Dear sir,

This is to inform you that i bought reebok shoes from your authorised reebok showroom in amritsar in sep/oct 2019 for around rs. 10000/-. But in 6 months only and not wearing much, the shoes have cut/torn from the middle. Both the shoes are showing the signs of manufacturing defect.
It is very sad to say that after spending so much money and buying from your authorised showroom then you get inferior quality product.
Please find attached the photos of the defective product.

I have purchase a pair of shoes but it is defeat.. I complaints on showroom where i buy the shoes they ignore completely.. They use only your name and destroy it... I have face many difficulty due to purchase your shoes... It's my big mistake.. That i believe on reebok... You make a strong guideline for your showrooms... My shoes are dissatisfied my because its become rough and destroy within 2 hour..

After one month completed an cut show on shoe.
I have lodged an complaint with flipkart for this issue. Flipkart refer this issue to you. They told me that 90 days warranty o[censored]r product with the brand & directed to me for contacting to you. So i request to you sir plz look into my matter & help me.

I have bought a jacket costing 8999 black colored, from your store at patiala and a pair of shoes 3999 on 14th of this month.
When i asked weather the jacket will keep me warm or not, the sales boy at the store told me that yes maam this jacket is worth wearing at -10 degree temperature. I thought reebok being a reputed brand, this must be true. But i wore it twice since then and i swear this jacket made me freeze in this weather with temperature of around 11 degree. I was surprised and disappointed also. I have one octave jacket that keeps me more warm than reebok jacket.. This is really disappointing from such a reputed brand.
Even the shoes are not comfortable to wear. I earlier have nike and sketchers and these are far better comfort than reebok.
Please see to this n inform me accordingly.. I am quite disappointed..

I by far have returned only 1 product from these site which got refunded, later they by error assigned a pickup without my knowledge and i didnt do it after this a agent came to pickup item and picked the tatacliq item as it was scheduled for the same day on the moment i was at my neighborhood and allowed my parents to give. This got to seller (Adi sports) on 23 dec 2019 and i told them my concern before the date and since then i am enquiring and requesting them to have it redispatched as per their process, they 1st told that it will take 48 hrs and from then till 4 of jan 2020 they havent done anything nor they update me and talk badly, if that product doesnt gets back to me on time and returned to original source (Tatacliq) ill have a loss of about 5000/- and i told them also to ship it in priority and charge me if needed. Please sir you are my last support pls help in urgent

I buy reebok product from Flipkart it's a sweatshirt it is 3 months old but i rarely wear it now it gets pillings on it .it quality as a name of sweatshirt is also very low but as reebok product i believe that it is good that's why I didn't return it but after using it it worst what can I do now it's a worst material i am using reebok products from last 3 year before it i use nike but now I have to switch it

I bought reebok sports shoe of rs 4409 from authorised reseller from connought place new delhi on 03 nov, 2019. After couple of days i noticed there is defect in stitching which i ignored since it was very minor. But now day before yesterday i found another spot from where stitching is coming out. It is my first purchase from reebok and till now experience is not good.

Request you to look in to this matter and please either replace the article or refund the money.

I had purchased Shoes from the INCS Mumbai Reebok Outlet. There were torn within 6 months without much usage.

I have been trying to reach the customer care as well as been requesting Reebok to replace or correct the defect but there has been no response.

Shoes were purchased in the month of end April 2019. Had visited the Reebok outlet multiple times for duplicate bill as well as for repair but they didn't respond.br...

I purchased a reebok running shoe on 30 oct 2019 from incs naval shop at shankar vihar, delhi cantt.
The shoe has a very hard protrusion in the back side resulting in a shoe bite on the very first wear. I have been advised by the agency/shop to approach the company directly for a replacement.
I am surprised at the poor quality control from such a reputed brand and wish to have my shoe replaced by a proper quality shoe.
Request you to kindly replace my shoe at the earliest.

A call came on my mobile a few days ago that i am talking to anushka reebok, you are our very old customer, it is also true that i have been using reebok's expensive shuja for 20 years. I thought that perhaps i would have brought my number on behalf of the showroom, so i had told the anaska (Which she had named her name), then she told me that you have to buy reebok's shawl and make four things free if you want to take a gale, track suite, butt, cap, you will want to take it. I said that the feal hall is in my womb, then if i put it in the next, then if you order today, then ten days later you will find all things in your house. Is. When the postman came to me with a parcel, i did not feel disturbed, so if i made a call on the number given on the parcel, then it was said that all your things are in the parcel and you take the parcel and then i pay the price of the postman to rs 6, 999. The front line was on the lane, when the parcel opened, then he got out of rs 300 rupees and later he cut the phone. I got looted, this means that everyone knows the post office. These allow people plundered!

I have purchased reebok sports shoes from phoenix mill lower parel mumbai retail outlet on 3rd august 2018. Not even a year has been completed and i am seeing the shoes material getting tore and inside spunch is been seen. It's highly shocking for me that reebok being a brand having such inferior quality of shoes. I have earlier also purchase reebok shoes from same outlet 5 years back and those shoes have actually used for 5 years without any quality issue. But this time i am highly shocked and dissatisfied with the quality.

I have attached the bill copy and the pics of shoes and send to customer care of reebok showing where it is defected.

They refuse to give me any credit note or exchange. No relief is been given to me.

Please take right step to stop them.. So help me out from this

Have purchased a shoe named Harmony at the price of Rs. 12000/- within 3months the mesh has got damaged and I got them replaced with Flotride shoes with an additional cost of Rs. 16000/- Within 6 months again the shoe heel part has got damaged.. We are regular customer for Reebok we purchased many items but almost all items are very bad in their quality. Not only shoes even T-shirts gets faded within 4-5 months.. In spite being such a reputed brand, how can a product of yours does not even last for a year. We have now changed to other brand such as adidas and Nike. We are unhappy customer for Reebok & we will definately take this issue very serious...

I bought the above mentioned shoes from jammu reebok store o[censored]k/india size 8 which is what i wear but the shoe i tried at home in srinagar is small enough to give me pain in my feet. The size u mentioned is awfully wrong. I am not able to go back to the store as i have left the place and am no longer able to replace it. It is 300 kms away from where i live. I thought reebok company is the trusted brand so didnt care to atleast try it there.
I don't know what to do with it now. A poor man asks your good-self to direct me in this.
