I have been receiving numerous spam calls offering loans, sell property, or seeking donations, who could be potential frauds. I have had raised a full DND request six times in a months, however, I still get 4-5 calls everyday on an average. Every time I raise the concern with Jio Care support team, they ask for same phone number that I received call from to analyse and activate the DND. I am not sure, if Reliance communication has a vulnerable consumer privacy system that can be easily compromised, or the spammers are more efficient in the work they do. If for every new call I need to connect back to Jio Care and get the number blocked, I would rather do it using TrueCaller. Sharing the snapshot of the DND requests as well as the call history with spams are highlighted in red.
