I thought that this brand has given a great satsfactory but now adays i damn sure that reebok company is famous for top most worst product.. I bought a reebok shoe having model no.-v69575 blue on 14.08.2016.. And after only one wash during a month the brand name and also the bottom portion came into its original position just like as a roadside material.. The brand name get so vanished and bottom part also came into the bad position. The most interesting is that reebok shop retailer told me that be easy its normal in the reebok shoe.. So there is no problem and there is no gurantee.. No any chances to replacement.. So what can i do... I dont know. I saw that almost 750 complaints are pending and only nd only 3 are resolved.. So i dont know that any expectation from the main branch is just like a myth...

I have been receiving calls from someone calling himself as Ashish Mehra from two phone nos. [protected] and [protected] claiming that my no. has been shortlisted for a Reebok Kit with gift of Samsung J7. In return I would just have to pay Rs 6500/-. The package had to be received from the post office after payment of money. But they are unwilling to share any details on mail or even sms. I even insisted sharing the link from Reebok website. They said they are calling from Pritampura in Delhi. I even received a call from a Lady saying that it is a verification call and they also checked with me the choice of color, size, etc.

Kindly let me know if any this a fake or a genuine offer.

Some one called me and mail me from and told me that...my phone no. Has won lucky draw contest and u will get Reebok products at Rs 7000 and get a free Samsung galaxy J7.And They insisted me to take this chance as soon as possible. They Told me that They will deliver the product to my near by post office and I have to collect it giving the amount 7000. Sir please tell me Is it a scam or really your company offering this offer.call come from [protected]

Today a lady called me on my mobile from +[protected] and said that i hav won the lucky draw from the reebok company . She said that i have to pay 6999rs then I will get reebok shoes, a reebok t shirt, a reebok track suit, reebok wallet, and a mobile samsung j7...is it true or not.???plz help me...hansraj.[protected]@gamil.com and my mob no. Dear reebok team

I have purchased the reebok shoe from ansal plaza vaishali, ghaziabad, but it's sole is tampered for both the foot. I am sending the pictures and the payment receipt, please get it exchanged as early as possible.

Though we have reported the matter to seller as well but he directed us to contact reebok for any solution...

It was very shocking and unexpected the quality i experienced from a product of such a reputed company. It actually felt me embarrassed because the incident happened during morning walk with my official colleagues and more over i failed to get any resolution from the seller part. As i was not in town when i faced this damage hence i have been trying calling your customer support & seller since 10th aug but unfortunately failed to get any resolution & probable solution to this.

Hope would be able to get some resolution to my issue now.

Some one called me.. she told my number won the draw. They asked to pay 8500 rupees to postman when I receives the things.. She told that They will sent reebok set with sum sung j7 mobile. When iam asked for their complete address.. she escaped. and told when i receive items then I will receive a massage from them.. In a one week two ladies called about the offer..[protected]..

His is to inform that on august 07, 2016 i have purchased a shoes vide invoice no : sc2296 at 05: 26 pm from authorized dealer adi sports shop no : ugsr-24 ground floor, ghazibad -201001 tin no -[protected] which amounts to be rs 1145.00 (Copy enclosed)

In this regard, it is to inform that the pasting of the sole is gone within 04 days and the shopkeeper denied from exchanging the shoes and i was told to contact to customer care center for exchange of shoes.

The image of broken paste of sole and bill details are attached herewith.

A strict action may be taken against the ansal plaza outlet and you are requested to do the needfull as early as possible other wise i will file a complaint to the consumer court against faulty goods.

We are purchasing the your product No. V66152 Product description V[protected]SUBLITE Super Duo shoes invoice no SC1786 date 20.03.2016 at your INDUS Govind Nagar, KanpurNagar outlet .these shoes are finding cuts on foot finger . plz change the shoes ..these shoes had got damage after 5 months of purchase (03/08/16).we had gone to your outlet in Govind nagar, Kanpur but they refused to change the shoes and asked to submit the complaint on reebok portal..

The very USP of this uber costly shoe has been its sole. Ironically that itself has become the bane.

It has come out almost 50% despite the fact that I only use it for light walking .
Why do you overcharge it then and promote it for running ?

I bought a Reebok Sublite Shoe from GIP Noida store and I have been charged 14.5% VAT for the shoe.
I was just checking the same shoe online at your official website - SHOP4REEBOK is only charging 5% VAT.

This is a real FRAUD. You are cheating a customer by CHARGING MORE TAX.
TAX should be same, irrespective of the PLATFORM

I have purchase shoes from reebok online store, but as i have recieved the product, it was not as per the quality described. It was damaged product. So i raised the request to costumer support team. It's been a month i raised the request but none of them are ready to provide refund. Now i moving to consumer care forum to get my problem registered and punish them. So that from next time they whenever they try to do same with some other costumer

I bought a shoes of pump in technology, the most expensive one costing around rs. 9000.00 from gip noida outlet sometime in last august, means in 2015.

Shockening the pasting of the sole is gone, i went to reebok show room at shipra mall and complaint, coolly he says complaint at customer care.

Dear sir/ mam, i bought a shoe from hazratganj - lucknow on dated 18/01/2016 but after four months in may 2016 my both shoe was crack, after that when i went to another reebok outlet in varanasi - u. p. then they refused to replace/repair my shoe after that i came to my home town gorakhpur same problem occurs there too. now you tell me what should i do? if i am buying a most prestigious/expensive brand of shoe like reebok then i can't expect this shoe crack in four months.
Now kindly replace/ repair my shoe form gorakhpur.

I purchased a reebok track pant (product code [protected], REEBOK TRACK PANTS AE8210) on 5th march 2016 from Jubong, invoice no. XESINV/1516/06369618 dt. 5/3/16 and have developed a defect of no. of streached markes in fabric on back within just 3 months o[censored]sage. This product has been used very less and is now very embarishing for me to wear it.
Request you to see into it and process a replacement of the product urgently.

I purchased Reebok Sports Shoes in January 2016, V51698; L647DN0600881; #GPSI000397 and used merely 20 times the lower colored sole started getting separated from the white sole with in two months.. I went to the vendor, they get it repaired the shoes for three times at local level. I couldn't understand the quality of pasting of the shoes. Now after getting repaired again and again the Shoes look like a local made shoe.

I request to get my shoes pair replaced with new pair of shoes.

Sir, this is to inform that my friend had booked a shoe of your brand from a site named "bookmyoffer.com". My complaint is that they took a healthy amount of rs. 1150 and have send a duplicate product without any official packaging of reebok company. Firstly when i received it, i recognised and i asked the person who came to deliver this shoes that can i open it he refused it. And asked for a payment. As my friend told me to please pay and receive the order he booked, without any further inquiry i paid the amount to the delivery man. But after that i opened the parcel then i got a confirmed view that the shoes is duplicate. This is a serious matter sir please go through it strictly because your sale s are been affected by such duplicate fooling products. As my friend had got fooled. Please don't let others get fooled. I had ordered reebok black shoes from shop cj channel on 24 apr 2016 with 7 products free with this. Shoes are of very poor quality and seem to be duplicate and not original. I received wrong free products too. Bag is of different type and different color of very low quality than it was shown on channel screen, led watch of different color and tshirt size is big. Online shopping is disgusting and i will never buy anything online from now on and i will pay extra to get best products personally on all showrooms. Boycott online shopping. Lootmaari hai
