I had purchased shoes on 19/02/2012 vide Invoice no. 3239 of Rs. 2999/-. I used these shoes about 10 or 12 time for half an hour for a morning walk. A hole was appeared on one shoe and the other shoe condition is also very bad. This is due to poor quality of cloth used inside the shoe. I am surprised to see the same on such a reputed brand of shoe. However, my husband is using reebok shoes from last three years almost daily and quality was so good.

Kindly do the needful to replace my shoes at the earliest.

    Today, 21 November 2012 I went to a reebok outlet in rajouri market branch in delhi. Reebok has a flat 50% off for quiet few days. First the owners didn't give 50% off ie. I was given only 30% off and as i asked for a bill that was also not given. The 20% off that I did not get would have most probably gone in the retail owner's pocket
    Hope u would take some serious action
    I've attached a photo of the outlet
    On the entrance you can see that flat is covered with a paper and only sale 50% can be seen

      I went to this reebok branch in rajouri market. In every of its store reebok has flat 50% off
      But this store had some conditions like 50% off on so and so shoe, 40% off on some pair and 30% on SO and so
      I bought shoes of MRP 4000 which after discount were supposed to be off 2000 rupees but I got those shoes for 2800 ie. I got those shoes on 30% discount which means the rest 20% went in the owner's pocket and he didn't give me any bill
      If you take any action towards my complaint ill give you a proof as well

        This is to inform that I have purchased one pair of shoe from Reebok Junior, Sector 5, Dwarka, New Delhi in the month of July-Aug 2012, but after use of the same, some defects were found and the pair of shoes were returned to M/s. S.S.Enterprises, G-5, R.G. Complex Sector 5, Dwarka on 3.9.2012 against manual receipt of sales person of Sh. Laxman.But after continuous follow up / visits / telephones to the shop, I came to know from near by shopkeepers that the shop has been closed.
        I have not got any phone from said shop to claim your pair of shoes of Rs.1499/-. as commeted by dealer/sales executive.
        It is requested that kindly look into the matter and one pair of shoes of Rs. 1499/- of my son may be returned to me.

          I would like to bring to your notice that I purchased a pair of reebok shoes(details enclosed as attachment) on 22/09/2012 and the sole came off only after four to five wears of the product. I feel that as a customer I have been sold a sub standard product and should be replaced with a new one immediately. When I contacted the store, they are not listening to the issue.


          Therefore I request you to kindly look into the matter.

            Wanted to use Gift Voucher given by SBI Credit Card first week of July2012 (valid upto 31/7/12) at Rebook Show room in Express Avenue, Royapettaha, Chennai 14.. Since the system was not updated I could not use and I had to pay money for other purchases made. Complaint registered over mail.and permitted to use before 31/7/12 on 31/7/12 at 130 pm. Not time to go for purchases resulting in invalidation of GV. No one bothers despite several complaints made. Cheating public

              Dear All,

              I would like to put the fact that Reebok Reezig is a very expensive model on which Reebok has placed a very inferior quality of net on top. I have purchased shoes in 2011 and wear it only on saturday's, since I have to be in corporate attire during Mon-Fri. The usage of my shoes has been very less and on top the net has started to crack automatically as if the quality is really very inferior.

              The showroom guys told that this is very common problem and that they are helpless in this matter.

              Can you please put my request on companies notice so that the shoes can be replaced.

              I must also admit that the product is not at all value for money and I will never ever recommend anyone to buy reebok.

                I purchase Reebok one watch from 100Bestbuy on September third week and money also paid through online.
                The product not delivered yet, I tried to contact them through they may not pick the call. then I send email every time the system generated mail is the only reply. Now I don't compel them to deliver the product at least give back my money is enough.

                  SUB: CLAIM OF SHOE

                  I have Purchased a Reebok Shoe (UNITED RUNNER LP-US-8) from your Reebok Store , Reebok Nicco Park, Q-423, Sukanta Nagar, Sector-IV Salt Lake , Kolkata-700098 on 12.06.2012 and simultaneously Surrendered to the above mentioned store on 25.06.2012 as there was Pasting Problem on the both Shoe.


                  The PGSC No.I-50012

                  The time given to me for delivery was 20-25 days. On inquiry I have been told that due to clearance sale it has been delayed and asked me to come during September last- October first week when there will be new stock arrival.
                  To my surprise when I visited during October, I found the shop has been closed.

                  The above matter has been mailed to the customer care of the reebok company which has not been answered and the customer care phone number[protected] keeps ringing and no one picks up during the day timing 10.00 A.M to 6.00 P.M. when calling in night the phone has been answered by the security guard of the company.


                  I request to look into the matter at the earliest for which i will be highly obliged.

                      I have purchase Reebok Shoes model no J21759 from DG ENTERPRISES 70-VIJAY BLOCK MAIN VIKAS MARG,LAKSHMI NAGAR vide invoice no 1313 Dated 04.08.2012 but now this time his shole is damaged within 15 days & also I have told him to DG Enterprises about the same but getting response that contact to directly Reebok Showroom.

                        confirmatiom code was 0802 for order no [protected] for Value Rs 1,198 and i have receieved the product from blue dart couriour and paid cash on delivery respectively.

                        But, From next a few months later when i started wearing that pair of shoes some type of patches was their on shoes and the colour of the white shoes became dull and now after 8 months the shoes was totally in a bad condition the bagittoday group and reebok has cheated me i want to send their defected product back.

                        Reebok — bad service bad quality shoes

                        I bought Rs 7000 shoes from reebok.and within 6 months of sparing use of shoes,i can count the time i wore those shoes: only during my trip that happened twice in those 6 mnths and shoes is torn.that is when i dont run in them i dint not even go for trekking wearing them but it is all gone.
                        the shoe has been torn from outside.when i tried to return it,they said u are 2 days over the warranty period.but still on my request thy sent it to the head office.i received my shoe after a month saying nothing can be done about it.bloody it means my 7000 rs gone down the drain.
                        a lot of people have been complaining of the deteriorating quality of these shoes.my dad bought these shoes from dlf promenade rs 11000,and within a month the sole came out.

                        I bought a pair of Reebok Shoes for Rs.2000.00, from Authorised Reebok Outlet in Ambala Cantt , Nicholson road in Aug, having TIN NO .[protected] but within One months the shoes developed cracks and got torn. I spoke to the store manager but they said since it was on sale so no gurantee. After repeteadely saying that i need a replacement they refused to replace it.TThoug i m a army personnel and a fan of RBK for years my experience with RBK was not good this time.For a reputed brand like Reebok, this sort of post sale service is not expected.

                        I have bought a shoe from Benniganahalli Show room of Reebok in Bangalore (price 1799) within 2 months it became in very bad condition.
                        Now the Show room is in renovation and I am also not receiving any mails of feedback from Reebok regarding the relacement of the shoe.

                          I have faced problem after buying reebok ZIG shoe after wearing them my right leg little finger got blisters and i was unable to walk .Immediate next day i went to show room in banjarahills there is no proper response from arun (Showroom manager).Instead he suggested me to wear same shoe after pain resides...

                            This is with regard to the Reebok vouchers worth Rs.2000 I own. The vouchers are valid till 8th of october,2012 but still a lot of stores including the ones in South ex, Gk-1 are not accepting them. I have already spoken to Mr. Tanuj who has been claimimg to get this issue resloved in 2-3days for over a week now. This kind of behaviour was not accepted from a brand like Reebok. I would want you to llok into the matter and take immediate action.

                            I have purchased Shoes and accessories from Bangalore Ringroad, Kanakapura road outlet in November 2009.
                            I was given a book let of 12 vouchers of Rs 500 each total value of Rs 6000 and the sales man informed me that since the Vouchers had validity of 3 months, I could redeem Nov / Dec & Jan 2010 vouchers which means, I could redeem a total of Rs 1,500 every 3 months, which actually made sense as we could get some thing of value.
                            As a norm, I kept a reminder to visit the Reebok Outlet during last week of January 2010 to redeem the first set of 3 vouchers.
                            To my surprise, the moment we entered the Outlet and showed the Voucher Book, the salesman's instant response was, "You have not got the Redemption Code". We did not know what he was saying until, he showed us the Important Notice asking us to send sms to a number for getting the 7 digit redemption voucher. AND not to be SURPRISED Again, the date for sending the SMS was Over.

                            How Nice of REEBOK, there is no better way to cheat than these smart tricks.

                            How and when are we going to learn about these cheap tricks metted out by the so called Multi Nationals who call themselves as trend setters and open and all the ......

                            IF REEBOK has any Business Ethics, they should have asked each sales person who hands over these Vouchers to immediately send out the SMS, the very fact that the Sales Person did not mention this is some sort of a GIMMICK and outright misguiding the Customer by simply luring them with such offers.

                            Every one knows that no one will open the voucher and check these matters as a Voucher is in itself should be worth and the Fact that the Sales Person only stated about the Validity of each voucher being 3 months and did not even open the Voucher shows that REEBOK must have trained them not to guide on the SMS matter for redemption code.

                            Why is this redemption code required in the first place, we have made a legitimate sale and the Sales Man even took our Mobile / Contact nos. If they had any ethics, they would have sent a reminder SMS / Email for us to get the redemption Code.

                            Anyways, I have Rs 6,000 worth vouchers just sitting pretty as they are of no value, now I know.

                            I tried to contact Rebok and there is no email or any other Tel no given in their web site, even the web site is a gimmick as Customer Services > Contact us does not give any email id but the first paragraph states, we have given below answers and if you dont find answers, fill up the e-mail form, which is NOT TO BE FOUND in the WEB SITE at all.

                            If Reebok has any ethics at all, they will contact me and rectify this as I feel cheated of Rs 6000. And I dont thing they care whether I stay a Reebok Customer or Not.

                            However, as hope is what I have, I am waiting for a miracle of sorts so that Reebok will contact me and rectify this matter.

                            i also agree with dis...reebok is fooling people.i even hv the redemption code but dn also i'm nt able to redeem the voucher hv gt vouchers worth rs 3000 of no use...really a shameful act by big brand company who cheat people like this...if reebok hv ny ethics at all dy must tk summ imediate action...
                            I used reebok shoe for two years.With out realizing I landed having Mortn's Nuroma due to bad shoe sole. Unsuspectingly I again bought a reebok shoe with air cushion. Nuroma is getting worse.
                            Reebok does not know how to make comfortable orthopedicaly sound walking shoes( I walk 5 Km 4/5 times a week) . Their shoes have narrow toe bad sole support leading to lumpy ball of the foot.I am discarding a new pair costing 3500 INR to look for some thing made for walking and not for show.Their shoes are apparently for those show offs who invest more in kit than in actual exercise.
                            Avoid buying reebok if you are a serious walker.
                            First, The voucher consists of all the details regarding voucher activation/redemption. If you did not care to read those Instructions, Its your mistake, blaming RBK is nearly insane. Secondly, I dont know which website you are-consulting. RBK (IN) website has always had their contacts, even the regional officials. I had bought the DMX Shoes too and got the voucher. I followed the instructions regarding the SMS but was still not able to redeem my vouchers. I contacted RBK and in an informative response found out it was the Store managers mistake of not mailing RBK the voucher and billing information. I CANT BLAME RBK FOR THIS. RBK even went to the extent of activating my vouchers with a life-long validity because during all this the voucher validity had expired. So in short I have those vouchers with life long validity, I love the DMXRIDE series, and am going to get another pair soon.

                            Sipper is not actually a Sipper

                            My organization Teleperformance in Mansarovar, Jaipur claims that this is not a sipper. I argued a lot finally felt embarrased in front of whole floor. Please look in this issue as i have spent alomost 500Rs for this and still no where.

                              Respected Sir/ Madam,
                              I have purchased shoes from your outlet at: TRISTAR RETAIL PVT. LTD. ,REEBO, SHOE,GF-4, BHIKHUBHAI COMPLEX, NR. KOCHRAB ASHRAM, PALDI, AHMEDABAD. The shoes were purchased vide Invoice NO. 1318, on date 29.8.12, of Rs. 1850.00.
                              When I went to purchase the shoes, I clearly mention the size of my foot i.e. 7. However, the sales person Mr. Suresh gave me the shoes of size 6, i.e. smaller size. As it was rainy season, I did not wear your shoes as they are too costly/ expensive for a person like me who belongs to middle class. When I tried the shoes after few days & wore it for 2 days, I undergo through lot of knee/ foot pain. I immediately rushed to the shop from where I purchased it to come to know to my shock that the shoe size is smaller than required/ mentioned by me while buying. Mr. Suresh confirmed that he had forgotten to mention the size and gave me smaller size while selling me the shoes.

                              On his request I gave the shoes back. After that Mr. Naredra, another sales person from that shop informed me on phone that nothing can happen now, though it was fault of Mr. Suresh.

                              These shoes which are still lying at the shop are of no use for me, as they are too short to wear.

                              Respected sir, I am asking you one question. Why a middle class lady should suffer a loss of Rs. 1850.00 when the fault is all of your sales person. Your further communication on my e-mail id: [protected]@yahoo.com , would be preferred.

                                I bought a pair of Reebok shoes sometime back. I used to wear it occasionally. Yesterday I revealed that the outer soles of my shoes are getting broken and they are getting detached from my shoes. So, I can no longer use it anymore. I don't expect this kind of manufacturing defects from a reputed brand like Reebok.

                                  I have ordered one pair of Reebok shoe on cash on delivery basis from Bagittoday, accordingly the have dispatched the material through Quantum courier on 18.09.12 & the same received by the courier on 21.09.12 but till now they have not delivered the product to our end. I think they are fake & the are using the product. Pl. look in to the matter seriously

                                    Reebok is having name & fame in the name of Shoes. Surprisingly now
                                    quality is far from its original (I am using Reebok since 1985 .I have
                                    purchased shoes from vadodara OP Road M/s Sandesh Enterprise in the month
                                    of MAY 2012,used it 15 days in Gym only,Observed that its sole & other
                                    parts detached.I informed Shri Mahipal about the condition of the shoes
                                    but he refused for replacement.Now Bill is also missing ,I requested
                                    him &...he suggested to stitch it & put some adhesive on paying the
                                    amount.I have purchased shoes in Rs 1700 & now lying since June2012...
                                    what to do.You are requested to look in this matter for replacing it.I
                                    will share this among Gym & other colleagues the Big Brand Name.

                                    Shoes purchased from Reliance(Being Employee of IPCL,RELIANCE) store in
                                    2010 is still perfect condition ...

                                      I had bought a reebok shoe from reebok store at saharagunj mall worth rs5999.It had defect so i complaint to the dealer,that time he took the shoe and told that come after 1 month.this took place on 25-06-12.when i went there after 1 month he told me that now you cant take your shoe its sale season and if you take shoe now your shoe will be of price of sale period.so he called me after another 1 month.when i went ther he told sale is extended come when sale gets over.i went to him yesterday.he told that you can take any shoe pay the diffrence if it exceeds the price.sir there is sale now also but he is charging me orginal price and asking me to pay the diffrence.he is saying that if you want to avail discount buy another shoe and discount will not be given to you.
