Hello, The Reliance Smart Store on the Mahanadda road Jabalpur, is right next to my society/residential colony which has around 35 residences. This complaint is on behalf on the entire Sukh Sagar Complex that the parking and back entrance is right next to our houses which has 24*7 disturbance of people, staff chit-chatting, trolley noises and overnight loading unloading of products at midnight due to which we are unable to spend our time peacefully. Children are unable to study and elders are unable to sleep especially during this Covid times. We are tolerating this since many years but now its really difficult as its increasing day by day. I kindly request you the ask them to keep there volume low or change the area of parking and maintain proper cleanliness especially the surrounding drains which are highly pollutant because of the people accessing the store.

Please help with urgent PF withdrawal

I'm complaining about weak network connection in my village.in my village very tough to get network signal, we are climbing hills, trees to get network connection. Some times we are getting the signal outside of our homes that only 2g signals even that also not connecting properly, voice breaking, signal drops like this we are facing so much problem. If some one gone to hospital to neighbor city its very critical to get his status. So please its my humble request on behalf of my village members, please install the network in my village. Whatever support you required we will provide you. We want network installation.

Sub: Removal of Mobile Tower In Midst Of Residential Area at roof of Pocket G-6, H.No.101-102, Sector-11, Rohini (110085), Delhi, INDIA

We would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residents of Pocket G-6, Sector-11, Rohini - 110085 and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation.

Our complaint is specific that, one Mr. Rajender Prasad, resident of G-6/101-102, Sector-11 Rohini, Delhi – had licensed his premises to Mobile Company for installation of Mobile Tower in midst of residential area of Sector-11 Rohini, Delhi and also one tower is already installed on the roof (Reliance Jio) of the same property which is already impacting the residents of G-6, Sector-11 resulting them to suffer from nausea/Electric shocks in the house and nose bleeding etc..

When residents of G-6, Sector-11, Rohini, came to know about this fact, they immediately objected the said installation and also requested to the said Mr. Rajender Prasad for termination of Leave and License Agreement and stoppage of installation of Mobile Tower and also informed him about the hazardous effect of radiation, which eminates from the said Mobile Tower upon the human body and also shown him report of Deccan Chronicle & various reports.

In spite of this, the said Mr. Rajender Prasad, flatly refused to pay any heed to the said fact and evasively replied to residents of Sector-11, Rohni that ”I cannot do anything, I have taken the advance money from the mobile company and I cannot step back.

As you know that, it is general rule that, the Mobile Tower has to be installation 50 meters away from the residential area as the radiation eminating from the said Mobile Tower causes various effects on human body and worked as slow poison upon the human body. Therefore, various building societies are refusing to install the said Mobile Tower on their building. Hence, the said Mobile Company choosing residential areas as they know that, few people are very greedy about the money and ignorant of their effect

As per the rules it is the necessary to give structural stability certificate and drawings, building owners' agreement copy, no objection certificate from neighbors and surrounding areas and other documents has not been given and the neighbours has objection to this installation in their areas.

We therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the above House and prevent the installation of a new one in order to prevent further damage to the health of innocent people of the area.

I Santosh Madas, Ex employee of the Reliance communication, Left the organization in Feb 2013, I have not withdraw my PF till now.

When i'm try to register in EPFO site "UAN Allotment for Existing PF Account" it asking for branch code, which im not sure about that.

As my Salary slip contain the PF account as "MH/47615/16486"

Please let me know the process how to with my PF.

Delay in F&F settlement of Dues
The HR is delaying in settlement of my dues pending with them since Jan18. I Served in R.Com as AGM from 1998 to 2017 (19 Yrs).I resigned from there in the month Nov' 17 . I have followup several time with HR but issue not yet resolved

I would like to inform you that an unauthorized mobile tower is about to install in a residential area without any consent of neighborhood, pillar of the mobile tower were installed by the concern company in night dated 16.04.2021, Also would like to inform that the area is having a sound density and many Pvt and govt schools, mosques are nearby the desired location where tower is about to install, the work of installation is not yet completed,
This is my humble request to intervene in this matter as the cellphone tower installation is not permitted in a residential area, below mentioned are the details : -

Mr. Nisar idrisi (Owner of the premises where tower is about to install) is threatening the surrounding residentials while we are asking him to stop the installation.

I am facing a reversed payment issue and running around for 01 month for amount Rs.4796.11.

Purchased Date - 07 Mar 2021, time 21.18.10 (Receipt Attached)

That day as the payment was reversed after swiping my SBI Debit Card, the manager of Phallaspa Phata, Panvel- 410206 was given me in written assurance that the payment will be back within 07 days.

After 07 days as payment was not reversed to my account, I was told to check in the Bank end. So I had lodged a complained at SBI, New Panvel Vide Complaint No- [protected] on 23 Mar 2021.
On 25 Mar 2021 I was intimated by bank that the transaction was successful. The screen image of SBI bank SMS is attached.

On 27 Mar 2021 again I had visited to Phallaspa Phata, Panvel- 410206 and talked to Mr. Atmaram Nilkar (M.No- [protected]). He said that particular date transaction is not showing in the system. There is a system related issue. So, he again gave me assurance payment will be reversed within next 02 days.

On 03 Apr 2021 again talked to Mr. Atmaram. He said to wait for some more days as he had registered an internal complaint vide No- SD16708783 on 01 Apr 2021 and he has not received any message from backend.

After not getting any solution, I registered online complaint vide complaint number: 3313092 dated 04 Apr 2021 and 3316644 dated 07 Apr 2021. Whenever I am calling them, the executives are saying to wait for 07 Days.

But both the cases are getting close without any solution and simple a mail coming to by saying that the issue is resolved.

Therefore it is requested to look into the matter and do the needful action to reverse the amount of Rs. 4796.11 at the earliest.

My bank statement is attached from 06 Mar 2021 to till to date.
