We are reliance Big TV user my smart card No is[protected], recently we have shifted our home to Bijapur Karnataka, so I have made reinstallation service request on 8th jan as per your customer care agent I have recharged 350 amount as a service charge, your service Engineer called and demanded 350 Rs extra charges, I already recharged to my account, He is not agree to come and install he telling that he will not come until 350 amount has to give him by hand, again I made a complaint request no is[protected], Still my problem is not resolved, and I have received a massage that your service request[protected] is resolved,
Till now no one is responding my problem, your service Engineer nor your customer care agent .
We are getting totally irritating on your service,
From last 4 days our connection is closed now what to do Can I go for other service provider or what ...?
