Hi,

I have taken reliance dish TV one year subscription in last year June-2015. Since last week my reliance cable TV is not coming. They are taking complaint but not giving any service or sending any executives to solve the issue and i don't have cable connection at my home.

Please help me resolve this issue as they have already taken money till June.

      We are reliance big tv customer since 2008 from gwalior then satna then itarsi then now at vadodara. Having one plus one connection.
      Recharge was made on 02.06.2015 for rs. 3600.00 for one year. The same exausted again recharge of rs.3000.00 made on 25.02.2016.A/c no.[protected].
      Unfortunately recharge made on a/c no.[protected] instead a/c.[protected] my existing account.
      My request
      I) close my a/c no.[protected].
      Ii) reinstate services of a/c.[protected] my existing account.
      My complaint:
      We are not getting signal from 16.03.2016 morning & same was informed to local service centre of vadodara gujarat 390003 their mobile nos, are [protected], [protected],[protected].
      Today two boys came & it was told to replace dish antenna whereas it was working properly.
      In such circumstances my request to control such people for turnishing image of the company & resolve the issue at earliest.

      We need to first de-link the connections in order to terminate the parent connection.

      Once the de-linking done you may use the connection separately or you may terminate one connection.

      Once the de-linking is done you can use the accounts separately.

      We are unable to provide a refund on surrender of connection.

      The equipment provided at the time of installation, such as Dish antenna/Set Top Box/ Cables/ remote are property of
      Reliance and the money paid at the time of activation is towards the installation charges; you need to return them to our
      executive after the termination is processed.

      Kindly confirm so we will arrange for technician visit.

        Recharge done twice that is on FEb 28 th for 171 and the it gets connection error, contacted customer care but no support. then again recharge done for 189 on 7th march again the connection error is coming. No customer care support available.

          I have paid Rs.240/- on 21 st Feb.2016 on account of Recharge of my Old Big tv connection.Due to long gap my connection was suspended.So I requested to Reliance Customer care service in charge to Recharge or restart my Big tv cable connection, I told them that I am ready to pay any charge to restart my Big tv cable connection.
          On 28/02/2016 there was a call from representative(a lady) of Reliance customer care service that their Engineer will come on 29/02/2016 to start/recharge your Big tv connection, but no one has come till today.When ever I complain for recharge or start connection, representative of Reliance customer care service never give proper attentions.
          Please help me in this matter and do needful so I can get my money back

          Some timeI fill very sorry on your company.Everyone of your customer care Service representative repeats same words that you have written in your explanation.And i think you will have words of reg ration for all customers who are like me.You have only words of reg ration bur in service you are zero.As I have paid money 21, Feb. 2016, but by giving odd reasons you slips from solving my problem.Today 13 days are passed after paying Rs.240/- as recharge amount, but I have not seen your single channel, I mean my connection is yet not started.I tell u that you put yourself in my position an then think.You will also scold service provider.This is shame on the Reliance Digital, ultimately it comes on employee only, cause you are the only care taking persons.persons. Ambani is only investor actually you are running company.If your service is poor like this, then company's future will be black.and simultaneously for employees also, this is my philosophy.but it is naked fact .Any way, I have already one DTH connection of GTPL and this is my 2nd one connection.connection. Rs. 240/-is not a big amount, but company must have value of a single penny of every costumer, that is prestige of a good company.Today I will scold you and to your company and leave the connection and take another company's connection.This is not my loss it is company;s loss.I am sure I will prevent at-least 10 to 15 customers from taking your connections and if it multiplies then ??????.
          Lastly, I have heard that my balance is now Rs.150/-ony. Whith out any connection or channel display my amount is reduced to Rs.150/-I think Anil Ambani is collecting money in this manner, if so then shame on the Company.
          I am not a bagger, I a genuine customer and well studied man, this is open cheating.My fight will remain as it is, till I get justice.
          Now company.s representatives are pressing me to take one year recharge connection and said they can restart it if I am agreed on this condition.This is open Black mailing.I have recorded their voice and it will be puted before u any time.

            Sir i have big tv two smart card i creat a call coustmer care how to subcribed chanels they told me your signal problem so our engineer come & its charge rs 175/- deduct my acount but after 48 hours eng.. Not come & no call me so i satle antena .& call coustmer care they said your smart card not pairin your box so will be charged rs 400/- i take dicasion my another smart card recharge rs 800/- 8 service continue . So plz tell me how refund my rs 250/- so plz tell me any sugestion

              Hi,

              My name is Ambika.. I stay in Bangalore and we are customers of Reliance big TV from past 5 Years. However in the recent days we had issue with the Settop box and we had raised a complaint. After a couple of days the technician had visited and without even checking the box he was the conclusion was replacement of set top box.. He already had a box which was already used and claimed it as a replacement box. He said the replacement box carries just 3 months warranty and the very next day after completing 3 months of the warranty period the box will not be under servicing scope.. However he offered us to take a new set top box which will contain a new smart card.. The price what he quoted was Rs. 1350/- with one month free subscription with what already existing channels were available..
              The second price quoted was Rs 1800/-with 3 month subscription of all the available subscribed channels (only for set top box and smart card).. We had then paid 1800 for 3 months free subscription ( with this amount you get new connection)... Before even committing on anything i had informed him that the Monthly recharge what we do is Rs. 300 and post which he committed to have all the available channels subscribed to the new smart card.
              The channels got activated, however the English channels which is Jumbo English was not activated.. When tried reaching on the phone everytime he use to commit to get this rectified.. and after sometime he never use to pick the call.. Being Feed up we tried reaching reliance customer care to complain the same.. They then dropped the call asking me to call the dealer directly.. The second time when called the Sr. Executive Mr. Harish asked me to call the dealer directly without even taking any complaint.. Again we somehow managed to reach them and forced them to raise a complaint and finally we got the complain registered under complain number[protected] which was raised on 20th Feb 2016. unfortunately this is still not resolved and we are still trying to reach them. We are so very frustrated with Reliance that we just was to do away. We paid money to the person and the channels what we are getting is not worth that.. We don't even get proper support from Reliance customer case.. This is really no fare..

              Please help to get this resolved..

              We have been calling people everyday and find no positive outcome.. IF the dealer is making mistake he should be removed from the dealership.. The Reliance customer should also take responsibility for these issues.. The customer care is now a days very busy in passing bugs.. If they cannot resolve the issue why are they for ?? we can instead call the dealer directly.. when should we can them and log complain.

                  Ankur khatkar, 220 purohit pada bhrampuri Jaipur, phone no.[protected], my smart card no.is[protected], my TVs signal is creating problems from last few months and after complaining they charged me the product and service and resolve problem every time but after a short time problem started again, last time my LMB is changed under 2 months warranty, yesterday after again my complaint they confirmed me that my LMB is under warranty and resolve the problem without charge but after resolution they. Deducted Rs 175 from my big tv account today when I call the customer care executive Mr Sanjeewan andMs Lata is confirmed me that the wrong information is given by the reliance employees but changes is not refundable, they remind the yesterday's employee for this but behaviour was not proper, and called me that write down the information and do whatever you want to do but change can't refund .problem is not resolved by reliance engineer in proper way and they charge me for this approximately all the products of me big tc is changed (out of set top box) but still i m not satisfied so plz help to close my complaint and refund my money.

                  As per company policy, the LNBF replacement charges is Rs.250/- and you are provided with 60 days extended warranty on replaced LNBF.

                  After warranty period, service charge of Rs.175/- is applicable on registration of the service request, which will be levied even if the issue is auto-resolved or does not require a technician visit for any reason. If any part/ equipment is replaced or repaired then applicable charges will be levied.

                  The services of your account is suspended due to insufficient balance, hence request you to recharge you account with Rs.388/- in order to resume the services by keeping the Set Top Box 'ON'.

                    I am using BIG TV for my digital cable. Even previously I have been experiencing that they remove channels without intimation to the customer.

                    In this particular case, I had star sports 1, 2, 3, 4 all 4 channels available.
                    Now they have removed Star sports 4, without any intimation. When I called they explained, that the combo of sports channels has been changed and now they have star sports 2 & 3 as combo. Which is the reason for removing star sports 4.

                    But from a customer point of view, I have lost a sports channel (star sports 4)and they haven't even reduced the cost!
                    I would request them to reduce the cost or give me another sports channel.

                      We have been facing problem from last one week and we have been calling on costumer care no from one week due to miss connection of network.They are claiming that v have recharged our account for 10 months though WE had recharged our account for 12 months.AFTER GETTING OUR ACCOUNT RECHARGED WE CALLED ON their costumer care number for activation and after 10 months they are claiming that u dint recharge your account for 12 months. Though we received their msgs that out account has been recharghed for 12 months. And we have been continously calling them and registering our complaint since their is no consideration and now they are not even recieving our calls.We request you to consider our complaint as soon as possible .Dont force us to disconnect your network we are your old coustomer so we are hoping for your response as soon as possible.Otherwise v would be forced to complaint to costumer court fr your no considerdation.WE would be very thankful to you if you consider our compalint at your earlist.                         Dear Sir We are reliance Big TV user my smart card No is[protected], recently we have shifted our home to Bijapur Karnataka, so I have made reinstallation service request on 8th jan as per your customer care agent I have recharged 350 amount as a service charge, your service Engineer called and demanded 350 Rs extra charges, I already recharged to my account, He is not agree to come and install he telling that he will not come until 350 amount has to give him by hand, again I made a complaint request no is[protected], Still my problem is not resolved, and I have received a massage that your service request[protected] is resolved, Till now no one is responding my problem, your service Engineer nor your customer care agent . We are getting totally irritating on your service, From last 4 days our connection is closed now what to do Can I go for other service provider or what ...?                           My smart card no is[protected] registered under my name Manoj. I have been using big tv for the last 10 years in Coimbatore. There were some trees obstructing the dish so lodged a complaint to relocate it on my service request no[protected] on 6/1/2016. The only mistake I did was calling up your customer care executive. The technician (Nataraj) called up and later said he will not be able to make it. Next day I was out of station. But I cut the trees and the problem was solved. The technician called and I told him to cancel the service. Then started my ordeal, I was not able to view my tv I got the error 200 unsubsribed channel. For you information I have recharged my tv for 10 months and valid till aug 2016. I spoke to your executives for past 5 days to rectify the problem but no use, they ask me to wait only so irresponsible. The executives namely Ms.Priya, Mr.Manikandan and Mr.Praveen spoke and said it will be solved but no use. I am fed up calling them as they don't solve the matter. I have never had a problem for the past 10 years, but now I am fed up as I am not able to view my tv even though I have validity. I am afraid and forced to go to consumer court to solve this issue if not addressed immediately. Kindly note that the technician called up and told me he could fix it on his own without (on his own) your notice which I declined. Many of my friends advised me to stop big tv as it had poor customer service but now I realize it is true. Kindly try to solve immediately without further delay and lame excuses. Regards, Manoj

                                From 4-5 months there are daily problem of range and channels due to some technical reason only 10-15 chaneel were seen if any technician is visited but he cant resovle our problems and aftre recharge the money will be detuct if service is free From 10-15 day the set up box is off I am thinking to change the DTh connection to any other best company

                                  Reliance has asked me to recharge my DTH account with 2500 for pairing reason. I have recharged my account and requested for pairing due to what ever reason pairing was not done. tons of calls to CC NO USE Finally I called the nodal officer the answer I got is I will not get the refund because I have recharged my account through online transaction. I asked nodal officer what about my money his answer is use it. I said I do not want to use his answer for that is I cannot help. Reliance you are such a big company and you have such a silly system. My money is struck now. Beware folks!! this is a lesson

                                    Dear Sir/ Madam, I am a customer of Reliance Big Tv (Smart Card No.[protected]. Today I had received a call from Reliance customer care center, that my Reliance Digital TV Smart Card number[protected] account balance is ZERO, and asked me to recharge immediately, otherwise services will be disconnected.. With reference to Reliance Big TV mail dated 7/4/15, they have mentioned that "As your Set Top Box is downgraded from HD to SD, hence the waiver of Rs.1290/- (3 months Platinum pack price) is credited in your account on 06/04/2015". With this amount my a/c balance becomes to Rs.9212/-. From that month they have to deduct Rs.86.80 per month as my package is "PLATINUM PACK" for an year. Surprisingly, while I am going through my a/c. today, my YEARLY PLATINUM PACK was changed over into MONTHLY PACK. Without intimation Reliance Big TV has changed into monthly pack from YEARLY PLATINUM PACK. I never asked or mailed or called them to change over into monthly pack. Who asked you people to change over from YEARLY PACK to MONTHLY PACK. PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND ARRANGE / INSTRUCT RELIANCE BIG TV TO CONNECT THE SERVICES IMMEDIATELY FORM TOMORROW AND ARRANGE TO CHANGE BACK IMMEDIATELY FROM MONTHLY PACK TO YEARLY PLATINUM PACK AND CREDIT RS.3497.32 TO MY A/C., WHICH WAS DEDUCTED FROM MAY TO DEC 15 FROM MY A/C. Finally I m seeing tv after 1 week. Now u have deducted the service charge from my account. You didn't delay a minute in charging service amount but that too without doing anything. Without your person visiting how can you levy service charge to me. Is this the way u operate. I am trying your toll free no for the last 1 hour to tell you this. Unable to contact you. very frustrating. You have the the most disgusting & lousiest customer service toll free no. I m using your dish tv for the last 10 years. Unfortunately, I have already taken 1 more year subscription. What you are doing is day light robbery. If we have to contact your customer service, then be prepared to waste atleast 1 hour. Kindly do the needful.
