[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — 3G connectivity issue in my post paid number ([protected])

Dear Reliance, With utmost grief and after lot of frustation I would like to say "IT WAS MY BIGGEST MISTAKE TO PORT MY NUMBER FROM VODAFONE TO RELIANCE". I would like to say following points. a. I got my number ported from "RELATION SALES CORPORATION" by 1000 Rs security deposit.They quoted that on 899 Rs you will get unlimited calling(STD, local). I have the postpaid reckoner provided by them and send you the copy too. It really says that.Unlimited...A BIG BIG LIE..(Its 6000 mins, not unlimited)...I lodged complaint in reliance customer care(you can check the complaints number mentioned in the end), and after 2 days they say complaints is resolved...Would like to know what action you have taken for the complaint which your customer care doesn't provide.. b. Again a BIG BIG LIE from reliance customer care associate --> Sir 1499 plan provides unlimited calls and unlimited data..So I changed my plan from 899 to 1499..Later discovered that its not unlimited... IS RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE FULL FRAUD?? Lodged complaint against your associate(you can check the complaints number mentioned in the end). Would like to know what resolution you have taken? C. RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE ASSOCIATES ARE IRRESPONSIVE, UNPROFESSIONAL, even UNTRAINED - Even senior customer care executives and floor supervisers disconnect the calls after putting the customer on hold (Mind it sir, its not because of poor network - you can check the complaints number mentioned in the end) or check the call logs on 8th December 2014...Would like to know IS THIS THE WAY TO BEHAVE WITH CUSTOMER?????? TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE SIR... D. Now come to climax of the story - Your 3G Internet is not able to play a video on you tube...3G signals come for 1 minute and then go for 5 minutes...lodged a complaint on 28th November(Complaint number[protected] which says that your complaint will be resolved in next 4 days...Installed atleast 10 times internet settings which your customer care provides..had GPRS settings from your technical department...but nothing worked..Now after 10 days(insted of 4 days) got a message that you complaint is resolved..But the network issue remains the same... And best part is you call to customer care and explain the issue, they transfer the call to their seniors and then sharply disconnect the call(Adding the fuel to customers anger.. I think you guys want to say customer 'DO WHATEVER YOU CAN DO, WE WILL NOT RESOLVE YOUR PROBLEM')..Check the logs on 8th December 2014. HOW PROFESSIONAL IS RELIANCE??? HOW MUCH CAPABLE RELIANCE IS?? IF THIS IS THE ATTITUDE OF RELIANCE, I WILL SUGGEST INSTEAD OF MALIGNING YOUR IMAGE, JUST STOP TELECOM BUSINESS... Would like to ask few questions -- 1. I am the ultimate sufferer...Sir I have daily online meetings and classes...since 29th november, because of reliance I am suffering.. Will you compensate the loss which I have suffered because of reliance??? 2. If you are not able to solve my internet connectivity issue - Provide my security amount(1000 rs) back, stop all services from reliance. Let me port the number to some other network(which is possible after 90 days). I dont want to wait for 90 days.. Complaint numbers[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected].. Sir I dont have time to call again and again to your customer care and talk to unprofessional people..Please take this complaint on high priority, otherwise believe me sir i am not going to pay a single penny of your bill..Come to the court for that... Hi Reliance,

Got a call from your backend team..Again the same settings got repeated.
But the problem still remains - My 3G network is fluctuating(comes for 10 sec and then go for 2 mins).

Do you understand the problem????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Again i called to your 198 customer care on 16th and 17th December but no use ...Its like banging your own head against the wall.

Those of your customer care, disconnect the call after putting the customer on hold for 50 minutes..yes sir 50 minutes on hold while transferring to senior agent...

Enough Reliance...
I dont want your support, i dont need your plans, no internet, no service...
I think you guys are not capable enough...

I am not going to pay the bill which will be generated on 18th december(As i didnt receive services properly).
Come to the court for that...

Request you to suspend your service on my number [protected] and give me the porting code so that i can port my number..
I mean it...dont take it casually...I need my number backkk...

Hi Reliance,

Yes sir, I was not reachable from 20-28th December not only to you but to all persons who were dialing my number.
Because your esteemed reliance network is not available(at the places where vodafone was available, Airtel was available, Aircel was available, Uninor was available, but your great network was not available sir...)

Earlier my trouble was I was not able to use internet as 3G speed keeps on fluctuating, but since last 9 days, I was not able to connect on call also...Missed my office calls, Missed my online meetings, etc..just because of your network...

Now Sir your level of service has crossed all limits...
Now I would like to file a case against your services...I will not let anybody to go like this and play with my time...

Take the necessary action whatever you have to take, I would like to have porting code asap..
Got the point...No problem rectification, no more calls to rectify anyting...Just the porting code...

I had similar experience with Reliance. I had purchased NetConnect dongle couple of years back. It hardly worked at my home. When I called their customer service agent the always made an excuse that some upgradation work is going on my area. I have tried Reliance in several other places (Pune, Chennai etc) but I found that Internet speed is very slow and most often it does not work. This reminds me of days when we have to use telephone lines to connect to Internet and that too for a slow speed.

Reliance is just fooling around with people selling their crappy technology and product to people. I think it is high time people should realized that companies like Reliance cannot fool people with their false promises and deceptive offerings.

Joke of the day Sir, you are not worried about your extremely poor services. Now your associates are calling me regarding the bill of the last month. You are not resolving the problems but you need money first :-)

What is the point of paying the bill??? and for what should i pay?? Why i should pay for the services which have troubled me a lot??
I wont be paying a single penny of your bill..Better i should file a case to provide me the compensation of the loss happened to me because of your services..
