Health problem due to Misleading information by your sales agents in your outlet in Infiniti Mall, Malad West, Mumbai. I had repeatedly told the salesperson (Chandan Dandekar) that I have a severe chronic back problem that gets aggravated by any instability/ discomfort in shoes and I needed WALKING SHOES WITH GOOD AMOUNT OF CUSHIONING & ABSOLUTE STABILITY. I even checked with Chandan that these were running shoes but he was quite sure they'd be just right. I also told him the mid heel part was slightly raised - would that not affect the balance. But he disregarded the same. It is sad to see the casualness Reebok - an international brand - is showing. Your reputation seems of less importance than getting sales.

As a result of this, I'm bed ridden on pain killers since morning. Now when I looked it up, I find that these shoes while are high on cushioning, have a flared heel for running which is not required for walking.

Ms Saira who took my call, was most indifferent.

I expect someone to call me & give me a resolution - the shoes returned for sure, and someone with expertise/ authentic know how to recommend an alternate walking shoe. Else return of my money. In case Reebok team needs evidence, let me know. I'd may be take the effort of getting a doctor's certificate on how bad the pain is at the moment.

Few days back I bought a online Reebok zjet burst shoes but the quality was not the mark, since 25 years I m using Reebok shoes they were the best shoes since few year the product quality is very poor they r not comfortable, the cushioning of the shoes is very less and not comfortable wen we wear it, a well known brand like Reebok quality is going down day by day, would like to tell the management of Reebok shoes to keep the quality as it was in past

I ordered Reebok running shoe in previous month, after checked my shoe I think shoe size little small in size. I called customer care and request generate for refund which I received in my account but till now no one reach to me to pick up shoe.

Request you to plz arrange someone to collect shoe from my office address as earliest, as I am waiting for pick up last 2 weeks.

Yesterday I purchased REEBOK shoe from city center 1, salt lake, sector 2 kolkata. Details of my product is uploaded in the attachments. They charged me 14.5% VAT but the same product is chrged 5% VAT on shop4reebok.com.
Is tax rule differs or is it a fraud.
Hope i get some satisfactory explanation from your side or else i have to do something else.

why we bought branded shoes, because we thought quality will be better but this shoes is like the worst quality shoes

I have bought a pair of shoes named Reebok runnibg shoe white 7 M48551 from Flipkart. At the time while i am purchaging this shoe i saw that there was 3 months warrenty for this shoe. But when i call them to ask that what i can do now as my shoes are ripped of and these are under 3 months warrenty. They simply says that they are only under 1 month warrenty. And also they have remove that 3 months tag from my account of flipkart. So tell me what can i do now.

Bot a pair on 10 December. Used it for playing on 5 to 6 occasions outdoors. The sole has broken in 5 different places. It is unfortunate as the interiors of the shoe is comfortable, but the sole is weak. I bot it from Bata Store in Lokhandwala Township, Kandivali East, Mumbai. I have returned the shoe today. The item code is[protected]. Price is Rs 3299. The bill number is 1834. The person who has taken the return of the shoes is Sujit.

Kindly replace the shoes or return my money.

Now I am totally disappointed with Reebok. Since last 6 years i only use and prefer Reebok Shoes.
I ordered a reebok shoes (order id[protected] which delivered next day to me but when i noticed though it is the same size as i mentioned but it was too loose and seems it is tried by many one thats why, I then returned the product, now it is closer to week did not get any status for the refund process.
So while disappointed with this order, I ordered the next shoes, i am pretty assured about it that it is fake reebok shoesas i never have seen such a bad quality with the reebok shoes. I disappointed with all these.
I want to buy the reebok shoes but my two order's money got stuck there . I am looking for the refund so that i can purcase the next one online.

I got a call from this frowd comany and they had said that they will give me some product of reebok brand and with thais product i will get a samsung j7 totaly free in only in 7500. When i got parcle in post office in gwalior i got some tharmacol and some fake things means i didnt get the reebok product nd not mobile and i had lost my 7500 rs.
So i would like to say to all people please dont buy any reebok product because i dont want that some one get again cheat by this company...

I purchased men and women both shoes from baroda. India. I have some issue with men shoes. Sponge of inside the shoes having whole, cracked and so on. I have not used women shoes yet. So how would I know for that shoes, if they having the same issue in future. Currently I am in Canada. I went to India and I purchased shoes. My husband has not even used 4 months. And we found this . So if we are spending money on brand than we have some expectations too. But this is totally waste of money for me. I need refund or replacement of shoes. I don't want any excuses like we'll send to company and company will decide and etc. I just want refund or replacement.

We have got cheated by the Name of Reebok Company Products Shoes and Reebok kit and Samsung Galaxy 7. We have Paid amount 6500 to the local items from Shree Om Shakti and Company.

Today(04/Nov/2016), i've been to #Reebok store INDIA(sarojini nagar) outlet and I asked them for price of female tights @ 1st they ignore me just because we were not dressed well and we guys are having wheat and dark complection. Moreover, they start teaching me #reebok is same brand falls under 3adidas and they were not eventelling me prises of product which i was asking them.

They don't have ur details and they say vodafone gave us a list of no. They say u r a lucky draw winner and we will send u the parcel by indian post a Reebok kit of 7999 for 3999 with a j5 samsung phone free they ask for ur name ur father name and address and say u will get a conformation tomorrow. Where can I register a complain ? And they also ask ur size and colour preference and ask u to visit Reebok site to check the combo pack

Some one called me and told me that... My phone no. Has won lucky draw from reebok and u will get 8 reebok products at rs 7999 and get a free samsung galaxy j7. And they insisted me to take this chance as soon as possible. They told me that they will deliver the product to my near by post office and i have to collect it giving the amount 7999 to post office. I think, its a scam, i read same complaints from several people who were fooled by them. Tell me it is true or not they called me from numb :-[protected] gmail :- [protected]@gmail.com

I have purchased a reebok trail exhibit shoe from amazon (sold by romanfox) on 30.05.2016. order no. was amazon.in[protected].
But it is noticed that the lower sole of both of the shoes have been detached from the upper sole. it is not at all expected from a reputed company like reebok.

Sir my sis got a call from delhi a mobile num [protected] thay said company is giving reebok kit (belt, t-shirt, gogal, shoes) at rs 7000 and samsung mobile free by home delivery so she said ok .after 6 days the call came from parcel office to take a parsal ther the amount is 7500 .i paid 7500 and open the parsal ther is no mobile inside and duplicate rebok kit inside i call them to refund money nw they are not reciving my call the mobile number is active but nt reciving call pls help .onece when they recive i said i will complain about u in police he replied with bad words about police and me

I would like to inform you that i have purchase a reebok shoe from chennai on december 2012 by rupees of 9999/ (Nine thousand nine hundred ninety nine). But unfortunately my downside sole opened from the shoes and also all side sole removed from the shoes from february 2016. Now i am unable to repair my shoes at guwahati (Assam). I am waiting for your kind advice please.

I thought that this brand has given a great satsfactory but now adays i damn sure that reebok company is famous for top most worst product.. I bought a reebok shoe having model no.-v69575 blue on 14.08.2016.. And after only one wash during a month the brand name and also the bottom portion came into its original position just like as a roadside material.. The brand name get so vanished and bottom part also came into the bad position. The most interesting is that reebok shop retailer told me that be easy its normal in the reebok shoe.. So there is no problem and there is no gurantee.. No any chances to replacement.. So what can i do... I dont know. I saw that almost 750 complaints are pending and only nd only 3 are resolved.. So i dont know that any expectation from the main branch is just like a myth...
