited Mall of India today, wherein the sales executive informed that the range of the store stocks starts from 6000/-.
The same is not in budget, this is the second store that I have been for replacement of the shoe.
Reebok doesn't know how to maintain its brand image, there is no customer orientation, without the fault of the customer, because of your procedures you are HARASSING THE CUSTOMER to the core.
Today, I have wasted 2.5 hours in visiting and coming back from the store, it looks like REEBOK has the intention of not providing solution.
The product that was bought has a quality issue because of which a replacement is seeked, I feel trapped buying something from Reebok.
I assure you of neither buying anything from REEBOK in future nor will recommend my family and friends to buy anything from Reebok, will also post on social networking sites on why should one not choose for REEBOK as a b rand to pick.
I want a REFUND, as I have been harassed mentally and physically without a fault of mine, only mistake that as a customer I have done is to choose Reebok over other brands.
