Sir, I tried so many times to connect with the customer care but could not. Unrequired/Unrequested VAS services charges deducted from my main balance (INR12) Extra charges deducted from my Main balance in favour of internet usage of (INR 50) however I was having the internet data pack with remaining data. I set the mobile data limit every time on the day I activate it. On the day my balance was deducted, I was having remaining internet balance. Please refer the attached screen shots here for each issue. Yesterday I activated the internet data plan and it was activated after six hours by so much efforts made.     My Internet is not working from the past 5 days. Whenever I call the customer care they say that your status is in resolving state. Customer Care people change the complaint number each time I call them and the next time I call them they say that we have received a complaint yesterday. They are not even interested in telling what exactly the issue is w.r.t the adsl blinking state.

      here i would like to compnlaint against reliance communication, i am using Reliance GSM, Tower range is very low, when i m in call its automatically disconnect. in the mid of the bazaar tower range is not good. and main major issue whenever power cut Tower is not working. i had checked with Reliance distributor in srivilliputtur, they told its battery problem we had already informed. even myself also send a mail to a person. But didnt get any reply. Kindly need to resolve this issue.

          Hi there, I have request to disconnect my broadband Internet on October 2014 because of we have start working in office on monthly rental but we force to stop that work and I request to [protected]@relianceada.com to disconnect my Internet but they didn't call me for disconnect last few months ago they called me and said pay the money or we will legally proceed on you. After that I again request to disconnect the Internet at that time still they didn't disconnect my Internet and now I every day get message to pay the bill or they will do legal action on me. I have all the proof that I have many time try to disconnect but they didn't do any action on that.

          With this reference no and this message i got auto generated mail and after that I don't get any phone calls or email from Reliance which they had promised. I have used also many other company's broadband they usually call back when we mail them for disconnection and I also called many time to reliance customer care service but things didn't work out for me.

              Dear concern, I am costumer of reliance broadband since 1.5 years.my broadband connection is not connecting properly since November. 2014 (like 20 days in a month) and sir last month I have paid 700 rupees in advance by mistake so I have called costumer care so they said yes sir you have deposited extra money it will be adjust in next month bill and this month my Internet connection was totally shutdown because they have connectivity problem.now they mail a bill of march even I didn't used it and bill also not adjusted. I have paid the bill before 5 days because I have urgent requirement of connection now I have anther bill of 800 rupees Respected sir I didn't use the Internet more than 10 days and I have paid more than 2000/-rupees to reliance broadband Please help me sir if there is any low in this country Regards Amit k jain [protected]

                I am a subscriber of wire line phone of Reliance connection being Phone No.[protected]. The said phone is OUT of ORDER since october 011. Inspite of several complaints being lodged no steps is taken to get the connection in order and / or operative. Though I was unable to use the said number / connection but I have to pay for the same without availing the facility of the same. I had also subscribed a wire line internet connection having I.D.[protected] which also not functioning since APRIL 2012. Thereafter I Immediately sent a mail to the Reliance Customer Care on 2012. Though the said mail was replied on 2012 at 8.14 a.m. intimating to me that your request has been forwarded to the Broadband department to solve the issue and that one of their executive will respond soon but no one turned up and as such I duly intimated the customer care by return mail dated 2012 but after receiving such mail from me the customer care again repeated their earlier stand and intimated that one of their executive will respond shortly but as usual no one turned up to resolve the problem and till date both the connections are lying inoperative. thereafter on several occasions I received threatening calls for non payment of false bills. All of a sudden on 2012 at around 3.15 p.m. I received a call from Mobile No. [protected] a lady claiming to be calling from one Delhi Legal Department on behalf of Reliance Communications and threatening me that legal actions are being taken against you for non-payment of Reliance Telephone Bill. The lady not only used filthy languages, she also threatened me with dire consequences. After that still my telephone is inoperative and internet connection too. Thereafter on several occasions one of the legal person on behalf of Reliance communication (as per their submissions) again called me up and threatened me to pay the false payment. Thereafter one day a guy came from Reliance Communication and asked me for payment, than i had asked from him to show me the Statement of Account in this regard, which shows the network charges from location to location including time. That guy on behalf of Reliance Communications showed me on chart, that chart itself shows that the some sessions, times, locations and units are similar. When i asked from him that why the unit, sessions and locations are similar and also added the amount timely for some units, for that he don't gave any reply, only said that my senior will communicate with you as early as possible. But still as yet no person will come with any proper explanation. On 1st April, 2015 again one lady namely "Neha Sharma being phone No. [protected] at 14 hrs. called me up and said that she is calling from Consumer Forum, Delhi on behalf of Reliance Communications and threatened me with dire consequences, after one minute she again called me up and said that she is calling from Reliance Legal Department and she again threatened me and also used some filthy languages. The Reliance Communications says that "Customer's satisfaction is our highest priority and protection of interest" but here there is no customer's priority and protection, only they are very much interested to harash peoples to generate false bills and also to threat over the telephone with their representatives. I am requesting you to do some needful work in this regard and also take some serious action against them. Thanking you

                  We had taken connection of 3g Mobile Broadband No.[protected].. We had made payment all dues vide receipt no.653577 dated 08/09/2014 and requested to close the connection..(COPY OF RECEIPT HAS ATTACHED HERE WITH).. Inspite of above we have got the call from Delhi Mob. No. [protected] regarding non payment of above dues and threatening us to lodge a case against us and make a rudely behaviour to us and not listen anything from us regarding the payment which we had made and also said that "we are giving notice to you regarding non payment and than you give reply through your advocate".. After getting call from delhi we confirm our payment from Reliance Communication Ltd. Mob. No [protected] and got clear that our payment has already been made and there is no due from us..He said that "our records has not been updated".. THIS IS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO UPDATE THE COMPANY RECORDS... Kindly give attenetion to this matter and communicate to us... SORRY but we are not satisfied with your services & COMMUNICATION STYLE of your Staff ... FROM MDN NO.[protected]

                      I have been a reliance user for 12 years. But I gotta say I am very disappointed. My balance has been deducted for I don't know how long. I kept asking my son to recharge. But when I realized Rs 25-30 are being deducted everyday for no reason, I called customer care thrice. They keep saying money won't be deducted again but it does. Now I have Rs 2 balance and planning to throw away this SIM card and get some other network. I am feeling cheated and frustrated. :/

                        I DID RECHARGE OF 282 RS FOR 90 DAYS INTERNET PLAN ON 24 JAN 2015. IT WORKED TILL 31JAN 2015 AND SINCE THEN I AM UNABLE TO ACCESS INTERNET. I MADE APPROXIMATELY 10 COMPLAINTS IN RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE BUT ALL IN VAIN. MY PROBLEM IS UNRESOLVED. I CAN NOT USE MY INTERNET FROM MORE THAN 60 DAYS. THE LIMIT OF 90 DAYS IN PACK IS GOING TO BE FINISHED. MY FULL INTERNET PACK WILL BE OF NO USE TO ME. THE COMPLAINT NO. THAT I REGISTRED WITH RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE ARE[protected],[protected],[protected]. THESE ARE SOME OF THE COMPLAINT THAT I REGISTERDD IN RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY ARE NEITHER SOLVING TECHNICAL PROBLEM IN MY INTERNET NOR REFUNDING MY MONEY. PLEASE DO SOMETHING.                           My datacard number is [protected], I have been calling Reliance Customer Care since Feb 2015 requesting them to deactivate the above number, but till date no action is taken to deactivate. They in turn are calling me and asking me to clear the payments. Please deactivate my connection immediately. I have called up the customer care number [protected] many times - they just say my issue would sorted out in a day or two - but it is more than a month now - it still not working. Reliance customer care keep checking the system and simply say that there is no error in billing and that I should pay up the money. They have not resolved my complaint and are just not answering my questions. I requested them to check my usage history but all they have to say is that I need to pay up for the extra usage. I will not pay any amount when it is not my fault. I am totally dissatisfied with the connection. There is no co-ordination between them. The issues are not properly mentioned in the request id that we create. I guess this is just your strategy to get more and more amount from people by fooling them and wasting time. I am so upset with this service that i have decided i am not going to use any product or service of Reliance henceforth. Is this the way they are providing service to the customer, if they fail to take action against my compliant I may go legally for cheating people.

                            Dear Sir, My data card Number is [protected] and its broad services is not activated from 24 march even i do not know the reason why it is deactivated by reliance communication. i called so many time a day to customer care the only reply wait for 48 hours and i have been waiting for last 7 days. they guys only send a reminder and say wait. whenever i say please transfer call to senior they disconnect the call and tell me to drop a mail. i m stuck from last 7 day i m living in Jaipur and i m professional and i have so many work i have no time to call daily to customer care. its a per paid connection i paid before i use it then why i suffer. the worst services i have ever used. because of your services people used some other networks its reality. you only need money in the name of services you have nothing. i want my data card in broadband activation mode in one day with 7 days data balance. otherwise i want my money back. After a long try on customer care no. 198 and *333, I did not make a contact with your customer care representative. For your kind information, I would like to confirm you that I have not subscribed any service on my mobile. If there is any service has been subscribed on my mobile number [protected] i.e from your side. Please stop that service immediately and refund my wrongly deducted balance. I hope you must confirm me about stopping the service and refund of wrongly deducted balance on my mobile number. You should try to understand that due to these wrong deduction of my balance by you causing loss of time and money in communicating with you regarding this issues.                                 Respected Sir, Myself Debraj Mondal, residing Kaikhali Chiriamore, 28 no. Lane, Kolkata- 700052, West Bengal, India. I was using [protected] number under Reliance GSM prepaid service. The number has been terminated on 28/03/2015 at about 4pm to 4:30pm without any information or notice. I have been visiting Reliance Store since last Saturday(28/03/2015) repeatedly for activating my number with every valid documents which I have, but nobody could help me. The Reliance Store employee asked me to make my number as postpaid to reactivate my number. I was then agree with him and submitted required documents and security moneys as well on 29/03/2015. But they said that they can not reactivate my number and return all my moneys and documents and suggest me to write you about my problem. I was ported my [protected] Vodafone number to Reliance GSM, and I after using your postpaid service for 2 years I shifted to my number to your Reliance GSM prepaid service, and after using the prepaid service for about 5 months, this sad incident happens. I am a handicapped person and run a small business, every clients of my business knows me by this number, they know me by this number more than my name. I am using [protected] number since 10 years and this number is linked with my LPG connection, Banks, Aadhar. This mobile number is my identity. Why did your company terminate my number and make me helpless without any reason or notice? Please sir if you reactivate my number, It will be very very helpful to me I pardon you to please reactivate my number sir. Without my [protected] number I am in great trouble. I hope that you will definitely help me regarding this matter. Thanks in advance.

                                  I'm Avinash, my prepaid num is [protected] and the probem I'm facing is continous bal deduction. From 13/03/20..As I met with an accident on 15th March. So unable to notice the change. But from 22nd March, Daily I have to call 198 for bal issue.

                                        we have informed the company long back around 5 months ago that we lost the data card and spoke to the costumer care executive about permanently decarding the facility and disconnect it fro ever. bt they have not done yet and since then they have been mailing us and calling us every now and then for doing the payments for ever month. we are really upset and highly annoyed by this kind of disturbance if after informing about our loss.
