Reliance Bigtv — sun tv network channels are not coming | |||
Worst customer care i have ever seen. No response. I raised service request. That guy is telling he is ready to install sun direct and confirming that here after big tv will not provide any sun channels. I refused him. So without responding he simply disconnected since i refused sun direct connection. Atleast reliance should intimate customer when we will get sun channels. If not we will switch over. No meaning in waiting unnecessary. I am not able to raise another service request because existing request not closed. None of the customers knows what to do. If this continues, customer have no other options other than switching to different network. My smart card number: Was this information helpful? | |||

Six months back i have taken the new connection for 24 months validity paying Rs 4600/- Now there is non activity of sun network channels for the past 10 Days. The Reliance Big TV has to educate the customers that why the connection is not available and when it will be resumed.
If not let them announce the Refund to the customers. we will switch over to other network.

Lets all the customers will jointly sue the Reliance Big TV for the Refund even if it one Rupee recharge also.

Hi, I am an existing reliance BIG TV customer since 2000. When the news broke out that they were going in for a closure, we were ready to shift to TATA Sky as per the suggestion. The call was even place and we got the smart card number too. But when the message came that BIG TV was not shutting down and that all the channels were to be restored soon, we (being the local customers) decided to stay back. Fast forward to today- no restored channels, waste of money as the additional pack channels are deleted from the list and even worse, the customer care number is switched off. Damn worse attitude towards their customers and those who were with them from the start of their tenure... Definitely switching, once the balance is finished off the smart card. Really really a nightmare experience

As a service provider they have to intimate to customer why sun network channels are not telecasting and when the issue is resolved but just they ignored customer service.Now I'm switching to other network like Tata Sky
