Hello team,

I am writing in regards to the poor the network condition of the most famous reliance communications who promises to be as the largest network service provider in india.
My mobile goes off signal once i reach my office in noida sector 135 and other locations like gurgaon and faridabad. I missed my interview calls just because of failure in the network. Sometimes my team sits in the basement work location as we are part of support function to my organization. The mobile shows no network signal in basement. My life has become hell due to the unavailability of mobile network .

Please get my monthly rentals reimbursed as i could not utilize the mobility services provided by reliance communications.

    i was using Idea connection last 7 year but recently i have requeted for port my no Idea to reliance and my no has been port from Idea to Reliance with out any verification or giving me New reliance sim

        I am yash sharma.My no. Is [protected] of reliance.I am using this no. From 3-4 years but from last year there are too much of problems.On 11-apr i saw my offer and found they are giving unlimited 2g for 28 days in 175-/. I called coustomer care to conferm that they said if the offer showing you will get the bennifit. But i got only 1 gb, 2g data...And then i called costomer care they said there is a technical problem in our system please call after some time..Buttt after some time the call not reach at care.. Then i call from my friends no. Then they said okk we'll resolved your problem...But the cant do anything... Even my friends no. Also block from care to not connect to coustomer support...
        I am so frustated from there this type behaivour...
        I faced this 3, 4 times they couldn't solve any problem..
        Even they block our no to couldn't connect in coustomer care...
        Please help me...
        Or give me instrustion to lavy my all pendings..

          Dear sir/madam,
          My mob no-[protected] was barred from 15.03.2016 to 08.04.2016 by service provider without any appropriate reason which was already registered in pg portal registration no-dotel/e/2016/08885. I did not use any service in barring period except incoming but my bill is charged full monthly rent.I communicated with customercare and appellate authority but they are unable to deduct my bill in during barring period and forcely said that you will have to pay full monthly rent. I feel harassed and cheated.Therefore, i request to deduct my bill during barring period asap.

          your customer care team contacted with me but they were unable to resolve my problem.i am not satisfy with your services. i feel cheated and harassed.please resolve my problem and come back in my trust.
          Recently i received the call (no[protected] customer care's name-hardip) of reliance communication.She said " i am unable to deduct your bill because you had taken incoming calls in barring period."This statement is not good for customer satisfaction because subscriber had not taken any services (outgoing & internet browsing etc)except incoming.Please deduct my bill asap

            I m a customr of reliance netconnect+ from long time ref. No. [protected]. I have recharged online through my debit card with rs. 255/ on 13.04.2016 at 13.20.06 ref. Reciept no.Amir[protected]Transaction ref. No.[protected]. But data has been not credited. I have talked to customer care but no satisfatory reply. Due to urgency i made a recharge of 98 / and used 2 days. After date again i made a recharge of 255/ on 16.04.16 at 14.51.42 and able to use.
            Please credit the data as per my no.

              I called several times to terminate the reliance data card service, i paid the current April month bill as they told, after paying the bill of 684/- I'm trying to reach the termination dept. none of them are taking the calls, customer care just keep telling they will call back, non of them are calling me back as well. I do not want continue the service terminate it immediately effect.

                  Dear sir/madam,

                  Under instruction from and on behalf of my client reliance communication having its office at kubera park, a1/b18, near lulla nagar chowk, kondhwa, pune 411 048

                  1.My client is in the business of providing telephone/data card service, and you have availed the services, from my client signing the caf form hereinafter referred to as “the agreement”. As per the terms and conditions of the agreement, you had undertaken to make prompt payments as and when due for the services rendered by my client and availed by you from time to time.

                  2. My client further states that as per the running account maintained by my client total principal amount of rs. 1849 /- is outstanding against your, caf no:[protected], my client herein has infom time to time requested you to clear the outstanding amount. But on one or the other pretext, you have avoided paying the said outstanding amount to my client.

                  3. My client further states that they were persistently requesting you to clear the said amount, and thereafter my client has arranged a pre litigation lok-adalat 20(2) of legal services authorities act, 1987 for final determination on saturday 09/04/2016 from 11.00 am onwards. Legal authority of india issued a notice to you by post, and the aforesaid notice was duly received by you. (Lok-adalat notice)

                  4. You have duly received the lok-adalat notice but you neither appeared for lok-adalat in court nor do you pay any amount to my client. My client submits that despite of genuine efforts you failed to pay the outstanding to my client. It clearly reflects that, you are having a dishonest intention to cheat my client for the said amount.

                  5. My client states that, in spite of repeated requests, reminders and demands by my client you have willfully and/or deliberately failed, neglected and refused, with malafide intention, to make payment of the said outstanding dues, in the manner and within the time stipulated as per the business norms and/or agreement and as such committed gross breach/default in due performance and observance of the terms and conditions of the agreement, further to which my client is left with no other choice but to initiate appropriate civil and criminal proceeding against you.

                  6.                     First thing make it clear that i always was in gsm i wasn't in cdma. Secondly how can i call from the number [protected] which doesn't have any network? Don't you think that its a wrong request? To complete the tele verification i need the network first. Till the time i inserted the sim after successful port out from airtel i didn't see network signal in this sim from reliance. Please read trailing mails carefully. I am sending all these mails to get the network active sim.

                      Hello sir/mam,
                      This mahantesh. My reliance number is [protected](Karnataka circle).
                      I am constantly calling regarding wrongly charging me even if i have free reliance to reliance calls.
                      Sir i have recharged with 295 rupees on 6/4/2016 in which i have got unlimited reliance to reliance local calls, 100000 sec std reliance, 30 mins free other network & free incoming in roaming. These all benefits are applicable in roaming also.
                      I was at my native maharashtra from 8/4/16 to 16/4/16 in that period i am getting benefits of free incoming & 30 mins other network free but whenever i was calling to reliance number it is charging me 1.15 rupees per min. I have registered a complaint regarding the same on 9/04/16 and i got 4.6 rupees refund for wrongly charged on 8/04/16 for reliance number but that problem have not resolved.
                      Same wrong deduction continued until i was in roaming. In the period of 9/04/16 to 16/04/16 i have charged arround 230 rupeese. Whenever i called to customer care they always telling that it is solving status and that benefit is refunded you.
                      Presently i am in karnataka my calling plan working well. When i have called regarding refund of money customer care representative not responding correctly they just telling we dont have any data regarding wrongly charged.
                      In roaming i have faced so much problem regarding this & also i have called so many times to 198, from 12/04/16 i am not able to call 198, that call will automaticaly disconnect whenever i want to representative for that also i have given complaint arroun 3 to 4 times that also not resolve when i am roaming. I used to call from others relience number.
                      Sir please help me out to get my refund amount and loss benefits of those days( from 8/04/16 to 16/08/16).
                      I have mailed this thing to customer care also still that havent resolved.

                      I am surprise that without solving problem they sending like this massage.
                      I have sent mail to customer back which I'd given me by customer care representative. I have mailed twice on 12 & 20 April, from their also I haven't get any reply.
                      Really very terrible experience with Relience customer care team. very worst service provided by Relience team. when I gave a complaint they will tell it will resolve in 48 hrs, when I have called after 48 hrs because that problem haven't resolved then they will tell still 48 haven't completed you call once again, after some time they will tell it will resolve by today night. when still it haven't resolve by night, once I call by next morning either their server is not working or they haven't have any 3 days previous data.
                      Really full waste of recharge money and extra charges on calling.
                      This problem I have faced when I am in roaming, I have frustrated doing recharge so many times & if I want to call 198 that service also not available to my number, I used to call from other number and raising problem so many times I was getting same answer that it is in still process and solve in 48 hrs and they were telling that benefit will given to you. Almost 8 days completed and still that problem was not solved. After returning to my local area and called regarding wrong deduction and loss benefits they don't have any data before 3 days, How funny it is...
                      I have talked to customer care team seniors, technical to Bangalore office and even mailed to back team I haven't get resolution on problem.
                      They have accepted that my 295 recharge plan not working properly and will resolve as early as possible and they have given refund of 4.6 rupees whatever wrong deduction on 8/4 but whatever same deduction happened from 9/4 to 16/4 that amount around 232 rupees that they are not refunding and now they are telling that it is correctly charged.
                      one more funny thing is that one of senior customer care team telling that 295 plan is not for GSM, It is a CDMA plan, I think they are also don't have idea or knowledge regarding plan details.
                      That 295 plan validity is 25 days in which 8 days I haven't get benefits and this deduction they are not refunding.
                      totally I have experience with Relience.
                      By today Its almost completing 13 day I have raised problem which haven't resolved when I was in roaming, its my goodness that plan working correctly in local.
                      Still i have Hope all lost benefit will credit to me as early as possible.

                              I have been using a mobile number for the past decade . four months back i received a call from reliance offering me a promotional unlimited 998 plan at a 50 % discount . the agent clearly stated its unlimited outgoing and incoming to any network, unlimited high speed 2g data and also unlimited national roaming. but 2 days back my outgoing is barred . after an hour of effort to get in contact with their customer care i found out that they barred my outgoing on fair usage policy . on furthur questioning they stated i crossed 4000 min a month which made no sense cos i was never told of such limitation earlier .
                              why is it called a UNLIMITED PLAN when there is such a limitation ?
                              why was i not told about this at the time of offering the plan ?
                              why are my services barred without notifying me of such usage

                              later they are forcing me to convert to prepaid service to reuse my number which i dont want to . they dont allow me to port my number to other networks .


                              after browsing online i realized it is not just my problem alone . hundreds of other people have been victims of such fraud.

                                I am using around 15 numbers of reliance and most them are zero plan.

                                Zero plan - is a plan in which we pay 10, 480 p.A and everything is free for us.

                                I was using a number [protected] with the same plan and when the plan expired the reliance people did not inform me and they kept me charging on their own.

                                First i got a call from a lady that today you had to come in-front of the judge at delhi high court and if you dont come arrest warrant will be issued.

                                I did not listen as i did not get any notice.

                                Again a lady called me confirming my address and said that be at home and we will arrest you today. I ignored

                                again a lady called me and asked my address and told me that she is from solitaries courier and she wanted to send a parcel.

                                Such was not expected from reliance.

                                Threatening really ?? go guys get some work.

                                        I called customer care at 11:39 p.m. on 4/19/2016 and asked him about my internet offers.he told me that i have an of 359rs and i will get benefit of 4gb..i told him that i recharged for same pack last week but did get only 2.5 gb.but he told me to trust him and do a recharge of 359 or customer providers will give him extra 1.5. gb if i didn't get any.now after i called customer care for complaint ..they refused to take any complaint and told me that there is no offer like this.
