I have recharged my jio number but the recharge was not reflecting. When I complained about it in jio they are saying we didn't recieved the amount but the bank statement shows that the amount was successfully processed.

I have recharged my jio number on 13 Feb 2023 with 2999 plan. The amount was debited successfully but the recharge didn't reflected. I have complaint it in SBI for refund as the amount was not returned . They said the amount is processed to jio. When I mailed jio about this they are saying the we didn't recieved the amount. Plz help

I have got a smartwatch which is not worth of it. it was delivered to me in a bogus box. it did not have any charger and manual. it is also not in working condition. resolve this as early s possible otherwise i will elevate it to the higher authorities

On 01/04/2023 mobile was stolen and lodfraudster.ged complaint with the police.Two sims(airtel jio) were with the mobile. Got airtel sim within hours submitting aadhaar card.But while issuing jio sim, biometric error due digilocker app installed in the stolen mobile..without the sim digilocker cannot me assessed. visited several jio stores and they insist the biometric.Got airtel sim but still jio is not responding. they are not even block the no for the timebeing.If any financial fraud happens, who will be held responsible? While contacting the customercare staff, no proper guidance and treating me as a fraudster.

I have mailed multiple times to RCOM HR / PF Desk for withdrawing my PF Amount. the last reply i got from them a year back is tht" RCOM Trust is transferring the EPF Amount to Government PF. After wards nor reply, Revert and update on the status. Plese Help me withdrawing. I have been receiving numerous spam calls offering loans, sell property, or seeking donations, who could be potential frauds. I have had raised a full DND request six times in a months, however, I still get 4-5 calls everyday on an average. Every time I raise the concern with Jio Care support team, they ask for same phone number that I received call from to analyse and activate the DND. I am not sure, if Reliance communication has a vulnerable consumer privacy system that can be easily compromised, or the spammers are more efficient in the work they do. If for every new call I need to connect back to Jio Care and get the number blocked, I would rather do it using TrueCaller. Sharing the snapshot of the DND requests as well as the call history with spams are highlighted in red.

I just want to complaint against Reliance Communication for non payments of the lease rental of tower since last 5+ years and has not removed tower. How can I get all the payments of previous 5+ years. I am thinking to sale out all the material used in built the tower and also willing to sell the generator to recover my rent. We have to recover approximately 6+ lacs rupees in rent from Reliance Communication.
Lease expired in 2017. I did not want to renew it, so my lawyer sent notices to every possible Reliance Communications locations/offices in 2017 to remove tower.
Rent is unpaid and due since 5+ years
Municipal Tax is unpaid.
Electricity is unpaid.
