      Hi We have shifted our house from Banashankari to Kengeri in Bangalore. We have requested for shifting of our Reliance big TV and also paid Rs.350/- immediately. Customer service people said within 48hrs they will come and install the Reliance big TV connection. We have registered the complaint on 12/12/2015 but till now no one responded us. It's a shame on Reliance for giving such a bad service.

        I have been asked to re-charge with an amount of Rs.2586/- towards One Year period TV Channels under Bronze Sports Pack which covers some Telugu Channels. As per the specified amount I have remitted through my Credit Card on 13/12/2015 16:59:03. Now I noticed that certain Telugu channels are blocked without any information. When I called up Customer Careless No.[protected] one Mr.Bramha Naidu informs me that I should pay another Rs.33/- for Activation. Why? When I am given an amount to pay was paid. Had they given me this Activation charges, I would have certainly paid.I am made wait eternally over the phone to speak to a Supervisor only to make fool of the cutomers. Company should note that several Competetors are pouncing upon us at cheaper subscription.Now unless I recharge with Rs.33/- I shall be deprived of the services of Telugu channels and No one is ready to Re-Charge for Rs.40/-. Now what is the solution? I warn all the Reliance subscribers to be cautious to avail this Company Services in future.

          Request you to do the below mentioned checks to resolve the poor signal issue:

          1. If it is raining or cloudy in your area, try to change the channels and try, as this is a temporary phenomenon (only 10-15 minutes) across all the DTH operators during monsoon season. The issue will automatically get resolved once the intensity of rain/clouds is minimized.
          2. If the issue still persists kindly check, if channel number 550 or any TS3 channels (channel list attached) are visible.
          3. Confirm if the “IF” cable (black colour cable which comes from Dish and connects to back side of the Set Top Box) is properly connected and is not damaged.
          4. If no damage is found in the cable, perform "Power Cycle" (Switch off the Set Top Box from the main power supply and Switch it on).
          5. Finally confirm if the Dish is misaligned / has been relocated.

          This issue occurs because of a slight dish misalignment which would require a technician visit.

          After warranty period, service charge of Rs.175/- is applicable on registration of the service request, which will be levied even if the issue is auto-resolved or does not require a technician visit for any reason. If any part/ equipment is replaced or repaired then applicable charges will be levied.

            I had a smart card no[protected] and got it charged on[protected] with on line payment of Rs. 1693/ for 8months Bronze Non south pack .it was done after confirming from customer care executive who told me to pay the amount .accordingly i paid on[protected] itself. Itried to contact at customer care number but could not get any response.although services were restored on[protected] night i contacted c. c. executive on[protected] and asked him to confirm whether my plan for Bronze pack for 8 months has been started . He told me that your old plan is being continued .Itold him that yeserday i have dicussed the matter with customer care executive who has asked me to pay money. which i paid therefore why the old pack shuld continue.Mr Suman told me that what i tell you do it you deposit more money than call again.itold him to change my pla for which i have paid Rs1693 !e Bronze pack for 8 m0nths.He refused to do so than i asked him to connect the line with hire official .he did not do that also.and told me you cando anythig and also thretened .When i call from my mob no no body responds even the call is transferd to customer care .this is mischief done by mr. suman cc executive.I therefore request to take necessary action against such customer care exe. who harass and misbehave with the customers .Action to Activtivate Bronze pack for 8 months be done as i have paid Rs 1693 on[protected] vid transaction ref.no 97451690.

                  Hi, This is to inform you that from12:00Pm to 12:35 Pm thrice i have called to customer care, and spoken to csr, where all those csr has not given proper response. My query : On 23rd Nov i have recharge Rs 500 and on 9th Nov 15, rs 100 i want to known my transaction detail till date as per DBR . and want to update My account. CSr 1 : He has taken a time to check detail, and after without giving info, he has transfer the call to Ed, Where Ed agent headphone was on mute and where i was able to hear him but hi not and after that he disconnected the call CSR2: again second call, agent was rude on call, she said you have 292 rs in your account and not ready to give complete transaction detail info again call disconnected from csr. CSR3: again immediately i have called, laxmi has told that application is down, i told t transfer the call to respected TL, who can take the call on your desk, if call is not transferring, i want to talk to him about call transfering issue . but not done she was quite on call and after some time call transfer but again no one are receiving call .                     I have paid annual subscription fee for south indian value pack. All of the sudden, on 12/06/2015 some of the channels in SUN Network telugu(Gemini TV, Gemini Comedy, Gemini Movies), ETV Telugu, ETV news, Maa TV, Maa Movies, Maa gold are not coming. Upon calling customer care, they said to recharge 28/- for English channels and then the channels will be resumed. I paid in half an hour but for 3 days the pack has not been activated. I called almost 20 times in 2 days to customer care ad nobody responded properly and some fellows say - we redirect to senior representative and the call will be silent. I waited for more than half an hour for the response. I am totally sick of their service. Reliance has such a bad representatives and least bothered to customers.

                      Smart Card Id:[protected] On 21-Nov-2015, I lodged a complaint with reliance TV that I am not able to view channels and getting error 400 ( Signal lost ). And the most of the time we were not able to see the channels. Then different untrained technicians visited several times without proper tools ( Example: without the instrument for measuring the signal strength ) and after several requests ( SR numbers are given below), they changed the LNB and the set top box. They charged me for all theses things.                         On 28/11/2015 morning, I contacted the Big TV customer service[protected] to register compliant regarding my broken Big TV remote control. They assured to send a service personal with a new remote control within 48 hours and told they will reduce Rs.250/- from my account as service charge for the whole episode including the complaint registration. Nobody appeared in my home till 02/12/2015 evening, and I called them again.

                        To my surprise the service personal told that the complaint is resolved and Rs.175/- is deducted from my account as complaint registration. When told I didn't receive my remote till now, the service personal told quite casually he will raise another complaint !! When asked about the 'new' set of procedures to follow, he added these... I may have to wait for another 3 days to get the previous registration refunded and raise a new request for remote control.

                        Do these Big TV management customers have the luxury and time to play around your Customer Care service, and how you took up my issue without any shame or expressing apology and again asking me for registering another complaint ?? Do you think this is the right way of handling a customer complaint ?

                        I would like to my case resolved if there is anyone responsible in the department to handle customer complaints.

                          Hi, Would like to know, if set up box is not working will TV shows Poor signal? My account number is[protected], I gave complaint on 27th Nov, when I gave complaint 15 to 20 channels were coming in my channel. After engineer visited he removed booster tried other booster and again he replaced booster without checking signal strength and he came down and said I think setup is damaged, give 2000/- I will make it repair as there is not stock. Is set up box damaged before he was visited I can able to see 15 to 20 channels is it possible? if HD setup box not working will I get Poor signal in TV?                               You feel, why I bought TV, why I born as human.

                              If you cal reliance customer care, you feel why I am alive, their IVR gives you am I in digital India?

                              IVR says, to continue in English press 1, if you press 1 and after some options then it direct to executive and who doesn't know English.

                              They knows only Kannada, when I ask transfer who knows English then she is saying no option.

                              Interesting part is I am trying from past 3 days, 6 times ...6 times it connected to same lady, I am having doubt how many customer executives are working in Reliance Digital tv customer care.

                              My issue is there from past 12 days, still it is not resolved.

                              Please help some one how to file a case in consumer forum.

                              I want to get back my one years subscription, I am lost hope on their services.

                              Ambani's wants to build their bungalows with our money and now they are not at all worrying as corporate favor government ruling, once again proving cheaters can live as VIP in India.

                              In Reliance website also, no option to give complaint.

                                My account number is[protected], I gave complaint on 27th Nov, 2015 saying my dth connection showing error 400 and I got message after some hours saying, your issue resolved and charges are deduction 175 + service tax but no service engineer visited my place and problem not solved. Again same day I gave complaint saying no service engineer visited, problem not solved but you deducted service charges, then the customer care executive said raising another complaint, this time no charges are required, this service engineer came but he didn't say any thing, still problem not resolved and again they charged service charges 175 + service tax, now I am seeing first time installation and signal quality poor. Now reliance people suspended my account saying negative balance and I recharged for 1 year and still I am having 8 months time, from past 10 days, DTH is not working and without solving issue they charged service charges twice. When I call customer care, she said I know only kannada, call once again. Let me know, how to proceed legally

                                Till now, I have not received any call, still people are not responding.

                                Because of one year subscription unable to disconnect your services, otherwise I was not worried to remove your services as it is not yet resolved.

                                No service engineer is assigned to resolve issue, if the setup box is not working ready to take new HD setup box.

                                If you can refund for remaining months, I will move out of your services.

                                Please let me know, how to cancel the connection and how to get refund for remaining months.

                                  On 12th Nov 2015 I have raised a complaint with the Reliance digital big tv customer care service ([protected])stating that I am facing difficulties with the set top box connection (error 404) and asked them to send a technician. The reply they gave was technician will reach in another 48hrs. I waited a week on 20th Nov 2015 I had a call from one of their technician at 6pm to check if I was home. As I was on office I asked him to come half an hour later his reply was I don't have time I will come tommorow at 8am in morning I even agreed to that even then he didn't turn up the next day and when I tried calling him back he was not attending my call. I again called up the customer service toll free number and report the incident they replied saying that please wait we will surely take action on the technician and your problem will be resolved within 24hrs. It's been three weeks since I lodged a complaint regarding the issue and yet I have a resolution or a proper response. I even had talks with the supervisors of the call center even they were not able to give a clear solution and finally yesterday I spoke to Mr.Shiva floor supervisor of the customer care center of reliance big tv at mount road to suspend the connection and he asked me to file a case in court if I can't be patient for another 48hrs. No humanity shown . Reliance Big tv service personnel says due to local cable operators threat they are unable to service our area If so why they connect BIG TV CABLE sevice?                                       Hello,

                                      I shifted to New home and raised request #[protected] on 21st November-2015 with Reliance Customer Care to shift my Digital TV to new address.

                                      Nobody turned up for 2 days and later I started folloing up with them. Till now (as of 27th November) I have called them 20+ times and still they are telling that technical executive will be arranged soon.

                                      The height of worst service is, whenever I asked them to transfer the call to senior person or lead for the escalation, they disconnected my call.

                                      I am asking them to give me TAT for the request to get completed and they have no answer.

                                        This is to inform you all that reliance media is keep calling me but not getting proper response from them, as per my last telephonic conversation they have told me to recharge for 1 year they will give 14% discount which they giving to all customer those who recharge for long term, But they didn't talking about high charges which they have deducted for that they saying that i need to check the detail it means without checking details they calling customer and just asking query and doing their formelty and simply saying your issue has resolve.
