Dear Sir / Madam,
I, Kusum Tiwari w/o Arvind Kumar Tiwari r / o Meerut, want to inform you that recently my husband came into a loan scheme, which was described to him by two of your company representative named Ms. Komal Verma and Mr. Sanjay Awasthy (as told by them) and their telephone numbers were [protected] and [protected].
They told my husband about a loan scheme which your company (Reliance) provides against insurance policies (which should be either purchased from HDFC or from Bharti Axa or Future Generali). Since my husband is a senior citizen therefore Mr. Sanjay Awasthy suggested him that he should first get insurance policy (HDFC Life Classic Assure Plus Policy) in name of spouse with a premium of One Lakh per year. He explained that after getting the policy bond the Reliance Company will send an agreement paper. We had to send back the agreement bond duly signed with the policy paper and immediately after that loan amount of Rs. Twenty Lakhs will be transferred into our joint bank account. After receiving the loan we will have to purchase one another insurance policy with a premium of One Lakh per year, so that two insurance policies could be mortgaged together against the loan amount.
But after the first policy has been done, one another representative of Reliance Mr. Amit Chaudhary( as told by him, a SRM) called us informing that due to RBI there is a problem in sanctioning the loan. But it can be done if we go further for another policy. Firstly, my husband refused but since we were badly needing a loan of Twenty Lakhs, he agreed to go for such lucrative loan scheme and that’s too having trust in the name of reputed company Reliance.
Since we were in the half way, so we had to go further for making another policy. This time from Bharti Axa. But as soon we got our second policy done, neither any agreement paper came nor any loan was sanctioned. When I reminded / requested them repeatedly for the same they kept on promising only that things will be done today or tomorrow. Meanwhile several calls from different numbers came for many verifications, like policy confirmation, third party verification, account verification etc.
One fine morning Mr. Amit Chaudhary (phone numbers---[protected], [protected], +[protected] and [protected]) called upon my husband and told that if I give a reference and if that person also goes for the same loan procedures your loan will be transferred to your account immediately. I was in a big mesh. But finding no way to get out of this situation gave my relative’s number. My relative also bought a policy from Bhart Axa . But as my relative bought the insurance policy, they stopped picking up the phones. Not only my phone but of my relative’s too. Not only this they changed most of their landline numbers. And if sometimes they picked up their “on” mobile numbers or one or two existing land line numbers, they did not answer us properly. Either they were in meeting or sick or out of station.
Finally, we have decided to go for registering a complaint against them as well as a FIR for Fraud and Defamation (in reference to my relative’s annoyance I have all the recording clips as proof. But before going into court I want to request you to please take strict action against such frauds from your own end.

M/S VISHAVKARMA ELECTRONICS (INDIA) was disbursed a lOAN Amount Of Rs. 1742029/- vide loan agreement no.RLSLDEL[protected] towards customer ID NO. 1076167 . Against which we had deposited the security deposited of Rs.435507/-bearing [protected]@8%p.a.
With reference to abovegiven loan details it is submitted that this loan was granted for 48 months, and as on 16.09.2017 principal outstanding was Rs.274737.40/.only As on 22.09.2017 we requested the branch manager to adjust the amount of balance 6 installments against security deposited and accrued interest thereon lying with them.
For this purpose our authorised person visited the BRANCH OFFICE AT ISHWAR NAGAR NEW FRIENDS COLONY NEW DELHI ON 22.09.17. With a request letter about foreclosure of loan . Matter was discussed with Ms. Pooja .In this letter it was specifically mentioned that balance outstanding loan amount should be adjusted against SECURITY DEPOSIT AND INTEREST THEREON.That time she told that prop. of this co. is required to come personally for foreclosure of this loan account.She did not told us that if we do foreclose the loan we will not get the interest on security deposited by us.
After that nobody visited the Reliance office and we did not get any mail or letter from their office.
And mr. gurmeet singh kalsi received a payment of Rs.1, 57, 140.28/-in bank account with SBI.(only security deposited amount of Rs.2, 78, 402/-was adjusted whereas interest on securiy deposit was not credited in ur account)

GRIVENCE. is that your official person Ms Pooja should inform us that if we do foreclose the loan than we will not be entitled for any interest on securitydeposited with them .If she could have informed us that time, We might have droped the idea for foreclosure of loan.It is a direct loss to in lacs to us.Your is abig corporate finance company, This type of dealing may hurt your business in future.

A request letter was also given to office at (260-261, Ishwar Nagar, new friends colony west New Delhi, 110065) on 28.09.2017 but did not receive any response.
So it is our humble request to give us the interest amount on security deposit otherwise forcebally this matter will go in litigation, Which is not good for a corporate office.

Please revert regarding this matter on urgent basis, do the needful & oblige.

Dear sir/madam,
I purchased 49 equity shares of coal india through reliance capital in 2008 and the agent who opened my account told me that it is totally a free account. Uptill dec.2017 i did no business through this account and on 20th dec.2017, i requested to dispose of my holdings and the amount may be paid out to me, to my surprise an amount of about rs 3700/- was shown as deducted from the sale proceeds for which i was never intimated by the company further more, despite repeated requests i have not received the amount of sale proceeds of 49 coal india equity shares till today though all the requisite have been submitted to the front office of company

My name is vittaladas bhat. I have taken home loan from reliance home finance in 2008. My home loan account no. Is rlhlban[protected].
I have been sending the constant communication to reliance home finance regarding the higher interest (11.25%) charged by them.

Even when the most of the banks and financial institutions are charging less than 9.5% now, reliance home finance charges higher interest rate of 11.25%. This has been the trend from reliance home finance.

Reliance home finance gives lesser percentage initially to the consumer to transfer the home loan from other banks / financial institutions and later increase the interest rate constantly without communication. This has been the regular practice of reliance home finance. For increase in interest rate, no one consult with us and talk rules when it comes to reduction of interest rate, the company expects us to come to the office and give the request and pay the charges. Is not unethical?

Since the loan is taken under floating rate of interest, the increase / decrease in rate has to happen automatically. But it is just one sided where only increase is happening automatically.

As floating interest rate, the increase and reduction has to happen automatically and not when the consumer asks for reduction.

How can i take up this issue? I can share all the communications from the beginning since 2008

I m pravin from solapur, i have received calls from no.[protected]. They said we r calling from reliance capital & we provide loan against insurance policy without interest means 0% interest. I m confused how can they provide loan against policy without interest. They convince me very well. One time they call me & said that u have to give cheque payment not cash. I try to avoid their calls. But they call me again & again. That time i definitely think they have to cheat with us. One time they call me & said that r u ready to invest in policy in cash amount, that time i clearly seen about their cheating & i say them first i verify ur cheif office, manager, management with my open eyes & then i will think about it. After that no call comes regularly. Then i become sure they r frouds. Please don't believe emediatly & try to avoid that type of calls. But i think whenever there, against frouds, strict laws r not becomes there is no change to see likes that type of attack for cheat anyone. So be careful friends...

My reliance no. Is [protected]. I want to port it to another network but whenever i am sending port message to 1900 i am getting reply from 1901 insufficient balance though i have balance. Even customer care is also not connecting. And moreover in reliance store also they are not giving proper answer. Day by day their service is becoming worst now if i want to port then they are not letting us to change the network also. Please help.

I hemant singh recently come into a loan scheme under your company which was described to me by your two company workers named rishi and rahul (As told by him) having mobile numbers ([protected],[protected],[protected], [protected]).

They told me about a scheme according to which your company provides loan against a policy (In my case it was hdfc life insurance classic assure). Firstly i reused but as i needed money for a new business i became ready after knowing about the policy.

After some days when the policy has been done, they told me that due to gst there is a problem in making loan to you but it can be done if you go further for another policy.

I did not not understand the problem and i reused, but the keep calling me again and again and told me about the trust on reliance capital as well as on them.

Certainly as i was under because of one policy i had to make a decision that i should go further or not, but under these circumstances i go further
And make another deal for new policy.

But as soon as the policy done, no paper came to me as well as no loan sanctioned.

During this time i called them many time but they did not answer me. Sometimes they were in meeting, sometimes on holiday, i also asked them on whatsapp but no success.

Finally i decide to go for register a complaint against them as well as an fir for fraud.

I have all recording clips of them as well as all documents for verification.

But fir i will decide after your action if needed.
Please take necessary action so that i can take another step to stop these type of frauds

I received a call from an executive introduced himself from reliance capital. they have offered loan on 0% interest repayable in 10 years . He also offered for a insurance policy to purchase prior to provide the loan.
Is it authenticate. Any loan available on 0% interest or it is fraudulent offer . The call was received from Mob no. [protected].
Request to check such type of fraudulent call to misled people to defame your company, if it is not from your company.

Hi all,

I came here after reading many complains. So my conclusion is that the biggest pathetic thing is that our government can not take the action after lot of complaints.
Even i am getting some fraud calls.
Here is the number +[protected] on 18 august 2017 morning. But there is no benefit to register the complain here because they fraud guys (Calls) are still active and our govt is sleeping.
So guys you can understand that what action our govt can take that is nothing!!!

So please beware yourself and do not trust on any one including our government.

I am p. Venkateswara rao, worked has a dealer in trading puppets a franchise of reliance securities. I have resigned for that company and joined in sbicapsec on 20th july, 17. I am requesting reliance securities to deregister my nism series viii equity derivatives from their terminal[protected] from 20th july, 17. But they are not releasing my nism certificate, having nism regid:[protected] pancard no:-cbppp6876h. I need to submit the certificate to my new employer sbicap securities to activate terminal on my userid.

Please consider my request and deregister my nism certificate from my previous company terminal.

Hello,

I bought some mf in reliance top 200 fund - direct plan online, i came to know that reliance capital has charged some 30 paisa extra per each nav allotted than what they have published on their website.

On website they have nav price listed, but in nav detail they are having 20 to 30paisa margin in selling and buying (Making it 60 paisa in total for your byuing and selling of their mf). I have compared it with other mfs and they do not have such practice. Why reliance capital is cheating their customers? This should be made transparent and should be removed. I think for reliance capital the statement "read the offer document carefully before investing" is very well justified.

Kindly look in to this and explain this cheat and fraud business practice.

I got call saying purchase new policy money back guarantee of reliance nippon life insurance of 50000/year for 15year term against this policy i'll get loan of 5lakhs will interest as for 10 years will be paying premium of 50k yearly for money back guarantee and in all this benefit to reliance capital will be that policy claims after term will be in favour to capital not me is this thing's really work
Reliance capital do give loan against policy which is freshly issued and 5lakh loan would be interest free???

I have received a call from ms heena gupta who claims to work in reliance capital offered me a interest free loan of rs 12 lac and aginst that they have asked me to take insurance policies from various company ms heena gupta contact number [protected] and mr ajay dixit contact number [protected] had cheated me and advise me to invest in the life insurance policies from hdfc life, exide life, star health and future generali life ins.co. And told me that to submit the original copies. I have taken these policies basis their commitment but now these people are not taking my call and switched off their set mobile. Kindly arrange to take actions for cheating me. Now i can't free loop these policies. I have some audio recordings which can prove that they have given me wrong commitment. I have asked them to give their id proof that they are working in reliance capital but they could not provide. Since they have given the assurance that like jio they are making the customer for their future bank customer. Kindly help me to get this resolved.

My name is reshman muneer ahmed. I had taken a car loan from reliance capital in 2013. My car is registered under friendz tours and travels. Car number mh04 gd 559.

The term for loan was 48 emi's and i had paid 44 emi's. I am an orphan and a sole earner in my house. Due to some financial crises and loss of job i happen to miss 4 of my emi's. The term for my loan has completed on this june 2017. And i still have 4 emi's to go. I had spoken to the collection agent and requested him to take 10000 per month for my car as i am willing to pay. But just need some extension of time.

He has threatened me to get an arrest warrant issued and get my car repossessed. Or else do whatever and get his money in one time payment. I am not that much financially strong but i had paid my 44 emi's and i am willing to pay more 4 as per month 10000.

He is not willing to give my any alternate way or plans of repayment. And asking me to go behind the bars and surrender the car.

This car is my hard earned money and i had paid more than 3 lakhs and just for 4 emi's i don't want to let go on my car. All i am asking for a monthly payment plan just for 4 months. Or an extension for my loan.

Hi i am raja mohammed from madurai. I have applied for a home loan with reliance capital madurai branch, as all the documents from my side is cleared. The processing fee. Is deducted from my account on 14.5.2017 with loan id: 905373. Till now i didn't get my loan. When i call them the executive says i will call u back as the judgement is pending on land registration and the company has stopped all the process till the judgement. Then the judgement came by 12.6.2017. Again when i contacted him he said the same. Soon i visited the sales executive at his office at madurai on 14.6.2017. He said all the process are over you can get your sanction letter today and me too waited till 7pm, he said we have sent your application for technical approval we didn't get approval from them so come tomorrow. Again i went next day n waited whole day n he replied me the same. Again i went on 17.6.2017, he made me to wait till 8 pm and replied the same. On 19.6.2017, i made a complaint regarding this matter to customer care, they connected me to the executive and he said all the process are over and he will sanction the loan within tonight. When i went to the office by 4pm he said, still we didn't get approval from the technical team come by tomorrow 11.30 am and i will make you to avail the loan. I am very much disappointed with the service over here in reliance. Do the needed for me asap.
